This was a GREAT experience with David! He was nice and professional! Very prompt and knowledgeable.
He showed up and showed us pics and samples. Gave us a quote for ALL services (counters, backsplash, new kitchen sink), no hidden costs.
We went and picked out the slab and let him know we were ready. We than gave him half down payment and than half when they finished.
We did a big remodel and he made this part of the process very easy!

I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone multiple calls or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the compliance team member and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice
failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor.

Huge disappointment, worked with Ray who was prompt, courteous and professional. Until problems surfaced. Originally the home owner was going to do the rough carpentry and plumbing. Ray offered the service one of his contractors who would take care of all of roughing, followed by his tiling crew (they were good) effectively providing us with turn key project.
Our project then fell into the hands of Mr. Travis, of American Tradesman Services. In addition to being constantly late and not returning phone calls, he butchered the plumbing portion of the project. Valves located in the wrong place and, the actual pipe connections to the wrong ports.
Ray of Superior Stone was informed of the problem, he promised to visit the job site and contact his contractor. Neither one of them ever showed. I wrote letters, made phone calls and even filed complaints. Superior Stone claims to have fulfilled their obligations by providing materials and labor. Evidently integrity and customer support means nothing to them.
I wound up having to hire a 'real' plumber to make job (shower stall) operational, at a cost of roughly $400.00.
There are plenty of reputable tile contractors out there. Avoid this outfit!

I have been working with Iosef, the owner of Arizona Flooring and Remodeling since I moved into my new home in Phoenix. He has been consistently on time and all of the people that he has brought with him doing various remodeling from bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, new tiling, new flooring and more have been beyond my expectations. Iosef is a truly standup man who is excellent at his craft. He finishes quickly and efficiently and his prices are very reasonable.
I will always call on him for any future work that I need done and I highly recommend him. Thank you Iosef for making my new house my truly new Home!

Didn't bother contacting me back after my inquiry. Not even a your job is too small for what we do. Cannot speak to their quality outside of that.

My husband and I are very happy with the work performed by Raul at L&M Granite! I had several estimates from different fabricators and L&M Granite was by far the least expensive. Raul's work was excellent! Sara was patient with me as I had called several times with questions. If I left a message she got back to be in a timely manner. The installers were polite and efficient! We are extremely happy with L&M and would highly recommend them!! Thank you Raul and Sara!!

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!
We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company's manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.
1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company's designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are soft close and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are clean
3) Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only hiccup in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
4) Price - very fair.
5) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company's employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

3 Day Kitchen was great! The refacing of the cabinets excee my expectations.
George and Dave were in constant communication with us and always available to discuss the project. They completed the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time as well. I would definitely recommend.

This place is seriously VOID of customer service. I have watched my daughter's nightmare unfold beginning with her salesman Travis. It began with him completely messing up the estimate after having a very descriptive drawing and pictures to start with. That's just the tip of the ice burg. Human error, gave him the benefit of doubt and continued with the order.
Day of installation, an entire kitchen installation done by one guy. Maybe effective for them but very time consuming for you. He miscuts the bottom of the pantry and asks is that ok? Ummm NO! Then he proceeds to slap some molding over the gap and calls it good. Then he doesn't notice on the work order that we had a cabinet in the island with a roller for a trash can and installs the shelf.. Plus he pre-cut hole for electrical box not paying attention to the fact the cabinet is supposed to have a roller for a hidden trash can. Also the that the outlet has USB outlets which make the electrical box 1/2 deeper than normal. The trash can won't fit with the common outlets, let alone USB.
Visit Travis to express unhappiness about pantry, island trash can cabinet and outlet. Sure, he says he wants her to be a happy customer. What do you want? Ultimately he agrees the pantry isn't correct and says he'll reorder a new one. He'll send out their best carpenter to resolve the shelf installation in the trash cabinet and find the roller which wasn't delivered.
The best carpenter shows up with his mask around his neck and asks if he needs to wear it? Considering you are entering the home of a critically ill child, YES! When he was told he needed to wear it, he sarcastically asked if we'd be wearing ours. At that pointed he was asked to leave.
Visit Travis again and are told we'd have to let said best carpenter in to resolve the issues. Back comes said carpenter (with an adjusted attitude) and does improvement on the pantry molding and installs the trash can roller. He sees the precut hole of the electrical box and doesn't say a word. After he's gone we realized there is no way for the electrical to go back in and have the trash can fit in the cabinet.
Back to visit Travis and we're told he's ordered the pantry but it'll be a few weeks. He knows about a slimmer electrical box they can install. Unfortunately that resolution doesn't work with USB/electrical outlet. He's unsure and will have to talk to his manager Micah.
Micah calls, during the call asks us to hold on because he can't understand the person in the background talking to him. Unbelievable! He proceeds to state that when the paperwork was signed as the first installation was completed you accepted the work as completed. There is no pantry on order, you will have to go back to a regular outlet without the UBS's and use the smaller box for electrical. Sorry, that's the best we can do.
Long story short, if you want someone to tell you how lucky you are to hand over thousands of dollars, be unhappy with your purchase and have ZERO expectations of customer service shop here. Otherwise any where else is a better option.
Thank you Travis and Micah for reassuring me that sales men are full of themselves and lip service!

I'm sure my daughter's tone of dissatisfaction wasn't wrong. You must have confused settled as happiness?! You all didn't provide happiness worthy options, more like the lesser of two evils. Micah needs some customer service skills and Travis needs to quit making promises and not following through. She isn't thrilled and feels nothing less of stuck and forced to deal with it to get the job completed to not hold up the other scheduled contractors.
Please do reach out and maybe try to understand the situation from both points of view not just your employees.
FYI - we'd utilized your company previously at my parents home and ran into similar problems. We'd hoped by giving your company another opportunity you'd prove the previous experience was a fluke. Unfortunately not the case, same stories, same run around and all on our time. Everyone wants to be sorry but you can't give people back the time your company wastes by needing to return multiple times to fix errors on your end.

Excellent customer service from Wayne. He provided cabinet suggestions while our house was being built that I would never have thought of. Layout and plans were accurate.

Re-New Cabinets is amazing, wonderful workmanship. From the start Joe had excellent communication skills along with complete knowledge of every detail involved in resurfacing cabinets, he is extremely helpful and returned call asap. He takes pride representing the company. I did my homework and Re-New Cabinets was the only company willing to delivery within 4-6 weeks, and boy did they deliver. The owner Robert Lenzi very professional & friendly, he came and did all the measurements of every cabinet. The 2 installers were polite and hard working, taking extra care with our kitchen appliances. At the end of each day, they would wipe down all the counters & sweep. it took 3 days and I love my cabinets. Arlett is one classy lady, she called after all the work was completed, explained how to care for our new cabinets.
