We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

The team follows through on their promises, provide wonderful quality, and consistently engage on any quality matter including going outside of warranty periods if they judge it's in their and their customers' interest. Raul and his crew did an EXCELLENT job - he showed up for an estimate exactly on time, once we agreed on work and $ he gave me a day and time, showed up early and did everything perfectly and was meticulous with cleanup, I will be using him for future landscape needs!!

G & S did amazing work on our old backyard and turned it into the oasis we've always dreamed of. Jose and his company installed artificial turf, new trees, a new rock border, a wall, 2 areas of pavers, and some lighting. Everything was done professionally and in a neat 2 week window. Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Excellent, I can not say enough good things about my experience with Happy Tree Landscaping. I highly recommend them and will be sure to share my experience with all of my friends, family, and co-workers. From the very start Happy Tree was courteous and friendly, returning my call immediately and setting up my quote promptly. Even though my job was a small one requiring tree trimming for two small trees and two bushes in our front yard, they treated it with care and professionalism. The landscaping team showed up a few days later and the rate was $50 less than the competitor. The team was courteous and professional and the results look great!!! Our trees look so much better and they did a great job cleaning up the gravel yard under the trees and bushes they worked on, I really did not expect that and it exceeded my expectations with great service. Two of the other competitors that I called seemed uninterested in getting my business because I had a small job and they had lots of excuses, gave me a high get lost price, and couldn't schedule me for at least a month. Not at Happy Tree, they were great and treated my small job with the same care and respect as their big jobs. If you need a landscaping service who treats you with respect and provides great service this is definitely one to call. I requested a quote for repairing a lawn sprinkler that was broken underground on 27 June. I called today, 29 June and asked if they saw my request on Yelp. No answer to that. So I told him the issue and what needed fixing but he said he would have to come all the way from Chandler to Maricopa and would have to charge me just the distance fee. I would already be charge heavy on the labor for the repair in the first place. So if you want anything done from this company, make sure you live next door so they will not charge you a distance fee.

Chandler is not 1 hour away from Maricopa, it is only 30 minutes away. Phoenix is 1 hour away.

I manage a small garden style apartment in Phoenix, and needed asphalt repair and sealing and striping work done after major plumbing repair work that opened up my asphalt.

Ivan and his team did great work cleaning up the open trench, saw cutting where the asphalt was jagged, and doing additional compacting prior to the asphalt repair.

They also came back the following weekend to do the sealing work and striping. I wasn't able to be on-site, but had no problems trusting Ivan to do the job right and with quality.  His price was reasonable and fair. Though I paid more due to the extra asphalt needed, that was due to the plumber's work.

Highly recommend him and Wild West if you have any asphalt work.

I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October.  They delivered it to my patio already put together.  After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing.  I immediately called the store and reported the missing items.  I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of.  Now, they don't even return any of my calls.

This crew did an amazing job resurfacing my back patio. The color, style and new deck drains are exactly as promised. Very happy with the outcome & especially the clean up after the project was finished. Thank you!

Omar is now up in Pinetop, AZ. He was supposed to do a house slab
for me, I gave him $3000 for materials. He dropped off $300 dollars
of materials and then never came back to finish the job. I am not
the only one up here that he has ripped off either. AZ board of contractors
does nothing. Nor the Navajo county police dept.  His bad karma
will catch up to him.

Scott gave us a good price for the additional driveway, stone work and short retaining wall. The work turned out great would recommend him to others. Sometimes he gets overbooked, cut him some slack. He has a good team working for him.

Today we had Nick Everett and Spencer out from Big Nick's Landscaping and Maintenance. They did an amazing job! It had been a while and many of our plants and bushes were way overgrown. They took their time and trimmed most everything by hand.

Nick completely understood when I explained I wanted the plants to look natural, not trimmed flat and square. Hedges aren't my thing. If you want a family man that will understand what you want, give you top-notch service, and be someone you can count on, Nick is your guy.

We had a traditional pool deck that was over 20 years old and badly in need of replacement. After obtaining three bids, we went with David and Deck Services. A real pleasure to work with! Estimate process was simple and straight forward. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, responded to e-mails/phone calls quickly and had samples available of the drain replacement and color options. Fortunately, he had an opening to begin work immediately.
This is an incredibly messy job but Adrian and his assistants were fantastic about cleaning up at the end of each day! They protected our pool so clean up was not nearly as bad as we feared. Adrian is a master at what he does and was so helpful with some additional feature choices.
The job was finished within the stated time frame - actually they finished early.
The final product is AMAZING! We are beyond thrilled with the results!
