Just another good word for our favorite contractor Javier!  We had a patio poured in our backyard when we had an outdoor bbq and pergola built, and had him out as soon as the concrete was cured for some more kool deck.  We also had him touch up the patio where the BBQ was built that the other contractor marred up.  He gave us a fair price, was there when he said he would be, and is a total professional.  The work he did for us last summer has held up beautifully as well.

Honestly, more contractors should be like J&A and home projects wouldn't be so frustrating!

Very friendly, professional, patient, and affordable! They came to my office and what I thought was going to be a time consuming strenuous project, they made it look simple and easy. And it cost a lot less than I was quoted by others.

We had artificial grass installed 2 years ago and we love it so much that we had more installed this month.  Jake was quick to come out for estimates and was great to work with .  They work quickly and the grass looks amazing when they are done.  Their professional crew cleans up nicely when they are finished.  We love the look and low maintenance of the grass.... no watering, mowing, or over-seeding.  Fewer bugs too!  My kids and dog love it as much as my husband and I do.  I have recommended them to friends before and will continue to.

Nick and his team did an incredible job installing about 2,000 sqft of sod in our backyard. I had 4 different companies come for estimates and Nick by far was the most knowledgeable, thorough, and professional one we spoke with. We ended up expanding our yard and adding another set up sprinkles which as well but were having issues with water pressure. He was able to find the perfect sprinkles heads to compensate and made sure the yard had completely coverage before completing the project which took a ton of extra time. Could not recommend him more and will use him for any other projects I have.

Hired them to put in a fence, masonry and wrought iron. They assisted me in going through several design changes. Gave excellent recommendations.

Response times were not always what I wanted but they always did respond.

The new fence looked so good realized the landscaping needed some help. They came in and cleaned that up as well!

I hired Gorilla Builders to complete an extension for my garage.  It was an unusual job as I was adding onto an existing building.  Thus they had to work to match finishes and the existing structure.  I worked with a lot of contractors prior to the hiring of Gorilla and chose them because they are a builder, not just a contractor.  What i mean by that is most of the people on site were employees of Gorilla, not just subs.  They did a great job and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing and service. The project took a pretty long time to complete, but we had many rain delays which is unusual for Arizona and I changed my mind on the original plan.  I would certainly use the Gorilla again for future projects and am confident that they would do a great job.  Special shout out to their concrete team.  They had to do some pretty impressive changes to the grade and design of my driveway.  they warned me in advance how things could go wrong, and the risks in the design.  But, it turned out great at completion.

WOW!! Unbelievable craftsmanship from Barry and his crew! They showed up as scheduled on time and did not waste anytime putting in my pavers. If your looking for a company to install pavers look no further these guys are legit!!

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. They worked together each one knew there job and it was definitely team work at it's best !! I would definitely use them again without hesitation. Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

After numerous no shows, on November 7th he came out with 1 guy to prep, arrived late , left the debris from excavation. I gave him $1500 cash, 1/2 of the quoted amount for the job, so he could order the concrete. Then repeated no shows with no contact unless I contact him. Now he's not responding to my texts, calls, messages or posts. I requested a $1200 refund generously leaving him $350 for the less than 5 hours work for him and his assistant, that's $35 per hour which is way over the going rate.

It's now December 3rd my pour was supposed to happen November 3rd and this has impacted my project and I've had to cancel my contractor who was supposed to do the sheet metal covering for this area.

I had used Freddie's Concrete in the past and was pleased with the service and results but this time has been a DISASTER. I am not the only person he's done this to, someone else on FB was taken for $3200.
