Javier and his team were the most professional contractors that we've ever hired. Javier was super professional, very timely, and detailed about every step in the process. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work he completed for us (our pool deck looks really nice) and his work ethic!

Very friendly, professional, patient, and affordable! They came to my office and what I thought was going to be a time consuming strenuous project, they made it look simple and easy. And it cost a lot less than I was quoted by others.

Can't say enough great things about Chris! From the first time we met I was impressed by how down to earth and knowledgeable he is. He came out while I was looking at samples and asked if he could help, and didn't introduce himself as the owner till the very end when I asked his name. It's not too often that you'll  find the head of a company taking time to answer questions.  

I'm super happy with my turf! We have spent more time in our backyard in the few weeks after the install than we had the prior 12 years. It's been fantastic.  Before and after pics attached.

Nick was my sales rep and unfortunately we had a few hiccups. If I were to do it over again I would have asked to be transferred to someone else. What I will say is that the way a company handles issues says a lot about them, and as soon as I voiced my concerns the owner of the company stepped in and made sure everything was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Pedro and his crew are all work...they do excellent work at a great price. The best landscaping company in York County. I highly recommend this company.

We used Gorilla Builders to do a home addition.  Were there times we wished the schedule could be expedited- yes, did we run into problems that had to be negotiated- yes.   We were probably naive to the construction/contracting process so posiblly these frustrations are par for the course.  Ultimately we have a 2bedroom 500sq ft addition that we love.  We have had many people tell us that it looks like the addition was part of the original home- the ultimate compliment in my opinion!  Since completion of the project we have had two very minor issues that Jeff (the owner) has very promptly taken care of.  We had electricians at our home to look into and fix without question within one day.

I found Barry and Progressive Pavers as a referral from a trusted and higher end pool builder so I was confident going in that he did quality work. We hired him to replace our old cool deck with travertine pavers. He also did a custom fireplace and redid our patio.  His quote was identical to one other paver company but Barry's communication skills/personality in the consultation helped us choose him.
He was good at giving us options and sharing the pros/cons of our different design ideas. He was mindful of cost control and was not in any way trying to upsale us.  He showed up when he said he would and I appreciated how easy it was to reach him via text/phone calls, quite unique compared to most of my contractor experiences. We could tell he was invested in us being happy with the outcome.  
During the project there was one minor miscommunication about what we expected. We were somewhat hesitant to point it out as we knew it would result in some unexpected demo and extra work for his crew.  When we pointed it out we were very impressed how graciously he reacted and agreed to make the corrections, as opposed to complaining or blaming us.   Barry is a pros pro, awesome to work with.
The quality of their work was incredible and we couldn't be happier with the results...its beautiful.
The only minor annoyance was some of his crew washing/cleaning their mortar buckets in my landscape rock leaving them gray and discolored...but honestly this has happened with every single landscaping crew I have ever hired. Barry was apologetic and sent someone back to rake/clean up the mess.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with and would strongly recommend Progressive Pavers

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. They worked together each one knew there job and it was definitely team work at it's best !! I would definitely use them again without hesitation. If you need Concrete call the BEST - Platinum Concrete Works you will not be disappointed !!!

I ran across this company a few times they always seem to park in the handicap spaces.  They took all of them at Tom Thumb and a mother who had a child in a wheel chair, had a wheel chair lift in her van had to park across the parking lot to get her child out.  Just so these people did not have to walk far from where they were fixing concrete.

Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

‼HOMEOWNERS BEWARE ‼ I will remove this post when Freddie contacts me and fixes his wrongs. We hired Freddie to pour concrete for our backyard patio and front porch patio. After looking at his pictures and references he was hired immediately. Freddie gave us the runaround for a week, our backyard was torn apart for a week before he could finally complete the job, or so we thought. He finally showed up after rescheduling countless amount of times to pour the concrete. When I left for the morning two men were in my yard dumping barrows of concrete, it wasn't until I came back, an hour and a half later that Freddie was finally there. The two extra men he came with left him to complete the entire job, needless to say we live in Arizona... the cement was already dried by the time he got to it. Pictures speak for themselves, the work he provided was very messy and I would've never hired him had I seen this work initially. My floors are all lumpy and uneven, the stress/break lines are nonexistent, the ones that are there, are all crooked... he left a hose on wet cement so now that's indented.. they did zero cleanup job afterwards, everything was a mess they got concrete on the sides of my home, they poured extra cement that was left over on the side of my house that poured on my patio furniture that is now stuck to the ground.Freddie isn't answering my calls nor messages, save yourself the headache and the stress because it hasn't been fun at all. I was so happy to finally have the extension built in, just to ultimately have them crushed.
