Javier did excellent work on our pool deck. They were prompt and efficient. Would definitely use again. It looks like new and they cleaned up like they were never here.

Very friendly, professional, patient, and affordable! They came to my office and what I thought was going to be a time consuming strenuous project, they made it look simple and easy. And it cost a lot less than I was quoted by others.

Back in August 2014, I decided to install artificial grass to a large open area of my backyard.  I did extensive research on what I wanted, and obtained a number of price quotes from very reputable dealers in the Phoenix marketplace.  I finally settled on 'AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens'.  What impressed me was their knowledgeable Company Representative, the turf product offered along with the many recommendations the company received from past (satisfied) customers.  I also paid particular attention to the warranty.  AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens included a 10 year warranty on the grass type, and a 15-20 year life span.  The installation was completed, and I was very satisfied.
Fast forward to February 2020, I noticed the grass particles starting to separate from the mat.  When a towel was placed down or someone would sit or lay on the grass surface, the particles would attach to the towel or individual.  In due time, the entire turf would show patches of this noticeable defect.  Needless to say, I was not happy!  I decided to contact AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens to discuss this issue.  I spoke to the owner (Chris).  He asked me to fill out warranty paperwork, and send pictures of the affected areas of the turf.  I provided what he required.  Within a week, he scheduled an on-site inspection of my artificial grass.  While more than five and a half years transpired since the initial install, not to mention the brutal heat of past Phoenix summers, his evaluation was this appeared to be an (isolated) product defect.  His recommendation was the entire surface area would need to be replaced.  Chris then contacted the manufacturer, explained the problem and the warranty was honored.  In March 2020, the entire turf was replaced with a much improved current product, with no cost to me.
Overall, I couldn't be happier!  I never expected this kind of service, nor did I expect the entire turf area to be replaced.  Little did I know back in 2014, I selected one of the most reputable companies in the Valley.  It was a pleasure to deal with a company who stands behind the product they promote.  Not many (if any) companies provide this guarantee.  This speaks volumes of the owner (Chris), and the company he represents.  I wholeheartedly recommend 'AZ Luxury Lawns and Greens' to anyone wanting quality artificial turf, a first-class installation team, and an owner who not only wants a satisfied customer, but demands it!

I did tell you and Ben that I did not like the finish of the concrete and you both blew me off about it. I also asked if the drainage is going to be done properly and as you can see it is not. I also reached out about the water issue and got no response on that. i know there were some changes, but most were an idea Ben had and said it would look better. I also had to have someone else plant the plants for a warranty. I made the change to put the wall on top of the pavers to help your guys not have to make so many cuts. I also wanted the Grass walkway in the front curved, but Ben said it was easier to do a straight one, so I agreed. There was a lot give and take on the job.

We worked with Barry to remodel our backyard.  He was very responsive and offered ideas that enhanced the design we had in mind.  We wanted a very low maintenance backyard and decided on travertine pavers and artificial turf.  We waited a couple of months due to material shortages and the monsoon rains but it was worth it!  
Barry and his crew were on time every morning and worked to complete the entire job in four days.  They fixed any issues that we pointed out to make sure we were 100% happy with the end result.  It's beautiful!
We are so happy to get to enjoy our backyard especially now that the weather is cooler.

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. I ran across this company a few times they always seem to park in the handicap spaces.  They took all of them at Tom Thumb and a mother who had a child in a wheel chair, had a wheel chair lift in her van had to park across the parking lot to get her child out.  Just so these people did not have to walk far from where they were fixing concrete.

Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

‼HOMEOWNERS BEWARE ‼ I will remove this post when Freddie contacts me and fixes his wrongs. We hired Freddie to pour concrete for our backyard patio and front porch patio. After looking at his pictures and references he was hired immediately. Freddie gave us the runaround for a week, our backyard was torn apart for a week before he could finally complete the job, or so we thought. He finally showed up after rescheduling countless amount of times to pour the concrete. When I left for the morning two men were in my yard dumping barrows of concrete, it wasn't until I came back, an hour and a half later that Freddie was finally there. The two extra men he came with left him to complete the entire job, needless to say we live in Arizona... the cement was already dried by the time he got to it. Pictures speak for themselves, the work he provided was very messy and I would've never hired him had I seen this work initially. My floors are all lumpy and uneven, the stress/break lines are nonexistent, the ones that are there, are all crooked... he left a hose on wet cement so now that's indented.. they did zero cleanup job afterwards, everything was a mess they got concrete on the sides of my home, they poured extra cement that was left over on the side of my house that poured on my patio furniture that is now stuck to the ground.Freddie isn't answering my calls nor messages, save yourself the headache and the stress because it hasn't been fun at all. I was so happy to finally have the extension built in, just to ultimately have them crushed.
