Two things that have tons of opportunity to go wrong: construction, and splitting finances with your neighbor.  Luckily, my neighbor found Bob and Bob at Sunset Fence. These guys and their crew were amazing, made the whole building a wall in the back yard with the neighbor situation completely painless and the output was amazing.  

The new block fence looks amazing, their crew was super nice and really professional, and they spent more time discussing timeline and steps than any contractor we've had since we bought this fixer upper 6 years ago. I hate mystery timelines and poorly set expectations, it's my thing.  It seems to be the project style for a lot of contractors, I was happy to see that wasn't the case here.  Specifically, when your yard is opened up to the whole alley, it's good to have a timeline and expectations set and (bonus) rely on them.

Other contractors provided quotes without really taking the time to look at the drawings or discuss the project. When I've gone with contractors in the past who provide quotes like this, they always run into some problem and push up the bill. Antonio is much more professional. He took the time to really look over the drawings and discuss the full scope of the project. He brought up helpful suggestions and was prompt with providing a quote.

I've had numerous people work on the property over the last year and nobody was as CLEAN as Antonio and his crew. They left the place immaculate and took pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with how the project worked out.

I found Ruslan through a facebook group where he has many great referrals. We had him stucco our fireplace. He and his assistant were in and out in one day, if I had not been home I would have never known they were there, it was so clean! Then we had him build a basin for a fountain that had not previously existed. He was super helpful in the planning and brainstorming on how to make it correct, and to scale. It was a three part process because of drying times but he did it as efficiently as possible. It looks beautiful and is water tight! I highly recommend him, his communication is great and he really cares about his work and your home.

I have worked with Platinum Paving several times within the past year, and have been nothing but satisfied with the end results.  We had called Platinum Paving to correct a job that had been done by a different paving contractor, and after seeing the beautiful job that Platinum did for us on that small area, we decided to expand the project to include the remainder of our shop yard, parking lot and an entry road.  We have had so many comments from our customers and vendors about the exceptional quality of the paving.

we had agreed to come to my home to discuss my needs with my landscaping. He kept me waiting and never showed up. He had my phone number and there was no excuse for not calling and notifying me as to why he was unable to show up. Very unprofessional The peoples five star rating evidently was when he showed up. I very much doubt the five stars..

I hired Adams concrete to remove a section of concrete and when they had unforeseeable problems they arranged for another company to fill in for them. Wow! They were more interested in great customer service than making a few dollars. I highly recommend this company.

I had been working on my yard for some length of time on my own.  I finally got tired of that and these guys came to the rescue.  They worked fast and they worked very professionally.  EVERYTHING is exactly how I wanted it.  They followed the requested plan to the letter and let me know every step of the way what they were doing and answered each of my questions.  They even went above and beyond answering questions and making suggestion on work that I had already done or am planning to do on my own.  Going as far as to offer to answer any question I had about those plans in the future should I find a need for further information.  If you are looking for a friendly and professional team then these are the people you need to get to work for you.  They are very, very busy but worth the wait in line.

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

I contacted him to get an estimate on a 120ft 6ft fence in Phoenix. He mentioned, he would get back to me after looking at the property. However, after several attempts, he just ignored my messages. As mentioned before, it is acceptable if a project is not appealing or too small. However, it not ok to waste other people time and delay project schedules. When I get estimate, I like to be fair and make sure to give an equal opportunity to all contractors to respond. Thus, I sometimes delay a decision until all estimates are in. Anyway, this review doesn't reflect on the quality of their work, but on their management.

Gave a VERY competitive quote and agreed to come back at 9 a.m. on Saturday to prune the palm trees. He never showed up.
