Sunset Fence just finished our 120 feet of block wall.  They arrived when promised and finished on time (a bit early).  The quality was clear, and everything was done to code and plans.  They even helped obtain the permit.  In terms of price, they were in the middle of our bids but with quality consistent with our higher bids.  They also fixed a small loose brick as a courtesy, outside the original scope.  I was very impressed and I would use them again without hesitation.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

I had concrete work done by Monroy Construction not long ago and they did an excellent job. I have had friends and family over since and many have commented on how good it looks. The work was done on time and I couldn't be happier. Bryan even provided me with some good ideas to consider as I shared with him my plans to finish building the backyard I want. Antonio returned my Yelp inquiry quickly. After a quick phone call, Antonio and his team came out and measured. They were personable, did not rush the estimate appointment, and he even took notes (other companies did not). The price was reasonable for the size of the project. Their team was able to work around my busy work schedule and got the job done in a reasonably fast time. There was minimal mess during the entire process, they even back filled the area when finished! We requested special gates, HOA paint match, sand stucco finish, composite wood, etc.... All done to perfection! I will be calling on King Kongcrete for our next big project!!

*48 linear foot wall with attached 16 foot perpendicular wall. Gates are 4' W x 6' H.

We found Ruslan on NextDoor and needed some stucco repairs. A woodpecker had damaged several spots on our soffit.
Ruslan gave me a quote over the phone when I sent him pictures. I agreed to the quote and he showed up on time the next morning to do the work.

We had a great experience with tree trimming. Miguel was responsive and nice during the estimate and scheduling process. The crew was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up everything! Will definitely use them again.

Omar came our to give us a quote on our house after finding him on Yelp, and was so nice! Gave us a quote to clean up weeds in the backyard after all the rain we had, and then we also wanted to get monthly maintenance services from him as well. He is very well priced for both the clean up and reoccurring services!

When him and his team got here for the clean up they were again very nice and had me look at everything after they were finished to make sure it was good, and it was! Our back yard looks great and am very happy to have someone to help keep up our back yard for summer time!

I had been working on my yard for some length of time on my own.  I finally got tired of that and these guys came to the rescue.  They worked fast and they worked very professionally.  EVERYTHING is exactly how I wanted it.  They followed the requested plan to the letter and let me know every step of the way what they were doing and answered each of my questions.  They even went above and beyond answering questions and making suggestion on work that I had already done or am planning to do on my own.  Going as far as to offer to answer any question I had about those plans in the future should I find a need for further information.  If you are looking for a friendly and professional team then these are the people you need to get to work for you.  They are very, very busy but worth the wait in line.

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.
