The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Rustin and his crew just installed new engineered hardwood floors in my house. They worked very hard to get total of seven areas done in five days. When I started with my request to homeadvisor.com, Rustin was the first one to respond, and came to my house for measurement, and provided me with very good pricing on installation.
When he and his crew, Sergio, Carlos, Dustin and David started the job, they were always on time, professional, very careful while moving furniture, and paid great attention to details on installation while demonstrating wonderful craftsmanship. Rustin is very knowledgeable on wood flooring, and always tried the best to meet all requests from his customer. At the end they provided me a beautiful wood flooring product. They are very pleasant to work with.
Not only Rustin and his crew did excellent job on installation, but also he offered me very good pricing on wood floor supplies, too.  I highly recommend All Pro Floors and very happy to find the very best one to get the job done.

I am really happy with the job Sir Grout did on my slate walk-in shower. The walls needed its regular clean and reseal. Brian came and did an estimate and it was a fair price. The tech was a nice, polite young man who did a terrific job on the slate. I am really happy with the result. The natural blue/green beauty of the slate reemerged! Thanks so much.

We loved our experience with European flooring.  Marin and John were both polite, professional and always attentive. This family owned business is by far the best vendor we have worked with in Phoenix. The Engineered hardwood is beautiful, it really exceeds are expectations and our gray carpet is plush and perfect.  We got 4 ¼ inch baseboards which are stunning with the flooring and very happy he gave us a deal on them.  Marin and his team did an amazing job with installing all our flooring for our new home.  The workmanship, detail and overall completion was exactly as expected.  John was great in always getting back to us and being very helpful on the phone with questions.  We received quotes from 2 other hardwood flooring companies and not only were they both more expensive for the same thing but the customer service lacked with one company in particular.  We are very happy with our choice and would definitely be a repeat customer as well as referring anyone we meet.

We have used Shannon and her team on our floors in 2 different homes.  We were equally as impressed with both jobs. In our main home they cleaned, repaired , polished and sealed our travertine. Our floors looked like palace floors, we couldn't believe the difference. In our condo, they cleaned up the tile and did an amazing job on our patio.  Quality and amazing work, delivered by professional, hard working and honest people.  Every employee we met was courteous and skilled. I will be using them again and highly highly recommend them to others. You won't be disappointed!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.
When my tenants moved out, there was an unknown stain on the carpet. I reached out to this company to see what my options are. He stated the last options would be to try a heat transfer and if that didn't work, they could do a patch job. I agreed. HOWEVER, on the day of, he wouldn't even ATTEMPT the heat transfer bc he said some BS about the solution he used didn't lift the stain so there's no point in doing a heat transfer. I begggged him to at least attempt it as I really didn't want to have to do the patch job. After asking him to ATTEMPT for over 5 minutes, he wouldn't and didn't have a valid reason for not at least attempting. Therefore, i dismissed him. Thanks for waisting everyone's time!

Update: you didn't drive 1.5 hrs JUST for me. You said you had another job on my street and can be there after. Also, you never once expressed it as a liability concern. You simply kept saying "it's pointless" over & over again. As mentioned, you don't deserve 1 star. You deserve ZERO.

This is a great company! Very professional and thorough. We worked with Brooke who was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly.

Elvis and his team came to our house to do a list of repairs in June 2021. They did some dry wall, grouting, and painting, and some other miscellaneous tasks. The whole thing was supposed to take them two full days, but they did it in one afternoon. It seemed like they rushed through things, but at the time of their departure everything looked good enough (a few things should have been cleaned up better, but overall it was fine). The whole thing cost us around $2500, which was a higher price than some other companies had offered, but worth it for what we hoped would be a high-quality job.

After a few months, the cracks they had fixed were back in the drywall, so we asked Elvis to come back to fix things again. He did it at no additional cost to us. Again, we were mostly happy with the work they did and we appreciated that he came back to fix things.

Now, in January 2022, all of the cracks are back in the drywall and some in the grouting, and the paint job looks very bad (see photos). Overall, it feels like we spent a lot of money and things look just as bad, and in some cases worse, than they had before they came.

We were in the middle of a tragic bathroom remodel in which the previous "contractor" took the money and left. We had previously received a quote from Ellen and after coincidentally running into her we asked if she could help. She was willing to help even after we did not choose her for the job due to the competing quote being a little cheaper.

She and her team came in and repaired many errors that the previous contractor made. They did a phenomenal job and we are thrilled with the way that our bathroom came out in the end. Her team showed up when promised and worked very carefully and precisely. They did not leave a mess as the previous contractor did.

I recommend White Builder for any project that you have in mind, keep in mind that many parts are delayed beyond any contractors control at this point. (it took almost 3 months to get a bathtub).

Ellen is great to work with And keeps you informed of any setbacks or unforeseen changes throughout the process. Her team is great to work with and we thank them for fixing the absolute mess that the previous contractor got us into.

I was referred to Dan by my realtor after moving into my home and discovering that the "brown" tile throughout the whole house was covered in grime (thanks, previous owners!). Dan and his crew came out and did an amazing job. WORTH.EVERY.PENNY! Not only was the floor so clean you could eat off of it, I was able to change the grout color to a lighter tone that was a better match to the tile than what was originally selected and they added a seal to keep the grout from getting so filthy again (as it turns out, "grime" is not a color people, LOL).

I no longer hate my saltillo tile, thanks to Dave and his crew. In fact, I like it now that it looks the way it's supposed to. Dave is the kind of guy you'd want for a friend and neighbor-- down to earth and helpful. I have no reservations about recommending this company.

Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

They initially installed my counter top in granite tiles. A day after the job was done I noticed the corner tile was cracked. I figured no one would see it, so left it and it eventually broke off. I tried for 2 months to get them to come out and repair it, but they put me off and told me to go to Monterrey Tile. I couldn't even get an appointment. They just don't want to mess with repairs or stand behind their work. Their phone mailbox is usually full so you can't leave a message, and they don't answer the phone. So I've ended up texting back and forth for 2 months now, and they have just given me the run around saying they are "backlogged". In the end I should have gone somewhere else right away.
