We had an awesome experience with ER Grout and Tile!  We had our grout cleaned, sealed and some areas recaulked as well as having our granite counter cleaned and resealed.  Our shower and kitchen counter look brand new!!! Emil was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough!  I highly recommend ER Grout and Tile!!  Couldn't be happier with the results!

We have used Shannon and her team on our floors in 2 different homes.  We were equally as impressed with both jobs. In our main home they cleaned, repaired , polished and sealed our travertine. Our floors looked like palace floors, we couldn't believe the difference. In our condo, they cleaned up the tile and did an amazing job on our patio.  Quality and amazing work, delivered by professional, hard working and honest people.  Every employee we met was courteous and skilled. We recently used Floor Coverings International Chandler-Gilbert to install LVP throughout our house.  Let me start with the negatives.  1) They do not have a showroom.  I might be old fashioned, but at first I was looking for a store to go into.  I will say, after having them out and seeing the  products in my own lighting was helpful.   I grew to really like this part of the service 2) They were not the least expensive.  They were 15%-20% higher than two of my bids but less than the highest bid.  3) This might be nit picky, but the first day of installation they were 30 minutes early.  This irritated me a bit.  A girl has to put on her face.  

The reason I put 5 stars is the  installation.  The product and workmanship look fantastic.  The new baseboards they installed finishes everything off nicely.  The installers were polite and very professional.  They cleaned up, moved furniture and reset the toilets.  The owner Debra was on top of the project, interacting with me and handling any of my small OCD issues.  I had spoken to a reference prior to selecting them and had read the positive reviews.  They met/exceeded my expectations.

Elvis and his teammate Maise were great! I had several bids for my time sensitive project and they were by far the best. They scheduled a next day time with me, showed up on time and estimated the work quickly. The completed workmanship was excellent. They came after hours as I needed my bathroom done quickly before I left to travel. In addition to completing the work they had bid on, they saw a few other quick fixes that would complete my project. They completed those few small things and did not add anything to their final bill.
I own several rental properties and have remodeled all of them, of all the contractors that I have worked with over the years, Dream Builder is one of the best!

Dan and Tyler came out and did a fabulous job cleaning my concrete stamped floors. They did a deep cleaning and put 5 coats of finish on them and the floors are gorgeous again! They are friendly, personable and conscientious, telling me about every step of what they'd do to make our floors look great again, and at a reasonable price. These are definitely people you want to do business with! THANKS, GUYS!!!

They worked on our saltillo tile floors and the result was jaw-dropping amazing!

I am selling my house and needed to get my saltillo tile cleaned up -- it just looked dirty and worn from years of use and lack of maintenance.  I called the number on their web site and Dave, the owner, answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment and he came over to look at the tile, figured what needed to be done, and offered two quotes for two different approaches to getting the work done. Once that was decided, we scheduled the work -- he was available within the week, which was important because we needed it done quickly!

The results were amazing -- our floors were SHINY, they had cleaned the tile and grout,  blended in the colors so they looked more even, filled in and colored portions of tile that were gouged out, filled in some cracks, also evened out the coloring of the grout. It was simply unbelievable!

The guys who worked on our tile also took a lot of pride in their work, and it showed. Before we came back in to see the final results, they said "prepare to get your mind blown!" -- and it was truly mind-blowing!

They also leave you with documented instructions on how to properly care for your saltillo tile. I will be leaving this with the new home owners, along with MTR's contact info.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

We had CFS install tile with inserts in almost every room of our new house in Mesa.  They also installed Porcelain tile that looks like hardwood plus tile with inserts in our courtyard.  Everything done was perfect.  Very narrow grout lines with a consistent pattern.  We had a little problem with the courtyard tile but it was corrected at no charge and now looks fantastic.
