I definitely will recommend Alex he's very detailed and he really puts the effort so the work can come out perfect. We had tile in the past but the cement from the prior work was bad and he took the time to fix those errors instead of rushing to get the job done. He really made the image I had in mind come to life.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Brian and team did a great job on our large marble island. Pricing was also very competitive. I would/will use them again!

I have been looking for someone to come and clean my floors. Remember, it's the holiday season. Everyone is booked including Emil. He made time to squeeze me in at the very end of a long day. Our house is 20 years old, and it's been that long since the our travertine (limestone?) tiles and grout have been cleaned or polished, so it's been way overdue!  We met with three different vendors offering polishing services, and went with Scottsdale Travertine based on additional grout services they and price.  Duane and his crew of family members showed up on time Wednesday morning, and after he explained the game plan, they started work, first moving the heavier objects and taping carpets and appliances for protection, then completing the cleaning and polishing by Thursday noon (FYI, we have about 1,200 square feet of tile).  When they were done the tile shine had been completely restored, and the grout is now several shades lighter; it looks 100% better!  Duane also left us with information on how to best maintain our floor going forward.  All in all, this couldn't have gone better.  Thanks Duane, McKenzie and Andrew!

I decided to have my carpets and sofa cleaned just a few days before hosting a family get-together. Thankfully, Rob was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He was extremely professional, on time and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend him.

We had FCI (Floor Covering International) come in and do the whole downstairs flooring and we are so pleased with the service, professionalism and price we received from them. it was a big job of removing the old tile and installing new tile and the were so careful and detailed to close off the area to minimize the dust and even after they did the tile install,  had a company and clean and dust the whole down stairs.. very very happy with FCI... Josh was a great guy and very respectful. He came out to give a quote very quickly and schedule his crew to come in and seal the grout on our brand new 2 story house. There were 3 gentlemen that came out and did an amazing job at sealing the grout. They were all very respectful and answered all our questions. They moved all the furniture and put it back exactly the way we wanted it. I would, and have recommended Desert Tile & Grout Care to anyone!! We are planning to sign up for their 2 year plan to come out and refresh everything, making sure the seal is doing great. Highly recommended!!

Mexican Tile Restoration just finished restoring our 35 year old Mexican Saltillo Tile floor and it looks absolutely amazing!  We could not be happier with the result.

Dave and his team are truly artists and it looks better than when it was first put down.  They stripped the floor the 'old fashioned' way . . . by hand; thus preserving the original character of the tiles.  They then applied hardeners and sealers for a beautiful satin finish.    

We highly recommend to anyone wanting to preserve and restore their Mexican Tile floor to use this company!

Our windows looked great and carpets cleaned as well.  Very nice guy, very accommodating and mindful about customer preferences. I would call them again.

We are so happy with the look of our floors, especially the kitchen floor.

My husband was set on tearing out the tile in the kitchen, but Rob (and team) made it look so beautiful with a much more affordable, timely, and comfortable approach than my husband's upgrade idea.

We will have the team out to work their magic on the rest of the house in the near future.

Oh I forgot to mention that we previously had Rob's team fix and brighten every tile counter, including the grout. Of course all of these surfaces look fantastic.

They really added a special sparkle to our entire hacienda.
