Best Fences And Gates in Phoenix AZ

Fantastic work on a difficult job!  Came in with a great price, the right attitude and absolutely resolved my issue on time and beyond my expectations.  This will be my go-to for any additional metalwork I need!

We highly recommend Aldo's! Great company. Jessica was great to work with as was the to workers, they really took pride in there work. We would use Aldo's again for sure.

They couldn't help me but gave me advice on who to call t get the wrk done that I need.

We just got our 30 year old, rusty pool fence and gate replaced by AZ Pool Fence and we are so happy.  Rob's estimate was correct and it didn't change (which other companies did after the first meeting).  I interviewed 3 companies and their estimate was slightly lower than the others.  The workers were courteous, quieter than we imagined and clean!  They left our backyard cleaner than we expected.  I recommend this company and their employees!

Gave Larry with Glendale Welding a 1 star rating because --Larry came out very quickly to give us a quote on two gates, he was very professional and sketched out what they would look like. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. We got a bunch of other quotes on the gates we were needing . We were going to go with another company that had great reviews as well, however Larry contacted us promptly and was very persistent on getting our business and made promises to lower his original prices and promised the gates would be installed in 4-6 weeks. Mind you his lowered price was still much higher than any of the other  6 gate quotes. He made us feel at ease about his high quote. Gates were supposed to be installed at the end of January. We have called and texted numerous times to at least see a picture of our gates and he is full of excuses as to where our gates are. We paid him half the total last year when we hired him. He refuses to respond back to us as to where the gates are and when they will be installed. At this point we just want our money back and be done with Larry and his company. This is such a surprise as we read his other 5 star reviews. Not sure what is going on?
~UPDATE~ We have changed our star rating from1 to a 3 because we finally got our gates installed 2 months behind his promised install date. They look amazing and the quality is excellent! Just very disappointed in his lack of communication thru out the process and his refusal to take responsibility for his part in being so tardy in finishing our project.

I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

I bought my fence years ago and loved it. Most recently I wanted help to get down and Leonard was more than willing to help me do that. Every time I call there they're very willing to help. Would highly recommend!!!

Dave is amazing. He called me right away. Came out and gave me an estimate and my fences were installed within the week. He is GREAT!! I highly recommend.

Hector and his father did a phenomenal job! From beginning to end everything flowed perfectly. Hector was quick to respond to my messages  , he accommodated my night work schedule perfectly, and last but not least  they did an amazing job creating what I wanted . Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

I work at a small Christian high school in central Phoenix, and we had a problem with our security gate.  Matt and Erica responded promptly and assigned Preston as our tech.  He called ahead of time and arrived on time.  Personable and knowledgeable, Preston did a great job in fixing the problem.  They will get all our future repair business.

Elrod fencing was fantastic.  needed 85' of chain link with chocolate brown vinyl privacy with 2- 48 gates.  they quoted the best price and nailed it.  great job.  there are now my go to guys for chainlink.  a real fair family owned business.

I have used the brothers for one and a half years and found them to be outstanding young men. Their work is excellent with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. delivered the goods on time !

Horrible! Horrible! I found a listing for them on Craigslist and was directed to their website. I needed some fencing done on my property so I decided to use the appointment scheduler on his website to set up an appointment for a free estimate. The other estimate I had, from another company, was in the 5,000.00 price range to add another pen and some more 3 rail galvanized fencing to what I already had in place. I set the appointment up for Thursday at 6:30pm. As soon as I clicked on the button to confirm the appointment, I received an email telling me, Thank you, your appointment has been successfully scheduled. Great.... I looked forward to having him come out and give me a quote so I could decide who I was going to use for my fence project.
Thursday comes and I leave work a little early so I would be their in time. At about 7:00pm, and no sign or word from Sereno Custom Fence, I call him and leave a message. About 15 minutes later Mr. Sereno calls me and tells me that he had no record of any appointment for Thursday.... Grrr! He then said that he could come out on Sunday to give me the estimate.... I hesitantly agreed to give him another chance and told him that 9:00am would work for me. I asked him if he needed my address and he said no, that he already had it! How would he have my address if the appointment scheduler did not work?! He got my address but not my appointment time or day??
Regardless, I bit my tongue and tried to move past that. However, it is now 4:30 on Sunday afternoon and I have not seen or heard from anyone from Sereno Custom Fence company. No one showed up for the 9:00am appointment and no one has bothered to call me back after I left a message for them at about 10:30am reminding them about our 9:00am appointment!
What the heck is wrong with this company??? I had work that needed to be done that is in the 5000.00 range with more in the near future to complete all the fencing that I was going to need. I am not sure why they keep making appointments with me and keep not showing up or even calling to tell me to F%@# off. They will NEVER get my money and I will be very sure to let all of my neighbors know of the horrible business practices of Sereno Custom Fence!

My OG side gate had enough of life and snapped. After multiple companies couldn't even get an estimate out in two weeks, I put the job out on Yelp. Legacy was responsive, had an estimate with 24 hours, and a new gate in under a week. They showed up first thing in the morning, and all was done by 1pm, and the gate looks good, with a cool locking system to boot. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We placed the order on May 17 and were told it would be done in 10 to 12 weeks.  The 12 weeks are up and no gate.  I've called several times and keep getting the run around.  It's in powder coat. It's waiting on the screens. We'll call you back later with an install time frame.  Still nothing.

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.
