Best Spring Repair in Phoenix AZ

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! My previous gate guy has taken to not answering his phone, and not returning calls.  So I had to search for a new guy.  

Contacted them to fix my gate opener which decided it wasn't going to work anymore.  Their response was prompt, and we got scheduled very quickly.  He was able to diagnose the problem, but then we had to wait for parts.  The local supplier didn't have them.  After a few days he came back, installed the new board, and it works!

The only negatives were that he left a pile of pieces next to the opener (I assume defective pieces?), and he didn't remount the opener cover properly (so it was dragging on the chain).  I know it was dark when he finished (before we got home), so maybe he just missed it?  It was easy for me to take care of.  I won't hold this against him this time, and he will be my go-to opener guy for now.  As you can see, I give him five stars.

Pricing was reasonable based on some checking for part prices on the internet.

Scott came next day and fixed our seemingly unfixable door in about a half hour. He's a pro to the fullest and also does general contracting work too. Highly recommend for a no BS experience.

Our garage door was not going up all the way, so we called Loyal Doors.

They were able to come out the following morning to fix the problem. Prices were fair and technician was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs and repairs.

The garage door that came with my house originally was junk so I called Grease Monkey. Brian gave me a quote over the phone. please help to find those two persons Joshua s pattiete and his partner they work in repair and replace garage doors in Glendale az only use that business to fraud costumers after u make a contract give a deposit they hide hope with this help i put those guys in jails to much people are been fraud

I had these guys over three times over the past four years - to replace both of our garage door openers, and to replace a broken spring.  Three different technicians, and all of them highly skilled, honest, and very helpful.  I will be using them for all such work, and encourage others to do the same.
