Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

One of my gates had swung shut and past the latch, bending the slider bar.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Got up to go to work and the garage door would only go up half way. Called first thing in the morning and BBB said they could get there about 11 am. Minutes later Eric called and said he was close and he could make in in about 20 minutes. Got there in 15. It only turned out to be an adjustment that took about 2 minutes and he said he couldn't charge me the full service charge just for that, so he said how about 40 bucks and I'll lube, tighten and adjust the door. That worked for me so he did that to the one with the opener and the non-opener single door next to it....  And he showed me how to do it myself regularly to keep it maintained. Now it works quietly and very smoothly. That's the way to do biz. I work at a Very Large Company and I'm spreading the word. BBB is how success stories are made.  Not by some sniveling jerk trying to rip you off at every chance.

Where do I begin with Action Gate?  From the moment Diane picked up my first phone call, to the moment the gate was finished was an extremely pleasant experience.

I had a very bad experience with another company trying to get a side gate (8', split in the middle, both sides can open).  Gary came out, quotes me on the gate and didn't raise the price from the time he came out to the time I got the official quote.

Unfortunately though, it did take about a month to get the gate.  But, it was of such superb quality, the time I waited was well worth the wait.  I called multiple times to get a status and Diane was always happy to look it up and let me know.

I loved their work so much, I recommended a colleague to use them.  He was very satisfied with the quality of their work, and their pricing as well.
