One of my gates had swung shut and past the latch, bending the slider bar.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

I would have loved to do business with this company, but their First Impression was just terrible. Get it? It's their name, and it sucked. Whatever. I sent a message on Yelp to get someone out to see the project and submit a bid, but what I got in return was a long winded template response giving me a list of options instead of actually trying to set something up.  When I responded saying I didn't follow, and provided my phone number, I received another long winded template response. Hired someone who bothered to ask my address and show up, rather than hit copy and paste.

I responded to the request to provide information so First Impression Ironworks could have their customer service reps reach out to try and resolve the situation. I replied with it and they have not tried to reach out.  I gave them all the info they requested and nothing.  The responses they give are just an act to try and get people to believe they work to resolve issues, they do not.  Keep away from First Impression Ironworks at all costs.  You will over pay for inferior products and poor service.
