Best Door Addition in Phoenix AZ

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys!  I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they  completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner.  They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure  that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them.  With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

I dropped $20k on two new split units, only to find out after they were installed that the condensers were single stage rather than dual stage. I spent months working with the sales team at my house discussing the upside of going with dual stage compressors.

I'm not going so far as to say that I was bait-and-switched, but today - the day after the systems were installed - I'm being told that I need to buy 2 brand new condensers.

Needless to say I'm not a happy customer. Get every last detail in writing from these people if you end up using them. Make sure that they reply in writing, too (I'm told that they let me know these were single stage during a phone conversation).

Nice sales people, nice installer staff, but a really terrible experience.

A week after sending an email documenting my problem to a customer relations email address, all of my issues have been solved to my satisfaction. Chas Roberts ended up going above and beyond to make things right. Everyone who I've dealt with has been very professional. This is my new HVAC company!
