We hired Jonathan to remodel my mom's home around December 2022 and the project was finished early April 2023. I am super impressed with him: he's reliable, very accommodating and receptive to changes, great with communication, and he has great connections to get pretty much anything done. Labor and pricing are probably the most reasonable I've seen. Jonathan is quick to resolve issues and we had a great experience. I would definitely work with him again for another remodel in the future.

So happy I went with Danny and his company. They did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. Danny was very thorough in explaining the entire process and always available to answer any questions I had.  He definitely knows his stuff. Can't wait for him to redo our kitchen!  Thanks, Danny!!!

After years of waiting to be in a financial position to remodel our dilapidated shower stall (circa 1989), we are grateful to have met Jayson Ayala as a recommendation from EZ Flow Plumbing (Another great company).  His pricing is straightforward with a few caveats that he reveals upfront prior to demolition.  His quote was competitive with the others we received for the work being done. Regardless of whatever trivial or redundant question I had regarding the project,  Jayson was always readily available either by text or direct phone call even at later evening hours.   Upon Demo,  Jayson made us aware of a termite issue that we had in the stall being remodeled and had the integrity not to refer us to his "buddy in the industry". He insisted on stabilizing the structural frameworks in the wall of the stall and tub before initiating tile work to ensure maximum integrity of his work. As a part of the framework,  he even went out of his way to buy wood repellant to termites.  For those who don't know,  many homes built late 80's- early 90's in AZ were bi-products of slipshod construction practices, often cutting corners to meet booming demand.  As a father of 4, Jayson is a family man, even bringing his mentor Dad on site to help ensure that the job was completed adequately.  We would definitely consider Jayson for future projects and remodels.

We had a overhead water leak that lead to the roof ceiling falling in one of our bedrooms. I called PJH to come and give us an estimate to repair all the damage. Someone actually answered the phone when I called and then they directly connected me to Andrew who was wonderful! He was empathic to our situation and contacted one of the estimators that same day to schedule an appointment to come out to our home. Then Debbie arrived to look over the damage and she was awesome! Very professional, listened to our needs and efficiently walked through our home and assed the damage. Then she promptly provided an estimate to us with in a few days. Thank you Debbie and Andrew we appreciate you!

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

During monsoon season my house was exposed to a large amount of water. My carpet was ruined throughout my whole entire house. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, fortunately I found this company and gave them a call. They sent a confirmation email with my appointment time and name of the technician. The technician didn't only show up on time, but showed up at least 30 minutes early and began working throughout my house. My carpets looked horrible, after his work was done you couldn't even tell that my house was flooded. I was more than happy with the work done by Arizona Carpet and Restoration, I will continue to use their services and I highly recommend them for use.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

no star is not available so one star it is. showed up at the last minute, rushed through, damaged pieces and demanded payment. never returned unused material and never completed the job. They lost in court they still dont pay the awarded damages. Owner is shady and will tell you anything to get the job and an advanced payment. Stay away !

Because i am relatively handy with home improvements, i try to save a buck and to most of our home improvements myself. EXCEPT electrical. i have gotten shocked far too many times to realize i don't understand how electrical re-wiring works, so when i came upon a home improvement coupon from Weforia for 3 hours of work, i jumped on it to have some kitchen pendant lights installed.

Douglas handled all the coupons and he did the work on our project. He arrived promptly and laid out protective coverings on our countertops and floors. he did not seem the typical home improvement handyman....usually they say things to you making you feel like a complete idiot. but douglas was extremely polite and professional. in 3 hours, he had cut new holes in our ceiling, re-routed the wiring, and installed 3 wonderful pendant lights in our kitchen. AND he even cleaned up everything after he was finished.

he is back today to preview our next project, installing a range exhaust fan. unfortunately, he informed us he is leaving Blue Rose, but the owner, Jareed, will be doing our install. too bad because Douglas is everything a professional home improvement expert should be.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

We contracted TWD to install study doors (two sidelights and french doors, all with glass panes) in our new house that we did not opt for in the original design. We had the doors delivered to our home and TWD sent out Jonas Keim to do the installation. Jonas arrived at the appointed hour and worked for several hours to do the installation. He completed the work exactly as we expected and did it professionally and in the end, made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. The doors look great -- we are very pleased with the results.

Everyone at TWD was great to work with. They do quality work, they're efficient and their prices are competitive. I would highly recommend them to others.

The good: the work that was done well was done very well.

The bad: failed to produce plans to work from, and kept contract language very vague. Anything that wasn't spelled out explicitly in the contract was left up to the discretion of the project manager. When I expressed dissatisfaction, was blamed personally for their failure to convey plans or ask my input. Contractor was 100% un-involved once the project started.

The ugly: emotional breakdowns, yelling, red faces, and at one point, fear of physical assault--all due to delays and confusion in the process. I was told a number of times that I was one of the "nice customers". So maybe I was just a whipping boy. Just a lot of disrespectful and unprofessional actions that made it an unpleasant process and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Five star customer service!  Received a message from Canyon advising they read the review and would like to come back and redo the texturing.  I'm declining as nothing could convince me to repaint that bathroom.  Do you know how hard it is to get clean lines when using dark colors?  I taped, painted, taped again, repainted, taped a 3rd time, repainted, before finally getting it right.  But I am super impressed Canyon's number one goal is to ensure customers are happy!

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our "dream" and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did "call backs" to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.
