Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for.  This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project  that I may have.

Our neighbor's bathtub above us cracked (we live in a condo) & caused major flooding in our bathroom. Although scheduling with this company was completely out of my hands, I am SO glad Rodriguez Remodeling was chosen to fix our ceiling. They were able to get me in sooner than the original scheduled date due to a last minute cancellation. They were very considerate, respectful & prompt. They even protected my carpet while transferring supplies during the repair. We've gone through quite a few companies with repairs in our unit & none of them compare to this one!!

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

My husband and I wanted some work done asap. We called D & D on a holiday weekend and my call was answered! I was able to speak to Dion, the owner, and we set up an appointment for 7am immediately following the holiday. Dion was TIMELY, ENTHUSIASTIC, and HONEST about the work we wanted done. We got an estimate that was beyond reasonable for the following:
1. Cabinet repainting (kitchen and two other bathrooms)
2. Granite replacement (kitchen and two of the bathrooms)
3. New sinks AND faucets (kitchen and two of the bathrooms)
4. New hardware for all cabinets
5. Rebuilding a shower (subway tile, new floor, new doors and faucet)
6. Replacing a washer connector
7. New medicine cabinets in two of the bathrooms

He began the work on the following Monday after we hammered out some details. Dion was there on time with a whole crew. They were all beyond courteous and began working right away and continued to work hard all day, every day. Dion was extremely responsive as to progress and any questions we had! The job moved along just as described!

Some dust/ventilation issues came up, unexpectedly, however, and we had to stay away from the house longer than expected because we have three very small children. Dion was not only apologetic, but he was willing to do what it took to rectify the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure we were safe and comfortable.

The work was 100% completed by Saturday, with Dion at the house personally seeing to the project's completion! He checked and double checked the work done, and the whole house was cleaned up! Dion even followed up with us on Monday to see if anything came up over the first couple days. Of course, the work is outstanding, but even the smallest of requests was met with a great attitude and an offer to come out that day.

Dion continued to impress us with his professionalism and competence (two things that you never know if you're going to get when it comes to contractors)! My husband said to me, "He (Dion) didn't just take care of the job, he took care of our family".

We will be using D & D Construction for all of our future needs (and you should too)!

I was not happy with the remodel of our kitchen. We were told that things were going to get done and they were not. The amount of time quoted was way longer than what it actually took even though I had told them they had out business but to please if anything over estimate rather than under. We have a large scratch in our island counter top and all our drawer were meant to be soft close and completed and only half are soft close and they several don't shut all the way. I do want to say whoever they used for the tiling did a phenomenal job. It was subcontracted out and I would hire them again in a minute but I will never use 2nd ave design group again nor will I recommend it.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Just moved into our home and needed to have a door installed and some drywall work done to make it look right. Eric was absolutely phenomenal, and we are very particular (the home is brand new). His work is flawless, and looks as if it was that way originally.

Great handyman, we will hire again if anything else comes up. Highly recommend.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Doug is very responsive and also patient. He picked up my phone, explained how much everything would cost. Also he arrives on time as he promised. The work is done quickly and with high quality. I would hire him again to do some handyman jobs in the future.

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

Mark was awesome to work with! He is a creative visionary who helped transform our bathrooms. I showed him a few I inspiration pics and he took it to the next level. He was always on time and delivered what he said he was going to do!

I was absolutely greatful to find David Nguyen from Desert mountain countertop. We had trouble with other fabricators . No one like to go out far to Florence. David gave us a great service with his quick respond, reliable , reasonable prices. His team came out very quick to finish the job in the next 2 business days. They did an excellent job. I was very happy and please to work with David . I would recommended to anyone wants a good service and reliable company .

Clayton promptly responded the same day to our request for consultation and quote on the replacement of a pergola shade structure. He was very personable and pleasantly discussed multiple options for layout and materials. His quote was detailed and thorough. He leveraged a 5 man crew for the job in the interest of getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. All the guys on his crew were great. We felt as if this group was taking care of us as they would their own families. They even cleaned the worksite cleaner than they found it. We will definitely call on Gusto Construction again and highly recommend them!
