I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

We had new AC Installed and the they did a little damage so they had Rodriguez Remodeling contracted out to do the repairs. They were very good at communicating and scheduling. They did a great job. Very clean and courteous. We liked them so much we asked for their card to get a bid on a future remodeling project.

It's hard to trust or find a good contractor. I'm so happy to work with him. He helped me with many different projects. He is very patient and try to deliver the best quality and make his customers happy. And so reliable. He always messages me back right on the same day or just a few hours later when I sent him a text.

BEWARE!!!!!! This company is a waste of time. They scheduled an appointment with me and I took the day off to meet with Dion. He did not confirm the appointment to let me know he was for sure coming, and then he showed up and took my quote for my work and never heard back from him. It's been 7 business days and still no response. Don't waste your time with this ridiculous company!!!!

I engaged 2nd Avenue Design by email in February. I specifically asked if they did engineering. Michael at 2nd Ave responded by email saying, "yes this is something we do a lot." I subsequently met with Michael. He came to my home and we discussed the project. He said he would write a bid for the job. This is where we started to have problems with communication and follow up. I had to ask for the bid after it was due. Miraculously he sent it after I asked.
I decided to use 2nd Ave and gave a deposit to start the process with the agreement that work would begin by June 1st. Between my first contact with Michael at 2nd Ave and now (July 15th) I've had to hound him for updates and communication.
He said he was having a difficult time finding an engineer. He brought one by finally (an engineer who he never worked with) and the engineer kept asking me what I wanted and he had no solutions except to put large obtrusive posts and beams in after jackhammering my foundation. Clearly this is not what I discussed with Michael and it was clearly a lazy solution for the engineer.
No work has ever been started and my last text to Michael on July 5th was ignored until July 14th when I texted again and asked for my deposit back.
I'm sure 2nd Ave is good at ripping out your old kitchen and putting a new one in when it's just new cabinets and appliances. But they definitely are not your company if you need any thought put into your project.
I would not recommend 2nd Avenue Design for any project other than anything very simple.

Would definitely use again. He mounted our 42inch TV and it was fast + high quality service. Definitely recommend and you can't beat the price!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Eric is my idea of the perfect handyman. The quotes were fair for what I wanted done, I was very specific! He showed up on time, every time. As soon as I met Bobby I knew I wanted to hire him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and carefully reviewed and discussed the details of my project. I had just purchased a house and needed work done prior to moving in, so my timeline was tight, 2 - 3 weeks. I had new flooring put in, new interior paint, recessed lighting, new light fixtures and hardware installed. Bobby got it done quickly and efficiently and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I was amazed at how hands off the process was. Bobby ordered the materials I had selected, and also helped me pick out some other items. He has great taste and a good eye for what will work best. Don't let the small number of reviews stop you from working with Atelier507. I was hesitant at first because when we started the process they were new to Yelp and did not have any reviews. Now I am so impressed with Bobby and his team I would recommend him to everyone and use him again on future projects.

After speaking with multiple companies, Desert Mountain was the perfect choice for us. They listened to what we wanted and then they made it reality. They were professional, they provided plenty of top quality options, and they were transparent with time frames and always kept us up to speed with what was going on. Clayton promptly responded the same day to our request for consultation and quote on the replacement of a pergola shade structure. He was very personable and pleasantly discussed multiple options for layout and materials. His quote was detailed and thorough. He leveraged a 5 man crew for the job in the interest of getting the job done professionally and in a timely manner. All the guys on his crew were great. We felt as if this group was taking care of us as they would their own families. They even cleaned the worksite cleaner than they found it. We will definitely call on Gusto Construction again and highly recommend them!
