Thank you for sending a crew to repair the water damaged in the bathroom, kids bedroom and master bedroom, that was cause by a bathroom leak behind the vanity, a lot of drywall and laminated floorig was removed, the crew work very hard and quickly to set-up the proper equipment to get it dry fast. They did an excellent job.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Mr. McNeil offered very competitive pricing, but more importantly, he met the deadline, used quality interior paint, and went through an inspection prior to billing us. We had the work done in 2011, 7 years later, paint still looks great.

Landscaping company lost control of their vehicle and ran through my garage. Derrick & his team were able to get my garage & patio looking even better then it had prior to the accident. Got a large cabinet section installed in a random area next to my kitchen. Excellent service from this company. Quentin keeps you informed of the process and communicates well throughout. The employees who did the work were respectful and did a great job! Would use this company again for remodel services! Adding a picture, the color is the same on top and bottom cabinets, photo lighting throws it off

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I really can't say enough about Gaio Contracting. I was lucky to have them install my kitchen. The owner/Rick is very hands on & a perfectionist of installations. Very kind & knowledgeable on how to keep the supply & demand moving. His wife also just as kind & nice. Old school pleasantries & speaking to you not at you. Recommend highly, even over some "big box" companies.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.
