Best Roof Leak Inspection in Phoenix AZ

I thought I had a few shingles come off the roof as there were multiple shingles in my yard. With all the monsoons, everyone's roof is taking a beating. I called around and roofing companies were 4-6 weeks out.  Which shows how busy it was.

But we keep getting monsoons and I was getting nervous that I would get a leak from missing shingles.

Multi-pro had great reviews on nextdoor app, so I decided to call. Chris just happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house within 10 minutes! What a relief!

It was hot but he went up to the roof and the good news for me (bad for the neighbor) was the missing shingles were my neighbor's in the back. Chris said my roof was perfect and well made. He didn't even charge me!

Very friendly, professional, and very honest. Someone could have told me I was missing shingles and I would have not know. I easily would have paid for someone to climb on the roof with this heat, but he didn't charge. Great company and service!

Did a great job on complete roof job with skylight replacement. Very responsive. Quick estimate and  was able to start job right away. Finished job prior to heavy rains.

We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

I contacted Ruben, and he was able to set up the appointment right away. Honest quote and no surprising adds on. His crew Devin came to finish our roof work and provided with photos. The company did a great job installing my new roof. I got quite a few bids and Rick was the only estimator who took the time to actually lift up tiles and see what was happening. Any questions were answered swiftly. The team worked quickly and cleanly. They are competitively priced and get the job done. My neighbors hired another well known roofing company but it took 3x as long to complete the roof and the work was shoddy. I did my research so let me save you some time...you want your roof done to Anderson standards (2 ply 40lb felt). 2 ply means there is an 18 inch overlap of the felt versus a 6 inch overlap. Some roofers will only quote for 1 ply or use inferior felt. Don't waste your time.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Tempel Roofing. Not only did they seamlessly manage communications with our insurance company to process the coverage of our roof replacement, but they installed the roof promptly and quickly. This was all happening around some major life events for us, including welcoming a new baby, and they made the process totally painless which was very much needed and appreciated. Everyone in the company has been professional and wonderful to work with.  Polite. Competent. Reliable.  .... and like others have mentioned, the service is excellent in every regard.

Revamp tackled some nagging roof issues that other companies couldn't resolve.  Our roof, it's a problem child, but Ruben's crew took the time and showed the expertise to solve the problems.  

Their pricing is more than fair. They are probably not the cheapest in town, but you won't find better workmanship and service - period.

It's refreshing to work with a business owner who understands the value of exceptional service and workmanship.

We had a different company come out and give us an estimate of some roof repair work (broken/shifted tiles from a few previous storms). This guy had done some repairs on the house across the street. The guy got on our roof and proceeded to tell us that we needed a whole new roof, That is was irreparable. That guy gave us a ridiculous bid for a new roof. We thanked him and he left.

Fast forward to the next day. We called ECO roofing to come out for an estimate (We knew of ECO Roofing as they did a complete re-roof of a friend of ours-so we knew the quality of their work).

Rich from ECO roofing came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and quoted us two different ways-one was to repair/replace the damaged/broken/shifted tiles and give the roof a tune up-and the other was to redo the entire roof. He had pictures of everything that he provided to us.

We opted to have ECO do the tune up and scheduled the work immediately. We were notified of the date and time that the crew would come out.

On the day that the crew was supposed to be at our place-a mix up happened (Yes, things happen!). The crew didn't show up at the scheduled time. The ECO office folks felt bad and sent someone out late in the day-and he started to do the work. We just had the ECO folks reschedule to the next week-when it was more convenient for everyone.

The second time, they were early and there were 6 guys-and they completed the entire project in about 3 hours. They cleaned up when they were done as well. We are extremely please and will use them when the time comes for  our roof to be replaced.

These guys are amazing! They're old school and still believe in doing the right thing. They went above and beyond everything I expected. They were extremely affordable (half of what others wanted) and gave me a 10 year warranty. They fixed my leaking roof then cleaned up the mess the last roofers left in a pile on the side of my house.  I've been dealing with a lot of contractors due to a leak in my kitchen. RHS was a breath of fresh air compared to every single one of them. I would recommend them to everyone. Save yourself the stress and headache of these other contractors and just call RHS. They'll do the work fast, efficient, affordable and right the first time. These are the guys you want fixing your mom's roof.
