When my roof was done it looked good, but they had to come back and fix some leaks in the roof. Multi-Pro left my skylights filthy with old roofing debris. I feel for the money, we should have had a more complete job

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended.  That's how I found Mikku & Sons.  They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof.  I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame.  Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule.  They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

Selling a house, the Home Inspector found a few problem areas with roof. The roofers came in, not only doing a great job repairing areas identified in inspection report, but then checked entire roof to ensure there were no other problems not included in inspection.

Geoff was the upmost professional when we requested to see if there was a leak in our roof. He throughly assessed our roof and found no leak. He could've easily taken us down a path to fix something but insisted there was nothing wrong. We were concerned because our house is nearly 20 years old and all of our neighbors are getting new roofs. He even went into detail of the type of roofing we have and let us know our roof had an additional 10 years of life on it. Geoff is honest and we appreciate that these days. We had a HUGE problem with our Patio deck above our garage.  1st it was so difficult to get anyone take on this type of project.  But fortunately using Yelp which I have had very good experience with,  I had 3 people give me Quotes.  I felt the most comfortable with Spartan Roofing and Alex who gave me the quote.  Not to mention they were the cheapest by far.  Even though it was the cheapest I decided to use them because Alex seemed to be the best fit for us.  Well, my gut was correct.  They were FANTASTIC!!!!! The guys that did the work were super kind and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.  They cleaned up and were very respectful to my home.  I will be always using them in the future for ANY roofing service.  Thanks Alex and crew for being honest, fair and kind on your work.

When our roof started leaking I began calling around to get estimates for a repair. Tempel roofing was both the quickest to get out to our house and came in with the lowest cost estimate (and they didn't try to nickel and dime me after the work was done either). Ryan was able to answer all my questions and concerns and gave great advice for changes I should consider making. Yousef was super easy to work with for the actual installation and even when I got nitpicky during the inspection afterwards, without hesitation he had a crew back out the next day to make my requested changes.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother's Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to known brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company. Can't say enough about him and his team so THANK YOU DARRON!!

Eric, the Owner and CEO did a roofing inspection for us.  We recently replaced our roof with another company and had a leak right after.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Eric came out quickly and made a very thoughtful and thorough inspection.  He took time to explain it to all of us, as well as the two contractors.  I was beyond impressed by his patience and care.  He communicated clearly and helped us all understand the situation.  He communicated well with us from beginning to end; both in scheduling, inspection, and his thorough email.  This was most impressive.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. I am highly recommending RHS Roofing.  They were very helpful when we selected our shingles and answered any questions we had the same day we asked.  The roofers showed up very early and worked all day until dark.  They finished the job the next morning.  They have the best guarantee of any of the companies I checked.  The roof looks really nice.

Buyer beware. They did not honor my contract that they signed due to what they call a mathematical error. This error was for 30% / $3,000. How can the estimator be that far off? I decided to just get my deposit back and not try to have them honor the contract as I can't imagine I would be getting quality work or a fair deal if I tried to have the roof replaced with them. They weren't at all willing to honor the contract and anyways they said they wouldn't do the work for the original quote / contract price signed.  Dealing with Lyons roofing was a total waste of time.
