Work was started on time and completed on time. Josh, Devin's brother, always took my calls and patiently answered my worried phone conversations. We had Arizona Roofing Systems replace the underlayment on our roof. In general, they did a pretty good job. The people are super friendly and accessible. There were just a couple issues I wish had been handled better. First was the scheduling. We had certain days that were not good for us due to my daughter working the graveyard shift on Wednesday and Thursday night, they schedule us for Monday-Wednesday. Well, the job didn't complete until Friday afternoon. It would have been much better had they communicated to us what was going on the day before so we could have adjusted our schedules. Second, they couldn't find matching tiles. They assured us they would do it in such a way it wouldn't be noticeable. Well, they didn't. I have a couple very noticeable stripes. A little disappointing since every other house in our neighborhood that has had this done doesn't have this problem. Also, I asked that the mortar be tinted and it wasn't. These weren't huge issues, but certainly wish they had been handled better. Now, it just better be leak free!

We had a new vent from a water heater install that resulted in a gap that would have been a sure leak with upcoming rain.  They responded almost instantly and made a quick fix the same morning.  Highly recommend!

I had a leak in roof above my garage and I called 3 roofing companies to come inspect and give me quotes. True to their name, First Response was the first to respond and had someone, Geoff, at my house within 2 hours. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and location. As it turned out, there was a small gap between the flashing and the roof that just needed a bead of caulk to seal it. Geoff went and got some seal, in a couple different colors to suit my preference, and then fixed the gap.  The best part, he did it FREE. He said they don't charge for service quotes and their minimum is $500 but that involves replacing tiles and whatnot. For something so small and easy to fix as my issue, he said he was happy to care of it at no charge. It's so nice to find an honest and reliable roofer and I'll be using First Response for all of my future roofing needs

They came out to perform an estimate weeks ago and they never sent the estimate! I advised them of such. They said that they would send it and still nothing.

Requested a quote through their website. More than a week went by with no response. Finally called to see if they could come out, we scheduled a day and time window during the week. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. I Even got a confirmation call the afternoon before which was great. But then come the day of the on site meeting know one showed up or even called to reschedule... Lost my business, Too bad for them because I maintain multiple residential properties that have and will need roofs in the future.

When our roof started leaking I began calling around to get estimates for a repair. Tempel roofing was both the quickest to get out to our house and came in with the lowest cost estimate (and they didn't try to nickel and dime me after the work was done either). Ryan was able to answer all my questions and concerns and gave great advice for changes I should consider making. Yousef was super easy to work with for the actual installation and even when I got nitpicky during the inspection afterwards, without hesitation he had a crew back out the next day to make my requested changes.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

There has been some confusion as to who needed to take responsibility, our roofer or HVAC.  Eric was hired to come and give his professional opinion on how to move forward to address the leaking roof.

Just get lots of quotes before you decide to use them.

I had them give me a quote, and ended up finding another experienced operation that was less than half of what Lyons quoted me for my foam roof.  I've been very happy with the job.

I just didn't get a good feeling with the salesman they sent out coming out and closing the deal with all the games. I'd rather deal with someone that actually does the trade and not a guy that just wants to get a commission.
