Called John at 8:00 about air not working.  He was here at 10:30 and the repair was done by11:00.  Took the time to wash out the unit and advised us on how to make it work more efficiently.  Very friendly and honest.  Will definitely use him the next time. Excellent experience and am very satisfied.  It's nice to find good honest people in the repair business

Keith does great work at very competitive prices. We own a vintage condo and every project is a sort of archaeological expedition. He is able to tackle any problem or challenge skillfully and we're very pleased with all three projects he has completed for us. Everything looks great and we recommend him any chance we get.

He came out to our house early in the week to give us an estimate.  Subsequently, he agreed to do the work on Friday the same week.  We gave him a 6 hour window on Friday.  He said he would text us to let us know when he will show up.  He never showed up for the job, no calls to let us know he will not be coming and no apologies later.  We tried calling  him and his voice mail was full.  The next day we called and left message and our calls are not returned.  Why come out and give an estimate and then behave in this way?  He is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Joe does great work.  We have used him multiple times to hang up pictures for us, build our baby furniture, fix cabinets, build dressers, hang up a medicine cabinet.

My work hired NNY Electrical Services for our electrical needs. The electrician we had the pleasure of working with was Ninos.  Ninos has done several jobs for us at this point, and we have never been anything but extremely satisfied with his services.  Besides being super nice, reliable and a perfectionist (good traits for an electrician to have!), the prices for the jobs were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Ninos.

Found Good Guys Electric through quote finder in Yelp. Jaime responded quickly with an estimate AND a time available (next day) to perform electrical work in my home. He and his help showed up the next day as promised, on time, and quickly/efficiently troubleshooted our problem, fixed the issue, and installed a new device for another job. Price as quoted. Couldn't ask for a better electrician, & we'll definitely be using his services again.

Just moved to Naperville and needed help. Spoke with what I think was an office manager or assistant who said the owner would call to set an appointment. Never heard anything so followed up a week later and got hung up on. Fascinating business practices but time to move on.

We have been working with Dominik and the team over the last year on a number of projects, including a complete remodel of two bathrooms and an outdoor patio. It has been a pleasure working with Dominik as well as everyone on the team. They frequently arrive early and work extremely hard throughout the day, ensuring that everything is correctly installed and repaired in our 1960's house. Dominik also has a knack with customers; he is responsive through call and text (even on weekends!). He often offers up design and functionality ideas that we may not have thought of, and ensures that the job is completed with the utmost quality, keeping costs in mind.

We will definitely continue to work with Dominik in the future as we continue to gradually remodel our forever home. We really love and have been able to enjoy everything they have done for us and will for many years to come.

I had an outlet making noises that I knew were not right and that it was an urgent situation. I shut off my power and called a bunch of electricians who were too busy. I called Big City Plug and James answered and was over in about 90 minutes. He fixed me right up and I'm having him back to check all my outlets. He's fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. So glad I found him!

We had an emergency service call the day after Thanksgiving and Adam came out after three other prior service calls late at night.  He was very personable and helpful, answering all our questions and educating us at the same time.  Our immediate issue is resolved but if we need further guidance, we will reach out to him again.

Tim was awesome. He came and installed my smart switches. Very professional. And answered all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Tim in the near future for all my Electrical projects.

I used JD pro to have lights installed in the basement as part of a remodeling project. It turned out beautiful. They did a great job, were on time and gave me a reasonable price. At the same time, they fixed an electrical breaker. I would hire them again.

They probably nice people having a bad day, but I called just to get some info and got hung up on twice. The first time I was hung up on soon as I finished my question. Then I thought the phone might have just messed up, no biggie. I call back get immediately put on hold and 90 seconds in it picks up and I get hung up on again. Not trying to be a bother, just was interested in your services and prices.
