No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

Both of my outlets in my bathrooms went out. I tried to trouble shoot it myself but could not get them to work. Bahram responded to my yelp message quickly and he was able to come fix the outlets that day. I was so glad that it was a quick fix and it only cost me the price for him to come out. I would recommend Altap to anyone of my friends for similar.    problems.

I called on a Monday afternoon and Craig showed up before his other appointments the following morning. He methodically found the issue and corrected it while teaching me a few things about how to avoid the problem next time!

Kevin and Jonny were fantastic. We've had outlets and lights in our apartment that haven't worked for years. It was a difficult problem to solve because it appears our unit has some unconventional wiring. Regardless, they diagnosed the problem quickly, were super friendly and efficient, and now our place is beautifully illuminated! Happy customers - we highly recommend them.

We had difficulty finding an electrician willing to take our rather small job.  We called several different companies & there was no response and no returned call until
I called Wright Electric.  A very pleasant secretary answered, scheduled the work time, and the young man who came was punctual, knowledgable and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased.

Awesome & prompt customer service!  My furnace stopped working and I tried calling PG&E who said to contact my propane company. My propane company couldn't come look until th next week. I called around to a dozen HVAC companies but mostly just got voicemail. Apparently they're all swamped.

I called Bellows (Wed March 23rd) and they sent a very nice guy Sal out within the hour. He did some diagnostics and just the 1 part would be $400. It's a 30 year old furnace.   I weighed my options and decided to replace it rather than keep putting band-aids on an old one. They scheduled me for the following Tuesday and he waived that day's call out fee. The next day I got a call that they moved up my install to Monday. Awesome!  

Sal showed up right on time this morning (actually called to say he'd be a few minutes early).  He installed my new furnace and insulated everything and even checked the ducts in my attic, re-enforcing some that were not quite sealed.  

So here I am just days after calling them with a toasty, shiny, new heater.  I would recommend Bellows in a heartbeat.  Thanks Sal!

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.

Prompt responses, amazing communication. Before they tech came out they sent a text with description of Brad Chapman our technician including a little about his background and interests. When he arrived he was calm and respectful and even went so far as to put shoe covers on his shoes as he came in and out of the house. Even though we couldn't justify the expense of running a 220 line from our circuit box in our garage to our kitchen ( on the other side of our 2 story house)  - we wanted to install a duel fuel stove,  we definitely will seek out TopTech Electric for any other electric and circuitry needs that may crop up!

Shane just completed work on rewiring my 60+ year old house. He and his crew completed the entire job in just three days! I thought it would take at least a week. They worked well together and wasted no time. They replaced the horrid fluorescent lighting in my kitchen with great track lighting. They worked around small boys, a playful Great Dane, unseasonal Texas heat, a messy house, and some creative previous electrical work to get the job done right. Very professional, very helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Morgan signed off on some electrical work by my builder that the builder failed to pull a permit for.  The city wouldn't grant a permit without this. I ended up having issues with outlets. I called Morgan and they showed up fast and figured out the issues. They stand by their word. That's pretty rare nowadays. The will be my go to electricians going forward.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

Great guys, fair price and awesome work! We contacted HR Phoenix to help us out up some patio bistro lights. They were really knowledgeable, worked diligently and did an awesome job. Great guys all around and will be calling them for future electrician needs. 100% would recommend.
