Seth is so friendly and helpful! He fixed the electricity issue at my place on the last day of 2018 (when most people are not even working) and saved me from darkness! The whole process is very smooth and fast! I really appreciate his time and patience and wish his business a huge success in the new year!

We had an issue with a breaker on our electric panel and a general contractor referred us to Rick at B & B Electric.  Rick came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and offered several solutions.  Because we had a fairly dangerous Zinsco Panel, we decided to replace and upgrade the entire electric panel as well as relocate it.  Rick is fast and professional.  His work is very clean and attractive and he scheduled and met with the city inspector for our permit.  He even worked with our home warranty provider to help cover some of the repairs.

A few weeks later when I was having issues with my pool pump, he came out quickly and diagnosed and repaired the electrical system for the pool.  His repair included changing the voltage of the pumps which should reduce the cost of operation.  Very smart!

I highly recommend Rick and B&B.  Professional, clean, and fast.  On top of that, he is a very, very nice guy.

Cole is great. Our electric box on the side of our house got fried so we called around for a good electrician. Most didn't call me back. One that did came over and told us we need to get a permit, and that he doesn't have the time to handle it. Cole, however, not only handled that for us, but did a great job in upgrading our box to a much better performing, reliable version. He's also just a great guy who is very professional and knows his job through and through.

These guys were great.  They gave us a good quote. They were super with their communication leading up to their visit.  They were quick and efficent in their work.  We'll be using them again!

Spoke to Debbie at the office yesterday morning about a safety issue at my house that I needed an electrician to look at, she mentioned that they were completely booked but that she would talk to John. Got a call a few hours later and she said that John was willing to stop by before work to look at it. John and his helper came today, fixed our electrical issue all before he started his regular business day! Thanks John! Very professional office staff, above and beyond service! We will use again for sure.

My furnace broke down this winter and I put in two calls to highly recommended service providers.  One didn't call me back, but Pacific Coast did, and I'm so glad they did.  Noah provided a fair quote of my four options. They also dropped off heaters to get us through the night.  Then the next day, Joseph and Ruben expertly resolved the situation and professionally installed my new furnace, and all the while, clearly communicated throughout the entire process.  This was important because of course this all happened when I was not able to be on site!  I needed someone I could trust.  I found them all to be well trained ethical and professional in every way.  I recommend them to all who need furnace work.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the incredible service I received tonight! Our heat and kitchen lost power randomly and I panicked with it being middle of winter and we have a 6-month-old baby at home. Brian graciously made an emergency house call and fixed our breakers (which had melted!). My baby will sleep warm in her home tonight now that our heat is restored. I'm so grateful to have him local! Will definitely be calling again for all my electrical needs. Thank you Brian!

Just had Ed out. Came the same day I called them. Super happy with the work. He determined what went wrong with my kitchen light and was able to install a new one for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

We needed a circuit upgraded for a new garage gate at our condo+commercial building, and Frankie did an awesome job for us. He and his apprentice showed up on time, did clean work, and were generally just chill, friendly guys.

We'd had an oddly difficult time finding an electrician for this job. Several expressed interest and then ghosted us. Another insisted on a gold plated solution that would be almost $10k. Frankie was happy to work with our somewhat funky wiring as is, and delivered a solution that was straightforward, to code, and reasonably priced.

If you deal with contractors frequently, you know that finding someone who returns calls, delivers quality work, and does what they say they're going to feels like striking gold. AOE has all those qualities. They'll be first on our list for future electrical work at the building.

Esed installed ceiling kitchen lights seven years ago. No problems since then. He has a great work and service ethic (apparently from his early school days). Glad to know that he is still in business.

I just want to add my agreement to the other reviewers.  Last night half our outlets went out.  I called PG&E who came out and said we needed a contractor to fix whatever is wrong.

I called Gus at 7:30am this morning, and he was extremely helpful.  As everyone has said, he is upfront about costs.  They showed up this morning 30 minutes earlier than expected.

Gus and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.  Most of all, they fixed the problem and charged me a fair price for their services.  I am extremely happy with them.

Called Yevgeny at General SF on short notice to have a gas shutoff valve installed at our washer/dryer hook-up.  He came out within an hour and helped us move our old dryer and installed the shutoff valve.  Very friendly and provided expert service.  I will definitely be using General SF again, and highly recommend them!

Called to get an estimate to bring our Warehouse to compliance after a fire inspection. Though I reached out to several companies, Voltyx was the only one that replied the same day! Not only that, their team came out and submitted an estimate the next business day. Then they returned the day after to start and complete the work. They kept me in the loop throughout the project.

I've been using McGuire Electric for at least 10 years now.  I moved twice but stayed in the area and still call Mike when I need electrical work. Now I live in Sunny Glen in a 30 year old condo.  Last year he updated the electrical panel in the garage and added a sub panel so I would not have to go outside on a rainy night to flip a switch.

Last week I called him to add light kits to my ceiling fans.  He recommended buying new fans with LED lights built in.  I liked that suggestion and bought two new ceiling fans in white to match the ceiling, with the LED light already mounted. He picked up two 24 matching down tubes I ordered online, and installed the new fans (see example in photo) and He supplied remote control switches with wall holsters.

Maine Electric came to our rescue after experiencing catastrophic electrical damage from a wind storm that hit Saratoga, CA, Thursday night, April 6.   All Maine Electric team members were very responsive, professional and conscientious, and they did a great job repairing the storm damage to our electrical circuit breaker box.  One person that we'd like to call out is Darryl.  Darryl went above and beyond to work all the bureaucratic coordination necessary between the Saratoga City office for permitting and inspections, and then again with PG&E to ensure that our electrical outage did not go beyond the 4 days/nights that we were without electricity.   Darryl is a true asset to Maine Electric and certainly is key in helping them maintain their Diamond Certified Award status.   This company, and their employees, demonstrate true professionalism and expertise in their craft to prove to us that they should continue to win that award again and again.  We highly recommend Maine Electric, Inc., out of Livermore, CA for any and all electrical work.  Hats off to Maine Electric!!!
