I Schedule their electrician to arrive at 8 to replace the light socket that no longer functioned. He arrived on time was able to replace it was very professional and did not leave any mess. I will use them again for future electrical needs.

Contractor arrived on time and did the work as expected. Did not run into any issues, and the work that was needed to be done was finished in a timely and efficient manner.

I have lived in my home for 13 years and have always been convinced that the original builder ruined any opportunity for my home to be properly cooled. So, I hired UHC to evaluate my home and they decided a load test on my home would provide the proper insight they would need to engineer the system to properly heat and cool my home. After they completed the test Lloyd and Kyle walked my home and evaluated the duct work on the current system and suggested that this would also need some repairs and replacement. This was all performed three years ago.

I reached out to Lloyd two weeks ago and told him it was time. They replaced the HVAC equipment, added a split system, modified the duct work in the mechanical room, re-engineered the existing return duct work and left my home very clean. By the way, they were impeccable in prepping the home to protect the floor and any wall assemblies from damage. They completed the work and evaluated the system in two days and provided a tutorial of the systems.

The team on my job was top notch A #1. My home has never been so comfortable since I purchased it 13 years ago. The temperature is very even throughout the home and I no longer have any hotspots. UHC is a very good HVAC company and one I would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their HVAC system. This company exceeded my expectations to the fullest. Orion was incredible. He hung our TV, hung a shower bar, mounted our headboard and helped hang a large framed picture. I would highly recommend him. Everything was at the perfect height and done right the first time. He was meticulous with the measuring and we couldn't be happier.

Blue Sky successfully repaired a swamp cooler at a rental property I own for $600 in the spring of 2013. Cost seemed high, but it is an older unit. Warranty for 1 year with requirement that I use Blue Sky for start up/shutdown, which was also fine.

Fast-forward to October 2013: Contacted Blue Sky for the shutdown, and was informed that the cost would be $200.

$200 for a swamp cooler shut down, when other vendors offered $75-$100?!? Pass.

Tried to negotiate with the company, asking for a furnace tune up or something along those lines to be included free of charge...did everything possible to maintain business with Blue Sky. No dice.

Sorry Blue Sky, but I'm not interested in overpaying for a routine service. Nor dealing with any company that refuses to negotiate with what could have been a regular customer. My recommendation: find a vendor with more flexibility and more business sense.

EDIT post owner response: Kudos to Mike for responding. However, my comments stand. The review above is based on multiple attempts to negotiate price,. I have no intention of using Blue Sky again, regardless of my threatening negative review yielding a price concession. I don't care what you charge others--I care what you charge me.

Your response falls apart on multiple fallacies. Besides, if you really want to see what a threatening review looks like, check out the other negative responses to your business, which seem to be strangely relegated to the not helpful section of Yelp...I wonder why that is...almost as if someone is paying for them not to be featured.

We purchased a complete heating and cooling system from Cooper Heating and Cooling. Cost well over $12K. It has not been reliable and their service is poor. Sadly we made a mistake going with them.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. WOW is this place insanely priced.  Asked them to come out for a few small jobs, maybe an hour's labor, maybe 90 minutes.  They wanted $1,200 because they use a flat-rate booklet that priced each little thing at like $300-700 per job.  The $1,200 was actually his DISCOUNT he could give me as a nicety.   Normal price was around $2k.  For an hour's work.  And not including parts.

I called another plumber and it was $75/hour plus parts.  I was out the door at around $190 because it ended up taking about 90 minutes as I expected.

And they charge you a $40 trip charge just to tell you their crazy prices.  Why bother with this nonsense?  Call a plumber and get a price before you have a trip charge.  If they won't give you a general rough guestimate, you can be sure you're either wasting $40 or will be cracking open that wallet with a jack.

Wonderful experience. On a day with heavy snow our furnace went out. We frantically called around and Fix-it 24/7 was the only company that was able to send someone out immediately. Everyone else had availability much later in the day (if they picked up the phone at all in the first place), which meant our house would freeze more and more if we had to wait all those hours. The technician, Bill, was incredible. He diagnosed the problem within the first 5 minutes and had our furnace back up and running within an hour. He was personable, knowledgeable, and even gave a very thorough explanation of the problem and its solution. Their price was also very fair and they even gave a discount. A great experience overall and a company to keep in mind for any future needs.

No doubt their techs are well trained but price quoted was 4 times what job should have cost.  

Just call someone else.

I needed to get a new swamp cooler installed.  On their quote it said that there would be free winterization and spring maintenance for two years.  Then when I call to schedule the winterization they told me they don't offer that for free.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and never heard back.

I've had Plumbline out a couple of times now. Last time was 2019. When my garbage disposal leaked everywhere last night I was able to get an appointment next day. I do like the fact that they text you who's coming and a picture. They're really great at keeping you apprised. Today Wyatt came out he was very helpful. Everything is up and running. He even checked the sink for me that was slow. I highly recommend!
