Jack came out to fix a few outlets and lights at my house. He was quick, efficient and had the job done in no time. He came out within a few days of my call and fixed everything I needed. I'll definitely keep him on my contract list if I need any future electrical work.

Bob has been working on my home for several months. He has been great to have around, as he is often willing to help me with projects I can't quite do on my own. To date, Bob has fixed outlets, framed out a door, patched drywall, installed flat disc LED lights, moved cabinets, taken out built-in bookshelves, tightened banisters... the list goes on. His pricing is straight forward and Bob will communicate any delays or decisions points as they come up. Highly recommend booking him for your next project!

Derrick was great from the start. We had a couple of electricians come out to bid a couple of added outlets. Derrick understood what we wanted and quickly described what was needed to accomplish it. We went with his bid and he was able to start and finish the work the next day. He spent more time than I would ever want in our attic, and despite running into some bad work done by the previous homeowner Derrick was able to give us a great result that we are very happy with! Our outlets work perfectly and if we ever need anything electrical Derrick will be our first and only call.

I contacted four different electrical contractors. Only two returned my calls. Louis Lucero with High Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

Ed and his team are absolutely top knotch. This is the only electric contractor I will ever use again. SJO's prices are excellent and the quality of work is premium. Ed is honest and full of integrity and it shows throughout the entire operation. Thank you Ed!

Retired elderly couple mystified by all things electrical was impressed by the prompt courteous and knowledge of Joel our electrician, he walked us thru every step with a normal and easily understandable description of the work to be performed. We are very happy with all aspects of the of this service We would highly recommend it.

I stand by my original review. The addition of one light switch did not cause any of the problems that Tru Craft workers had. They caused their own problems. Just avoid these guys.

Was scheduled for a visit to evaluate work to be done. Nobody came and no phone calls. Very disappointed.

I am very unhappy with their service. We had a warranty issue that damaged the whole unit however they refuse to fix it without us paying out of pocket. It's not their problem because they fixed the one warranty part that started the problem even though the unit is still not operating normally. It's a rooftop unit on a townhouse and is so loud you cannot stand to be in the bedroom below it, not to mention it's now vibrating in the entire house. This is not acceptable. They have had to come and recharge the coolant multiple times starting less than a year since it was installed. Now will have to replace a 2 yr old installation out of pocket for a WARRANTY problem that started the whole thing. Terrible customer service. We even offered to meet them halfway on a replacement with no regard. Avoid if you expect any sort of long term customer service. They seem to do the bare minimum and push problems back on their customers. Very disappointed.

Great plumbers! I had 2 tubs that had drain plugs that were so tight that I couldn't remove them to clean the drains. I found Blue Sky on Tom Martino's recommended list and was extremely satisfied. At first estimate the plumber thought he'd have to completely replace the drain pipe and the quote for both services was $300+. Once he started the job he realized he didn't need to replace the drain and let me know. Not only did it save me more than half, he took the time to teach me how to operate the stoppers when they get too tight and recommended that I go buy a Zip-It drain cleaner to do regular maintanence. He could have taken me for an extra $150 but was honest and straight forward. These guys are paid on an hourly rate. Would definitely use again.

I hired Tipping hat to perform a clean out of a furnace system on a home that I had purchased. I knew that the furnace and water heating system were old. I also don't have AC in the house and was wanting to get quotes on the water heater, AC install, and furnace.
They did perform the job that I asked, which was a full cleaning of the furnace system. Two techs came out. One was Mitchell. Mitchell was really nice and personable and I liked him quite a bit. I can't recall the name of the other tech. He was nice as well, but was definitely more of the sales guy of the crew. They told me that the furnace was old and in need or replacement (will likely go out within a year). They also told me the water heater also needed to be replaced. That it would fail sooner than later. During the clean out of the furnace system, they did show me components of the system and told me what was failing or aging, However, it was hard to tell if what I was seeing was truly signs of wear or not. I don't know this field and so I had to take them for what they told me.
What I thought was strange or questionable, was their estimate was not broken down. I could not tell by line item, what they were charging for parts, labor, materials, etc. They just had different packages and what the total cost was, and what the packages included. Although its nice to see that information, it seems a company is trying to hide the markup or what they are making on these system replacements if they wont break it down. As a consumer they should be providing this information.
Because of this, I am having the water heater installed by another vendor. I will deal with the furnace if/when it gives out.
Like I said, Mitchell was awesome. The other tech was nice as well, and they did what I asked them to do. Just don't like the company for trying to conceal the true costs of their work by not providing a line item breakdown of charges.

Got a new furnace through Cooper and they did a good job from the sales visit to install. Several issues were found with our existing venting, which meant removing some drywall to address, and they handled the situation well. Great communication and impacts minimized.
With cash or Costco discount their prices were inline with the other good reputation options around here. Happy to recommend Cooper.

We had Plumbline out for a routine sewer cleaning and they found everything wrong with our sewer line. Low spots, failing joints, you name it. The good news is they were happy to replace the whole line for only $10,000 if I signed the contract on the spot.
Considering A) I'm not and idiot, and B) we had a sewer scope a year earlier that revealed no issues, I didn't bite. Instead I called an independent sewer scope company, who again found zero issues. Neither did the reputable company who cleaned the line the following year, nor a third sewer scope company when we sold the home a few months ago. This is called FRAUD.
The only upside is all of the funny things my daughter says about this garbage company every time we see one of their vans around town.

TNT installed some lighting for me but one of the units went bad. I've tried for weeks to get a warranty claim for the fixture, but I cannot get a reply from tnt.
Very disappointed. All I ask is for a call to the lighting manufacturer.

I didn't get to actually have the service as I had to cancel early in the morning. But I was able to make the appointment via email which as someone with a very frantic schedule during the week is much appreciated. Someone called to follow up about the plumbing issue after I canceled via email, and it was agreed upon that the non-urgent task (replacing zone valve) will be done at a later date. I can't attest to the quality of the work but I think they have the process behind the scene worked out well. I'll definitely contact them again, and since our complex had so many issues with plumbing companies before it will be easy to recommend them to the HOA.
01/15/2018 Update:
Uhm... I guess I should update this review from four stars to one star. I had emailed them and let them know that I didn't need service after all, and that I would call them when I do need the work done. Someone had called the same day the work was anyway, which is cool. But after that I received daily phone calls checking in trying to schedule the work. Even when I did pick it up and said to the lady that I WILL LET THEM KNOW, and that very nicely so, they continued to call daily. It is now at the level of harassment. I just very clearly again told the lady to stop calling me. We shall see if they do. It is a stupid way to conduct business. I certainly will not have them do any work at any of the units in the complex here.

i would not recommend this company for any service. their fees are very high- i had asked them to do some simple residential work- a quote was never given to me- they were to replace an outdoor light with a motion detector- they broke and threw out the existing light- i was charged 120/hr. for him to go and get some supplies- he purchased 2 lights which i was charged 69/piece for - i looked it up at home depot and the exact same light sold for 49. it was almost a $1000. bill to do not much. then i needed him to come back as one light was still not working correctly and they wanted to charge me another 200. to basically unscrew the old light and put another one in. i feel like their fees are very high and the service was ok.
