Best Drain Cleaning in Denver CO
I had an electrical issue that seemed simple but ended up being quite complex. Fixer had to send an electrician out twice and didn't charge me for the second time due to not being able to fully fix the issue. They were honest and upfront about what needed to be done and that it was not something within their capabilities. I appreciated that they didn't string me along and provided a few referrals.

Retired elderly couple mystified by all things electrical was impressed by the prompt courteous and knowledge of Joel our electrician, he walked us thru every step with a normal and easily understandable description of the work to be performed. We are very happy with all aspects of the of this service We would highly recommend it.

Bryan came by and throughly inspected our property. He took time to show me our current heating/cooling system & all the details about how it works. He explained exactly what improvements he would recommend & how they could be carried out. His engineering background was obviously put to good use in setting up the right systems.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Blue Sky successfully repaired a swamp cooler at a rental property I own for $600 in the spring of 2013. Cost seemed high, but it is an older unit. Warranty for 1 year with requirement that I use Blue Sky for start up/shutdown, which was also fine.
Fast-forward to October 2013: Contacted Blue Sky for the shutdown, and was informed that the cost would be $200.
$200 for a swamp cooler shut down, when other vendors offered $75-$100?!? Pass.
Tried to negotiate with the company, asking for a furnace tune up or something along those lines to be included free of charge...did everything possible to maintain business with Blue Sky. No dice.
Sorry Blue Sky, but I'm not interested in overpaying for a routine service. Nor dealing with any company that refuses to negotiate with what could have been a regular customer. My recommendation: find a vendor with more flexibility and more business sense.
EDIT post owner response: Kudos to Mike for responding. However, my comments stand. The review above is based on multiple attempts to negotiate price,. I have no intention of using Blue Sky again, regardless of my threatening negative review yielding a price concession. I don't care what you charge others--I care what you charge me.
Your response falls apart on multiple fallacies. Besides, if you really want to see what a threatening review looks like, check out the other negative responses to your business, which seem to be strangely relegated to the not helpful section of Yelp...I wonder why that is...almost as if someone is paying for them not to be featured.

Our hot water heater started leaking this past weekend. We have previous experience with Cooper Heating & Cooling in servicing our heating and air conditioning system. One call to their 24/7 service on Sunday morning enabled us to arrange for a replacement water heater on Monday morning. The installers were prompt and very courteous. They made sure everything was completed as specified. We had hot water again before lunchtime. I will be recommending Cooper Heating & Cooling to our friends and family.

Well for starters I've always seen one of your trucks in the nearby neighborhood so when I got a coupon just in time for my water heater to go down you guys are the first ones I called. Skipping right to the technician, he did amazing!!! First off his professionalism was top notch!! I swear as soon as the 1st guy that does the estimate pulled off mr. Roman Piele came around the corner like a super hero. All same day response as Excel had red tagged my water heater over a small gas leak on a part that they don't make anymore so an entire replace was required, and let me tell you did he have his work cut out for him!! My gas lines went from 3/4 to 1/2 and back to 3/4 for no apparent reason at all. I had no handle for a shut off valve so a tool had to be fetched every time the gas had to be shut off to the unit. He even replaced some old furnace piping that was all over the board as well, which when he did that he so graciously took all the dirt and debree clogging my furnace out as well. He really just surprised me with how above and beyond he went for me... after one of the roughest weeks of 2020 he made it just a tiny bit better and for that I really do thank him and this company. I was able to take a steaming hot shower right after he left. Best one of my life!!!! He also went the extra step to make sure things were installed to prevent pressure in our pipes. Our house and most plumbing is from the 60s we need all the TLC we can get. Long story short, im calling yall again for my furnace and AC replacement here in a few months! I'm not sure if I can request Roman when I do but I'm going to sure try! Seriously.. a very pleasurable experience given the circumstances

Well, I do know that when I e-mailed them for a quote the e-mail bounced because the address on their own web site was wrong. That was a year ago. It's still wrong.
Very professional!

I have used Plumbline before for heater checkups and they've been fine. Last year the technician was great, friendly and thorough in cleaning the furnace. This year the technician presented me with a list of repairs that would run $1700. Nothing had failed, but the inspection of the 20-year-old unit was made to sound as if it could fail at any moment. So I asked for an estimate on a new furnace. A few days later, someone came to see the current arrangement and let me know how much it would cost to replace it. He spent about ten minutes looking at the basement, then left, and never called or contacted me again. I won't work them any more. A waste of my time and, frankly, I don't trust their evaluations.

I had a furnace problem on a cold night ...couldn't wait til morning ... I called a bunch of places but only Fix-It could come out right away. There was a late night extra fee but I was glad to get it done . They had the needed part on the truck even

Do yourself a favor and call this company first before calling someone you might think is cheaper. They'll fix the problem the first time and actually save you time and money. Kris was professional and knowledgeable and a good guy all around. Very pleased.

A terrible customer service!! And this company is getting worse by the minute!!
We had used them for our house and for our rental many times before, but we will be looking for other company from this point on.
The head of the customer service person, Chris (male) promised us to get back to us about a question we had and never did. When I called back the next day (giving him 24hours to respond), he said I had an emergency last night. He had all day (the following day) to call us back, but didn't even bother or apologize. He was talking to me in a very condescending way (probably because I am a female) and lied to me on the phone by saying he gave a discount of $100 for a scope job--The company quoted $200 ($199) for a scope and he told me that I needed to basically be very happy and be thankful to him that he gave us the discount of $100, because normally the scope costs $300 ($299). This was a total lie and he accused me of not understanding the big picture, because this is a business and he couldn't give any more discounts (which he didn't).

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!
