Best Bathtub in Denver CO
We called Bob due to some funky electric stuff happening in our house with our breakers, turned out it was just a button on a plug that he shelled me find over the phone. He could have so easily said he needed to come and see it, and charged us $250. But instead talked us through our issue over a few phone calls during his busy day. I'm so grateful. We have absolutely saved his information in case do need an electrician to come to our home, because you can tell he's the real deal. Integrity Electric and Home Improvement was an apt name for a fella with much integrity.

Update- had an honest company come and fix the whole thing for $500. Works great. Avoid this scam house at all costs.

I was having some issues with kitchen lighting and couldn't figure out why they weren't working. I was able to schedule a same day appointment with fixer. My fixer was super friendly and efficient and easily resolved the issue for me!

Wow! The best HVAC service I've ever had in Boulder! Our heater stopped working last evening. We kept a fire in our fireplace going and called this company first thing in the morning. The temp has been in the single digits all night and the lady who answered was kind, compassionate, and quick. She got us the first available appointment at 1pm, and then they called to see if they could come early! Timothy called us when he was on his way. He was clean, efficient, and super knowledgeable. He fixed our problem within an hour and explained the whole process to my husband. We are impressed! We will be dedicated customers for sure as they offer lots of home repair and consulting services.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Travis with Handyman Plus did a great job on our kitchen remodel. He is easy to work with and can do it all--demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry. He was great with trouble-shooting and odds and ends, like relocating a heater vent in the floor, mounting a new range hood, etc. A big plus is that Travis is a trained electrician, so he was able to install recessed lighting and relocate electrical outlets safely and easily, and saved us a lot of money by not having to contract a separate electrician. He would have installed our cabinets and tile, too, if we hadn't already contracted for those jobs. I found he was most responsive to texts and phone calls, not so much by email. He worked with my schedule and that of other contractors. As a woman, I have had many negative experiences with condescending tradesmen who treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, or even what I wanted. Travis was a breath of fresh air. He was respectful, listened to my ideas and concerns, talked through solutions, and was very positive about my vision for the space. Travis did great work at a reasonable price, and I'll be calling him for my future handyman needs.

On June 19, 2013, I discovered that my air conditioning system was not cooling at all. I called Blue Sky because I had used them previously. The service technician who came to my house on June 21, 2013 (Daniel) reported that the entire air conditioning system was broken, and I needed an entirely new system. Cost: $3,000-4,000. The Blue Sky dispatcher was supposed to call me to set up a new appointment, but in fact no one ever called me from Blue Sky.
I did not believe this diagnosis. It seemed shoddy and irresponsible. How could a reputable manufacturer like Lennox sell a product that was completely worthless after only 8 years?! I was suspicious that the service technician did not even examine what was happening in my furnace room and could not explain to me over the phone what went wrong with my system.
I called my local Lennox dealer. They fixed the entire system for $708.00, and it works great!
I saved myself $2,000 by not trusting Blue Sky.
If you want to contact me, I will show you the two invoices, including the shoddy and irresponsible diagnosis that Daniel wrote on my invoice. I am so angry. I feel this type of poor service should be a crime.

We set up an appointment for an inspection through Costco after we saw a special they were running. We have had several different HVAC companies perform inspections for us in the past and knew what they had each done. Aireus Chavez was our technician, and while his schedule had him running a bit behind for the day, he was courteous enough to give us a call several times to update us on his ETA (great communication from the start!). Upon arrival, Aireus was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our home (we have a toddler, so it's always nice when a company uses shoe covers and you don't need to have an uncomfortable conversation about shoes on the floors). Above all, Aireus showed a great knowledge and skill level in his work, and it was obvious he really takes his job seriously and cares about the well-being of customers. He was so thorough and really did a quality inspection compared to what we had seen done in the past. Wow, what a refreshing experience in this day and age when good customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. We are more than impressed with the level of service and expertise we received, and will be using Cooper Heating & Cooling (with a request for Aireus) for all of our future needs. Thank you!

Can't speak to their plumbing service but this afternoon I watched one of their technicians try to turn his van onto Broadway Blvd and take out a street sign. I followed him to see if he would turn around and he just kept on driving before turning onto a side street. He got out of the van, checked for damage, and then jumped back in and kept on driving in the opposite direction of the accident. For the record, he didn't hit a temporary sign that was hard to see or anything, he hit a metal pole and ripped it right out of the concrete before driving over it.
Not cool at all.
Not cool at all.

We used this company today to repair my hot water heat. The technician was very polite and knowable, He charged 1597,00 for a 2 1/2 hour job and one part that sells on Amazon for 89.00. The technician quoited a price and then later added in the 200. Call fee. This should have been added in the total of the initial quote. I feel he took total advantage of the fact that we needed a heater. Most companies do not charge 700 an hour for labor. This is very bad business.

We had Greg out to service our tankless water heater. The water heater was working fine before he arrived but we needed the annual maintenance on it. After he left it starting throwing out cold water. He came back two more times to look at it and the problem kept happening. His recommendation was to replace the unit (it's only 8 years old and they should last about 15 years). I got a second opinion and this other company wanted to try and clean it again before replacing the entire unit. Because of the way Greg put the unit back together (he forced a screw back into the unit stripping the screw so if it's taken apart it cannot be put back together), we have to replace the gas valve - a $700 part (including labor). I'm so disappointed that a simple cleaning turned into us spending so much money on something that worked before AAA Services came to work on it. I will not be using them in the future. I left a message about the disappointing service with their customer service manager but never received a call back.

I've used Tipping Hat several times for hooking up and disconnecting our swamp cooler. I've always been impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. Therefore when I ran into a plumbing problem they were the only company I called to help me fix it. Landon McGill not only came out and gave me an estimate and a good window for getting the repair done, he showed up himself to do the work when some scheduling issues came up. Landon stayed late to get our job done and provided me several options when he ran into different obstacles. When stuff didn't work right, he figured out a way to solve it. At the end, even though he stayed pretty late, I ended up with a great looking working shower within the original estimate -- even if with some extra issues that cropped up. Landon was awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Tipping Hat may not be the cheapest service provider, but when it comes to things that can flood my house -- I don't want cheap, I want honest and reliable -- that is Tipping Hat.

Plumbline HVAC service was a scam. My wife called when our AC went out during the hottest day this week and I was away on travel. They mentioned it would be $49 for a service call. In reality it is $49 to show up, $149 for a diagnosis, and would have been $586 to replace a simple capacitor. Luckily my wife is smarter than that. When I returned, I bought the part next day on Amazon for $16 and replaced the capacitor within 10min. Don't let these folks prey on you or your elderly relatives. Honest work should cost honest prices; not whatever they can get you to pay when you are in a vulnerable position. I'm genuinely disappointed in the morality of this company.
