Best Water Heater Repair in Denver CO
Last year, I needed some electrical work done on my home during a reno. I heard about Integrity Electric & Home Improvement Services on the referral list radio show. Man, and I glad Robert and his company made the list. Needed 3 ceiling fans installed and some coaxial cable ran thru my roof. Robert came thru royally with great service and great results at a great price. As of this writing, I believe he is still a one man show, meaning it took him some time to get everything done, but I asked for a great deal of work to be done. Also, he gives discounts based upon how much work you need done and to repeat customers. I am very happy with Integrity Electric & Home Improvement Services and the work done on my place. Highly recommend.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

From Kyle who sold me the unit, to Kelly and Eleazar who installed it, everyone was very professional. Everything was explained, with no surprises. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience with SHH recently. Sometimes they are a little expensive comparatively but the service is well worth the extra few dollars. Everyone they send is polite, friendly and very capable.

The technician William who was dispatched to install our smart home thermostat as great. He contacted me prior to ask if coming 30 min before my appointment window was acceptable and it most certainly was and was appreciated. He worked with us to find a compatible thermostat which was involved as we have an electric heat pump and air conditioner which limited our options. He was patient, and was very committed to our satisfaction. He was instrumental in ensuring that the blue tooth aspect was recognized by our internet service and walked me through the phone app. He was committed to ensuring success and was happy to provide the education on the device as needed. Thank you for a job well done and for the excellent customer service.

AC installed in May. Over 15 techs in 8-10 visits and we have no AC and now a new born in the house. 0 communication from techs back and rarely follow up after being promised. We trusted them because they were through Costco but DO NOT EVEN CALL THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE. We are now waiting to see if they will give us a refund since they have a Money back guarantee. Will need to find a real company to fix this disaster and maybe get AC for our new born.

Great friendly call representatives and Tecs.. However I was quoted over $800.00 dollars to fix my swamp cooler. I understand this is a worst case scenario quote. But was WAY WAY over priced. Over 400 to run a four foot copper tube and near as much to replace a pulley wheel. Immediately after the tec. left I went to ace hardware where a friendly man got me the copper tubing and the Goo (the only thing the weel needed) and after 20 min of easy work and 15 dollars The swamp cooler is fixed. Really Plumbline your $42.95 I paid for a tec was a joke and you wanted over 800 dollars for 15 dollars of supplies and 20 min of labor. In my opinion I am sure they do a great job if you have infinite funds, but over all they misrepresent people in need of help for GREED.

I've been a member now for over a year at almost $30/mo. Each time they've come out no matter how small the job it ends up costing me over $300. They came out for routine servicing of my A/C unit that was working fine and said it AND my furnaces needed to be replaced immediately. Some other sales guy showed up and gave me a bargain deal for replacing both A/C and furnaces for $22,000 but only if I did it that day. Every time they come out for routine service inspections they seem to find new problems including most recently for the less than 1 year old A/C units! They are very high pressure and will tell you that something is wrong almost every time they're at your house and it always will cost a minimum of $400. My neighbor who referred me to this company has also stopped using them for the same reasons because both of us stopped trusting them and felt we were being scammed and/or pressured. Find another company that you can trust will have your best interest in mind and not just looking to put more money in their pocket. Don't fall for the old I'll call my manager to see if he can give you a better price because they will probably give you a lower price which is still probably much higher than other companies. So disappointed!

Applewood consistently charges far above the going rate for a job, plumbing or heating. I won't call them anymore. I am glad to see that on Yelp at least, some of the reviewers are expressing their dissatisfaction with Applewood's exorbitant prices.
For example, I called them about replacing my furnace, and not only did Jason tell me I needed to spend 3X the going rate but that I had to pay an electrician $800-900 for replacing a working switch with a fusible one plus a $100 inspection fee. They will also charge you $25 more for the permit than it costs them which other companies don't do. And they couldn't seem to make it to the job on time. Their dispatcher was very rude and a virtual study in poor communication.
The technicians may be quite courteous and do a great job, but so do a lot of companies. These guys are big for a reason and not necessarily because they do a better job than other heating companes in the area.I suggest that you save your hard-earned money and shop around first before hiring these guys..

i woke up to no hot water on 4/29/16. i called this company and they sent out Ray W.he informed me that he would overhaul my hot water heater for $900 dollars or i could get new one for $4000-5000 dollars. (are you kidding me,? for a water heater) since it t snowing and the weekend was coming i decided to let him repair it. the next morning i woke up to no hot water again so i called the company back and made an appointment for monday 5/2/16. another tech came out and told me my gas valve was not working and he would replace it for another $1000 and some dollars. this for a hot water heater that is twelve years old.i asked him to leave and went to home depot and ordered one to be installed tomoorrow fr i 1200.ifeel i was scammed by this company, the quoted their 20yr warranty but i don't need that i then went to home depot and ordered one installed for $1200. i will never us this company again. i also reported this to the BBB.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the quality of work for this company because they never showed up! First I had an appointment from 3-5 pm, then they called me and asked me to change it to 4-6 pm (which I said was fine). I had to leave work early either way. They never showed, and never called!!! I left work and spent my whole evening waiting around for absolutely nothing. If a company cannot respect my time at all, even if they do good work I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Excellent experience. Quick response after storm damage. Easy to work with schedule around tree/crane service. Nice clean install. Family owned company.

DO NOT USE. They quoted us $26,000 for a job another company did for $4,000. They are a bunch of salespeople that claim they're master plumbers. Pay a little extra for a sewer line clean. Don't be tempted by the cheap sewer cleaning. They will get their line stuck and threaten to charge you $500 to cut it and leave it. Other companies don't do that.
