I hired Bob after moving into my first home. I had a few wants and a few needs when it came to getting work done on the condo-- adding an outlet, changing some sconces, and some highly questionable wiring in my kitchen. He had amazing depth of knowledge and helped me with my entire list. He then went a step further and helped me hang curtains in rooms with plaster/concrete walls that I couldn't drill through on my own. He also walked through my condo and identified that I had mice (eep!) that I wasn't aware of and he told me all of the tools I needed to buy, where to get them, and how to use them so I could plug the hole that they were entering from.

Bob's services were really reasonably priced and he went above and beyond the actual things I hired him for. I would absolutely recommend him!

Orion was incredible. He hung our TV, hung a shower bar, mounted our headboard and helped hang a large framed picture. I would highly recommend him. Everything was at the perfect height and done right the first time. He was meticulous with the measuring and we couldn't be happier.

We've used Save Home Heat for our heating and cooling for almost 20 years.  This last call was very much like all the others.  I called and they scheduled a tech to come to the house within hours.  Tim showed up, mask on, slipped his booties on and got right to work.  He analyzed the issue, told me how much it would be to fix it - a fair price, then left to get parts across town.  He called when he was on his way back in half an hour, made the repairs, then explained exactly what he had done and stepped me through how to operate the system with the changes he made.  Professional, courteous, clear, conscientious.  About as good as it gets.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Cooper Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC system to replace our 29 year old one. Customer service was excellent! All teams were professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and very caring and communicative. The technicians that worked on the initial install, Luis and his team were 10 star worthy!! They dealt with challenges and provided options and fixes. They called in other people in the company to review all the options first. They made every aspect of the install easy for us. The units (at least heating) are working well. They've come out to make some adjustments and again, were thorough and stayed with the issue until it was resolved. This is my first ever review I've left because I have not been impressed like this ever before!

False advertising was used to get me to call them.
The did not fix my water heater and charged me for a part that did not fix the heater.

I did have to call another company to come out and fix the heater.

Wrote a letter to the owner but did not receive a call back or even a letter.

I would not recommend them for anything...

I have an 18 yr old furnace and had them come out on 9/8 to do their $39 tune up and cleaning. Good price and service was OK. Took less than an hour for full cleaning and adjusting. Hmmm.  The first thing the tech said was when he fired it up was that doesn't sound good.  He also told me my blower was leaking a lot of oil and it as about to fail. He provided me photos he said would show that. I don't see any leaking oil in the photos and I checked the blower. It is spinning easily and makes no noise. If it was in as bad shape as he indicated he could have easily shown me but conveniently did not. I tried to contact fix it 24hrs 3 times since then by email, their web contact option and live chat and no one from their business will respond. I called today and talked to someone. Nice enough fellow but I didn't get the impression he was overtly concerned about the tech's behavior or poor response I received. So, bottom line decent service, questionable diagnostics and additional repair work pushed and poor follow up response. Will not be going back.

Cancelled on last minute like a bad date - terrible customer service! ..
After waiting 4 days for my appointment to get my broken A/C unit serviced, I was contacted less than an hour before the scheduled time saying the tech will be suddenly tied up the rest of the day and there was zero effort or caring in rescheduling me in a timely manner. Instead of the rep on the phone at least acting like they cared I have no A/C on a scorching hot 98 degree day, I was very bluntly and coldly told I would have to wait ANOTHER ENTIRE 4 DAYS. How could I even trust in that statement now? This isn't Joe Blow HVAC company, I can't believe such a reputable company cared so little and bailed on me so last minute with zero care. I couldn't imagine customer service being any worse!!

Work did not pass inspection.  

And installer did not seem to know what the codes were...was on the phone a lot asking someone else what code required.

On time. Courteous. Austin was Personable. Responsive to my needs and suggestions. I had about 9 electrical issues to work on, it took the whole day.​ New wiring, ​​new switches, new receptacles-plugs. Very easy explanations of what he was doing and why. ​
