Zach is very courteous and professional. He responded quickly to our request and talked with us about what he needed to do and the cost. He okay'd that with us before proceeding. He also gave us some tips to maintain and hopefully prevent some future issues. Very honest and trustworthy.

These guys were great, arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly. They aren't the low-cost option, but quality work has a price in 2018.

I needed a handyman in a pinch. The folks at Fixer were available the next day. The booking process was professional and seamless. Our Fixer was super friendly, experienced and professional. He provided a very high quality of work at a reasonable rate! I love the business model too - mixing the chance to have an ongoing fixer you can use with the scale and professionalism of a larger company. I love the idea of their subscription models as well - great option.

We hired this company to come out and do a sewer scope on a rental property that we just went under contract on. They came out and then sent an invoice with a recommended follow up procedure. No price, no explanation of why or what what it was. I emailed back, thanking them for coming out and asking the price on the recommended  follow up work. I received an email back saying it's $1,100, again with no explanation of why or what exactly it entailed. I called the office and asked if they could explain what they saw that indicated the procedure needed to be done and what exactly the procedure was. The guy I was talking with said, Didn't you get the email? We told you in the email what it needs. I said, yes but I'm wanting to know why the pipes need it and what the procedure entails. And again he said, it's in the email so what do want?. At this point, I'm shocked by his attitude and tone of voice. I'm in the car with my husband on speaker and he grabs the phone and again asks, what did you see in the pipes that indicated we need to get the follow up work done? And the guy responded, I don't understand the disconnect. It says in the email what needs to be done. At a loss, my husband said, we are driving and can't look back at the email right this minute. Can you please tell us what you saw in the pipe? It it clogged? Deteriorating? And he finally said, well is has scale.

We said thanks and hung up. We will be getting another company to come and complete the work but will not be using them. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that they did come out and complete the scope. The level of customer service deserves zero stars.

This company has really went above and beyond my expectations! The quality and work ethic from Tyler and his employees in my opinion are unmatched. Thank you Tyler!

IPS was not only able to send someone within a few hours of our call to repair our kitchen sink leak (in Ft. Collins), but the technician, Kevin, dealt expertly with our challenging issue, which required cutting and reconfiguring the wacky existing plumbing. Reasonable pricing, and also great customer service from their office staff.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. Very helpful and honest  staff and no pressure sales tactics. They were honest about what the best recommendation was for our toilet.

So, after having to run off a guy from Precision Plumbing for trying to rip me off by overcharging me by $160.00 I called American Rooter. I asked him on the phone how much he would charge me for clearing a clogged toillet and he told me $98.00. I asked him to come by. He came over and within 5 minutes cleared the toilet and then wrote me an invoice that came out to an even $100. He was professional, did not try to upsell me, did not try to BS me in any way, and just fixed the problem, charged me what he told me it was going to cost, and left. What a refreshing experience. I will call on these guys anytime I need anything done, and will refer him to everyone I can. As for Precision Plumbing...........my advice to everyone is to stay away from them. What they tell you on the phone is not what I was told, and even when the guy came out and I rejected his first offer to clear my toilet for $260, then he told me he had to go call his boss to see if he could do better. He came back in in less than a minute and told me he would do it for $160. This, all after they dispatcher told me it would be $59 plus parts......

Go with American Rooter, they are honest, and fair!!!

Planet plumbing installed a new water heater for us a couple of years ago, and they did a decent job (we thought), although we did have to ask them to return 2x to finish the process (they said they were done, but they were unfamiliar this style & there was more to do). However, when we had them back for a drain clean-out out some time later, we found they had positioned the new water heater in such a way that the clean out could not be accessed at all. While I think this error could have happened to any plumbing company, it was the way they HANDLED it that was egregious.   I called to speak with someone at the office to *calmly* explain what had occurred, the guy literally screamed at me for about a minute, as if I was trying to scam them, when they were responsible for the incorrect work (and have records of said work). Not a good customer service management technique.
    I was charged full price for the clean-out fix, and the first worker that came over to perform this work refused to wear a mask (or disclose his vaccination status), citing freedom concerns. Of course people can make up their own mind about this, but NOT when they are coming in a CUSTOMER'S home.
My impression is there is a mix of really good, experienced folks here and some less-experienced plumbers too with little training on how to work with customers.  There is a BIG problem with whomever sets the standards for employees (the owner) and how calls are managed. Customer service does take time, and has associated costs, but ignore it at your peril.

I hired Summit Heating & A/C to replace some vents in my basement.  They responded quickly and setting up a appointment for an estimate was quick and easy.  I liked the price they quoted and they got the job completed in less than a hour.  Jacob, the technician who did the install, was great and the work was top notch.  Definitely a company I'd do business with again in the future

Just got my tv wall mounted, absolute professional, was very quick and did a great job, was available to come in the day of and get the job done. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has any handyman needs

Scott came out on a holiday to auger a deep kitchen drain clog for us. Very professional, great presentation, answered the questions we had, and fixed the problem as far as we can tell. The cost was only $99. For a relatively simple plumbing challenge that we couldn't handle ourselves it's hard to imagine a better customer experience. (We've certainly had worse for the very same problem!)

Kyle was supper personable and efficient.  Manuel arrived at the appointed time and went straight to work.. He had our Clogged drain cleared in less thn an hour and cleaned up.. The charge was as agreed upon..  Great to work with will use them again!!

Todd stopped by for exactly one hour, used none of his own parts as i had already gone to HD and bought the needed parts. Then he charged us $145 for the hour. Wow, how about giving an estimate if you plan to charge that much just for labor. I won't be calling Acorn Plumbing again.

I have been very happy with the sevice delivery for the projects completed in my home, but have some feedback for you to consider:

-your brochure states '0% financing for all projects'. You should qualify this with 'select' projects and what those criteria are. I am assuming the purchase and installation of a furnace/ac is considered a project? On your website under 'financing' it shows more correct information 'flexible financing options', consider that exact wording on your brochure

-break down the sales contract pricing for large items (eg. furnace/ac), a bottom line total is not helpful as it doesn't show any discounts for example GCM. The disclaimer under the total that all discounts and promos are included is essentially saying there is no discount. It also makes it difficult to compare your estimate 'apples to apples' for your pricing matching guarantee.

-include the overall price including the financing over 10 years, I can calculate but I think fairness in lending should include this

-don't use sharpie marker to write on control panel lables, the line is too thick to read clearly and it smears easy. Use ballpoint pen please

-don't assume your customers know how your business is organized/operates. For new customers, give them an elevator pitch...it will make things easier later

-respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner or let them know you are working on it. I have been waiting since last week for some answers and have had to call back several times to speak to several different people to get  resolution to some, finally, yesterday

Had a bad clog in the kitchen.  George came in a timely manner and did an awesome job!   Great job!
