I had Derek F. At my house to perform an electrical repair. He was very upfront on the pricing and was able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. He was very professional. Derek interacted with my son as he saw his guitar around and he asked to see and play it for him. I highly recommend this company and technician for any electrical problems. Thanks for the awesome service.

I consistently have good experiences with these guys. They are knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with me when they come do work on our home; also, their prices don't seem to change or rise from year to year. Something really important to me is the quality of professionals they send out-they are typically kind and extremely courteous.

My technician Cade came early and spent quite a long tome reviewing my HVAC system. My system is 21 years old and I was looking for replacement. I had 2 other bids so I knew what competitive range would be. As I got Cooper Heating and Cooling contact via my Costco membership, I was able to receive 15 % back via a Costco cash card plus a 500$ rebate from Xcel. These two benefits plus better warranties made the price as good as any I had received with better products also being provided. We talked through my cooling problems in the upstairs as well as whether a humidifier would really be needed in the crawl space. Cade was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Cooper also offered a 12 month no interest payment option which I was happy to use as these systems cost quite a bit. I was able to schedule the install very quickly- it will be installed in the next two weeks. I highly recommend Cade and this company.

Contacted this company in late November to repair my hot water heating system.
Three rooms were not heating.
The tech arrived and advised me on top of the $75.00 trip charge there would be a $74.00 diagnostic charge to assess the problems and recommend a solution which I paid on the spot.
A week later I was contacted by phone by a company representative that the cost of the repairs would be $1080.00 which included yet another trip charge.
Although this seemed quite high I agreed to the repairs and scheduled a service call to be performed a week later.
The same tech arrived with a part and a bucket of ethylene glycol.
After 90 minutes the tech informed me he could not figure out the problem with two of three rooms and the third was repaired attempting to explain 4 to 5 more hours would be needed to attempt a solution to the problems with the remaining rooms and even then he could not be confident a solution could be reached.
Exasperated, I decided to not go further with his suggestion and asked if a discount would occur as the service call did not take the 3-4 hours mentioned when I was given the estimate and 2/3rds of the repairs were not performed the tech reluctantly lowered the bill to $913.00
Today I discovered the allegedly repaired room was not heating.
I contacted the company and was told was that yet another $75.00 trip charge would need to be quoted to have the tech return.
$988.00 later and in the same position as when I began, I have decided to contact another heating company
I have been contacted by the owner of Save Home Heat and assured a satisfactory resolve to my experience will be made

We had an AC problem, blowing but not cold air, we needed serious help with a pregnant wife in the heat of the summer. They were very busy and could only schedule about a week and a half out. Once the repair man arrived, he looked at it for all of 10 minutes, then all I heard about was how expensive of a fix this was going to be and how knowledgeable and qualified he was. Gave me a quote for $2600, and I told him thanks but no thanks. Two days later, I had another reputable company come look at it for a second opinion, after 30 minutes of work and a simple $200 fix, we had a fully functioning AC and haven't had a problem since. I question the knowledge and training of these repair folks and why they would need to give an absurd quote to just about replace the entire system.

This company is incompetent and highly unprofessional. We had an electrician scheduled to come out only for them to cancel that appointment and make one a week later. Then the guy doesn't show up for his appointment time and turns up 5 hours late. Once he showed up, he decided it was too much work to do what he was sent out to do, and decided to leave and reschedule again. It's been two weeks and nothing has been done. We called to talk to someone and they're just as careless and lazy with no clue on when they'd be able to complete the services they were hired to perform. I'm not sure if I even want people this clueless to upgrade my electrical panel as I'm sure it would be shoddy, subpar work at this point. I would highly avoid these people unless you want an endless headache and to waste your time and money.

Liberty came out on 11/28/17 to look at our broken bathroom tub faucet. The piece was not broken when he arrived, but was broken when he left. He lied about it, so now I am responsible for buying a new piece and trying to get it repaired.

We needed a dryer plug replaced. Absolute Electrical was on our realtor's preferred vendor list, and we couldn't be more pleased with the scheduling process (next day) and our tech, Hector Montoya. Hector arrived within the estimated timeframe given. He is very personable and knows his stuff, obviously, as he replaced the plug quickly and accurately, and...for a very reasonable price. We won't hesitate to use AE again for any future electrical needs. You rock, Hector!

We asked Plumbline to quote us a Heat pump system, that was eligible for the Xcel Heatpump rebate.
Jay Sohn, the sales guy showed up. Made a comment that a heat pump system could cost $10,000 or more, and looked at me like....Can you afford that?
He walked around the house, did not appear to make any notes, and then left. (Never to be heard from again.)
So.....two weeks later, it's difficult to take these folks seriously.
