Kyle G. was our technician and he was fantastic. He came recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I requested him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I knew exactly what he was going to do and what the fee was for it. I will definitely have him back in the Spring to service our air conditioning unit!

This place has the worst management team ever. They are unprofessional and insulting. I will make sure everyone I know does not use them including family, friends, alumi from both Regis and CU, colleagues and tenants. Horrible experience and not worth the time. I wish yelp let you give NO STARS

Just had my a/c, furnace and humidifier replaced on yesterday, therefore I can only reply to the customer service which was...excellent!
Terry came and expertly measured and answered all of my questions. Once I made my decision I was immediately allowed to pick my date of installation. He along with the installers were very respectful and mindful of my home. Cleanup was quick and all old machines were taken for recycling with them. All in all I was pleased with all of the services provided by Cooper Heating & Cooling through Costco. Pamela

Not honest - non responsive. I had a leak and they did not follow up with a written estimate. I found another Co. that did the fix for half the amount and more completely than Fix-it was recommending.

On the first snowy day of the year, my heater decided to stop working. AAA Service to the rescue! Jamie H. came out, assessed the problem, did a thorough job of explaining everything and worked quickly so as not to inconvenience my schedule. Thanks Jamie and AAA Service for the great job!

I called Tipping Hat after reading other reviews. They had an open appointment and were at my condo within an hour. Kevin fixed my heating issue promptly and for a fair price. I will definitely contact Tipping Hat again.

If there was a -stars I would give that rating. Find another Electrician. Absolute Electric quoted me $49 service call fee, which would go towards my repair. I requested they repair/replace two outlets in my kitchen which are currently not working. I explained prior to them coming, I have pressed the GFR switch and checked the fuse box and there is nothing can be switched on to make these outlets work. As soon as they arrived, they quoted me $189 diagnostic fee, and this would NOT go towards fixing the outlets. The technician wasn't in my house more than 30 seconds when I was told a completely different - service call/diagnostic fee. $49 for service call and $189 for diagnostic to tell me it doesn't work and what it would cost to actually repair. I hired them due to their clear communication on the $49 fee prior to arriving, and then they do a BATE and SWITCH and communicate a completely new fee. The Manager did try to make amends and then state the $189 MIGHT go towards the repair and then he began to tell me the cost of replacing an outlet would be at least $300 - $500 - without ever looking at the issue.
They need to communicate to their customer prior to arriving, there is a $49 service call fee and $189 diagnostic fee. If they had communicated this properly, it could have properly set my expectation. But don't quadruple my fee within 30 seconds of arriving at my house.
Look elsewhere. There are many other electricians in the area.

My grandson's hot water tank finally gave up the other night. Being an older home and not well maintained by previous owners there was no choice but to replace the old beat up thing. I went to Home Depot, found a tank, paid for it and Plumbline was calling to make an appointment even before I left the store. It was great. After Mike Quarry came to the house, looked at the mess, he told me what I should expect, etc. Changing a hot water tank isn't just that simple. Codes changed and I could see why some of the changes were needed. Either way I wanted everything up to code for 2023 and spanking new things. It couldn't be done that day so he came back the next day bright and early with Cameron. I had a problem with my bank but while I was out getting that straightened out Mike and Cameron were plugging away. They finished way early, got everything looking really nice and boy am I happy. The best of this transaction is I had gotten some summer crude so that I was so sick that Mike just guided me through what needed to be done and why and what the solution was. I was so happy with that. Since I live down the street from my grandson's I asked Mike if he would mind if I went home to sleep. He said I should probably do that. My grandson's who are 24 and 19 were home so they didn't need me. Mike and Cameron finished up early and called me. I'm telling you I was so happy but still sick. Mike was patient with me and explained as much as my mind could handle in a way that was not threatening, not condesending and truly was a help. I had to return the other tank but that was nothing compared to having a new working tank. And they cleaned up like a champ. They came to a mess but left it all cleaned up. I liked Mikes work so much I invited him back this coming Wednesday to repair something that needed to be replaced. And I have other stuff for him to do. Thanks Mike and thanks Cameron!!!
