Best Drain Cleaning in Denver CO
I used fixer on two occasions. The first time they did a great job installing a new faucet. The second time the repair guy said I needed a plumber instead. They ended up charging me despite no work being done. I think the service is easy to use, the employees are nice and helpful, but the policies are a bit rigid.

Retired elderly couple mystified by all things electrical was impressed by the prompt courteous and knowledge of Joel our electrician, he walked us thru every step with a normal and easily understandable description of the work to be performed. We are very happy with all aspects of the of this service We would highly recommend it.

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. I've had pretty bad experiences and I will be recommending my girlfriends to this company for any kind of handyman interior & exterior projects! Thank you again so much J&D Home Services and Repair.

Eric was able to come out the next day after calling with a broken pipe due to freezing over the winter. He identified the issue quickly, provide me with a reasonable quote to confirm and fixed the issue that same morning. He also helped answer some other questions I had on other plumbing questions around the house. He was professional and knowledgeable and quick! I highly recommend not only Blue Sky, but Eric White specifically as a great plumber.

If this company is good I wouldn't know it. I made an appointment 8 days out for the following Friday afternoon. A rep called Friday morning to cancel because all technicians were sent to a more important customer who had an emergency. I was offered a weekend appt - highly inconvenient with only 24 hours notice to change my plans - but rescheduled my service for that Sunday morning. Rep called AGAIN on Saturday afternoon to CANCEL THE SUNDAY APPOINTMENT (a family emergency this time), suggesting a tech could come by that same afternoon, between 2pm and 5pm. Uhhh, really? (Kinda a big window) I ask - I would have to leave at 5pm for an appt...if the tech shows up at 5, what do I do? Or at 4 and he's not finished? He'll come back to finish the service. (Thanks, but no. I also ask - And how am I being compensated for this added inconvenience, AGAIN? $30 bucks off. Wow, blow me over.
I know stuff happens but 1) TWO cancellations? 2) I have to ASK for compensation instead of it being offered? (Hey Coopers, read The Nordstrom's Way)
Ya know when you just a get a bad feeling about a business? That's what I got and ran like hell. I'll call Sears.

We had called Tipping Hat in March of 2022 to schedule an appointment to turn on our swamp cooler on May 16th 2022. On May 13th they cancelled the appointment saying that they are not accepting any new customers. There were no apologies, explanations, or rationale beyond the text thread below. If you are a new customer, look elsewhere - they clearly are in no need of you or your business.

Thank you Anthony for your courtesy and helpfulness in helping to replace our outside spigot. Very competent and excellent job.

HORRIBLE. Plumbline Services pulled a total 'bait and switch' on me. I called three days in advance to schedule the $99 sewer and drain clean out with free scope. I spoke with Wendy and Heather to verify my appointments and all information on access multiple times prior to the appointment. Dominic arrived at the house today, as scheduled, and advised the clean out was $311. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Dominic called to try to see if they would honor the quote, and was told no. I called and spoke to Matt, who said no as well. He said that because they had to move a toilet the $99 didn't apply. I had told everyone that access was through a toilet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR WORD AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.

My gas heater went out, so called Fit-It since I have bronchitis and needed to get this fixed ASAP. The tech was here in about an hour. He looked at it and said it's an older heater and would need several parts replaced. He didn't even try or do anything. Gave me a quote for
$1616.00 for repairs, did he think he could rip this old, sick lady off? lol
I had a coupon for a free $39 trip free, so was charged $89 for a diagnosis fee!
Anyway I got my heat on for $129.00 by a company who was professional, courteous, explained everything, cleaned the snow off the roof around my pipe (which was part of the problem), and checked my CO levels.
Won't call Fix-It again!

Beware. I thought this company was going to be my go-to plumber. When they came out, their estimate for a small amount of work was $971. Needless to say, I only approved a portion of the estimate for replacing a showerhead, which I provided and showed to him so he knew what to estimate. After giving the approval and processing my credit card, he started work, only to come back to me 10 minutes later to say it was going to be an additional $500. So, I stopped the work immediately and insisted on refunding my card. So, in total, this company wanted $1,471 for work that I later contracted for a total of $230. for everything. They look professional but they are far from it in my opinion.

If you like getting ripped off...these are your guys!!!
I had to snake a main waste line of which was cleaned with only a 2 inch head in a 4 inch line for roots. A month later they were out again. Of course there warantee is only 15 days!!!
And to add insult to injury it would cost 12,000 dollars to fix it!!!!
Every plumber I've talked to since has told me that these people are in it for the big payout...
Pretty sad.....if they had a zero star rating I would've done that!!! Also the last guy that was out I'm pretty sure was on coke or something!!!

DISAPPOINTED - I will give them a few stars because they are timely and efficient when it comes to getting someone out in a day or two/their prices are predictable being a big brand company but they told me I needed a full sewer line replacement so I had another small business sewer company come out and check out the main line and they not only quoted me a more reasonable price but actually helped us find a solution that is not a full repair (we didn't need to do a full repair). Plus our technician couldn't even clear the drain which they have a note on their website saying If the drain technician cannot clear your line it will be FREE. it was not free - we still had to pay for them to snake/pull the toilet which was $168 and we had to pay another $260ish to have them scope the drain + we would have to pay even more to get the scope video? (Dig It Sewer Repair scoped our drain FOR FREE) ... hear me out if its an emergency I guess they are okay to use since its timely but if you can wait and call around, reach out to other companies in the Denver area like Dig It Sewer Repair or Colorado Plumbing - GET MULTIPLE OPINIONS ON ANY BIG REPLACEMENTS SO YOU DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!
