Would have said I really liked this company because I used them for service calls for rental properties I manage. They ended up being more expensive than another company for a furnace replacement and I did not use them so now they will not do business with me anymore. Just ungrateful and said they expect me to be loyal and pay a higher price or they don't want to do business.

To start, I've hired many plumbers through the years so I'm no novice in home ownership. I hired these folks due to two recommendations from friends. They did show up on time and fixed the leak. Negatives: person that showed up acted like he was reading from a script. When I voiced shock at the price, he rattled off all the reasons why prices were higher. I told him to stop witht he sales pitch. As FYI, I looked up the price of the part on Home Depot afterwards and it was under $10. (They replaced the lavatory tubular trap and fittings.) I was charged $400.28 even after they took off the $59 trip charge, and it took him less than one hour to fix. That is an insane hourly price! I feel totally ripped off. While he was there, I asked if he could connect the little circular cap on my counter (where a sprayer had once been). He said he didn't know if he had the nut on hand. Then he left after fixing leak without checking for the nut or, if he did, without telling me he didn't have it.

We recently had a air conditioner replaced by Cooper, using their Costco relationship. The process could not have gone better. We had used them 8 years ago to replace our furnace. From the estimating process, which was a thorough 2 hour analysis of what we needed, to the install, by Chris and Aireus, it went well. At first glance Chris & Aireus were neat in appearance and very professional. They got right to work and were very good and explaining the process and answering any questions that I had. It took about 5-6 hours and when they were done, the house was just as clean as when they got here. I highly recommend Cooper.

If there was a -stars I would give that rating. Find another Electrician. Absolute Electric quoted me $49 service call fee, which would go towards my repair. I requested they repair/replace two outlets in my kitchen which are currently not working. I explained prior to them coming, I have pressed the GFR switch and checked the fuse box and there is nothing can be switched on to make these outlets work. As soon as they arrived, they quoted me $189 diagnostic fee, and this would NOT go towards fixing the outlets. The technician wasn't in my house more than 30 seconds when I was told a completely different - service call/diagnostic fee. $49 for service call and $189 for diagnostic to tell me it doesn't work and what it would cost to actually repair. I hired them due to their clear communication on the $49 fee prior to arriving, and then they do a BATE and SWITCH and communicate a completely new fee. The Manager did try to make amends and then state the $189 MIGHT go towards the repair and then he began to tell me the cost of replacing an outlet would be at least $300 - $500 - without ever looking at the issue.
They need to communicate to their customer prior to arriving, there is a $49 service call fee and $189 diagnostic fee. If they had communicated this properly, it could have properly set my expectation. But don't quadruple my fee within 30 seconds of arriving at my house.
Look elsewhere. There are many other electricians in the area.

Denver, CO - My 2nd review of the humming furnace from Fix It. Fix It is not doing anything to replace the motor w/one that does not have a loud hum, they suggest I redo my entire furnace system - adding more air returns, replacing all the duct work throughout the house - that might help the hum!!!!!!!! All at a cost of THOUSANDS of dollars - just because of a $200 motor!!!
For 30 years and 2 furnaces there has NEVER been any issue whatsoever with any humming sound, air returns have been adequate, and all the duct work has worked perfectly!!!!!!!!!!! That is UNTIL FIX IT!
They took my furnace apart and WOULD NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER unless I bought a motor. And when that one hummed they brought in a more expensive motor that also hums!!!
The cost of the 1st motor $1261 - the 2nd motor that was the right motor an additional $300. $1500 that I told them I can't afford, and the motor still hums! They have done nothing about these charges either. Can't even get anything in writing on warranty information.
Their response to 1st review is to call so we can work on making it right seems to be positive.
***** EXCEPT when you call Logan business owner he will not take your call!!!
I was told another manager Mariano would call - well it's been 3 weeks and NO ONE HAS CALLED.*****
The words making it right have NO MEANING to FIX IT!!!

This predator pays for bits to post on google. Otherwise, horrible and they are thieves. I had a water heater installed and the tech changed paperwork to show it wasn't a water heater and I didn't catch the change. Now it's not doing well. Also, i got majorly ripped off on a heater installation. Crooks.

We waited for a month for an appointment, then they canceled twice, minutes before the appointment. Refused to provide pricing ahead of time, and now that I see other reviews I know why. Like Blue Sky plumbing, rip off artists.
