Best Air Duct Cleaning in Dallas TX

We have had electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues and have been extremely pleased each time with the quality of work, professionalism, promptness and most especially the results by the ENOCH technicians.  My husband and I highly recommend this company - their customer service and work ethics are exceptional!

I can do nothing but rave about the great service from Big Bear Air and Heating I received today.  My fifteen year old system stopped working yesterday in this 99 degree heat.  I sent an email request late last night and received a call from them at 7:30 this morning to put me on the standby schedule.  At around 9:00 I received a call asking if I was available in 10 minutes and I was thrilled.  Diel arrived shortly afterwards and was fantastic.  He checked the system and explained everything to me.  He was able to get it up and running in 20 minutes and I am a happy camper.  I can't recommend this great company enough.  If you're looking for an honest AC repair then call Big Bear!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Repairman great. Office staff not helpful when you have 4 plus hour appt and spending a lot of money, they don't work you in early in the day.  What's worse is the poor gentleman who is in my attic on this hot afternoon now for a terribly long and unsafe time. Usually have good experiences.  Today, no.

Milestone Electric, they won't fix it in a flash!

I've seen the commercials on morning TV  for months, the big, jovial guy lip syncing to the tune, the kids singing it at Christmas, they look like nice people to deal with.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday, I gave Milestone a call. They were very polite, telling me they would be out that afternoon. When they arrived, the technicians were friendly but seeing my outside unit, they started a sales pitch on replacing the entire system, about $18,000. I would really rather repair than spend that much money if possible and they spent about 15 minutes diagnosing the issue. They found my thermostat was faulty and needed replacement.

They took out the old one and provided a Honeywell basic thermostat, one you can get at Home Depot or Lowe's for about $100. It took just a few minutes to put in. My total cost was $615.85. That's a fair amount for the service call and installation but I agreed rather than pay their service and diagnostic fees just to start over with another company. By the time I got another service company out and paid their fees, I wouldn't have saved much money.

About a month later, the air conditioner was acting up again, also on a Saturday. It would work and then suddenly stop for hours, then start working again. I had another service company out that Saturday but they couldn't find the issue. We spent a hot weekend at home.

On Monday, I had Steve Baser come out and he spent some time with the system. He finally looked at our 1 month old thermostat, took it off the wall and told me that all the wires were loose, the little screws holding them in had not been tightened. Tightening the four screws was all we needed, everything runs like a champ now.

You would think for the price of installation, they would have been more diligent but it seems they weren't. Not only did they overcharge me for the thermostat, they didn't even install it correctly. I won't be calling them again.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

I bought an HVAC unit from A#1 Air 6 yrs ago and since I bought it it has been nothing but trouble.  It has never worked properly in weater over 100F.  
Now it is beginning to fail and the technicians aren't good at all.  The unit is suppose to have a 16yr warranty so I called for service when it stopped cooling and started leaking.  They came and supposedly fixed it, but today 2 days later it isn't cooling again.  It's midnight and the temperature outside is cooler than in the house.  
Another sleepless night thanks to A#1 Air and the overpriced DAIKIN HVAVs they sell.  
BEWARE!!!  Don't buy from these people.
