Found Electrician on Call through Yelp and gave them a call. They came out and gave me a free estimate a few days later.  When the electricians arrived they performed the work exactly as quoted and even though they worked a late to get the job done, they did not charge more than the estimate.  

I will be using them again!  Great job!

They were on time and quickly diagnosed what was causing my circuit breaker to trip.  The technician was very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Came out and did the estimate for free, which everywhere else wanted to charge! Did a good job.

When I called I spoke to Glenn. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout our phone conversation. Glenn educated me about my electrical issues and he gave me options on how to go about fixing it. I liked how he gave me alternative options as what needed to get fixed was going to be pretty expensive. Glenn didn't just give me his highest price/estimate which I really valued. You figure Companies these days just want to take your money. I highly recommend calling Allstars Electric Heating & Air- Glenn will give you a very fair estimate. He's very knowledgeable and will walk you through what needs to get done. As well as give you other options that might not be as costly. I was very pleased with their services.

He's highly qualified and an expert at quickly diagnosing the problem and troubleshooting how to fix a previous handy man's mistake. I was very concerned about an electrical burning smell (and one evening a smoke smell that accompanied it). The first available appointment was one week out. One hour before their arrival window, I received a phone call telling me they would not be out for another week. This was very distressing. I try to be understanding during Covid, but understand the burning smells were a little alarming and the last-minute reschedule was a bit of a shock.

The electrician was nice enough, but since my main problem that I was very specific about when I made the appointment was an electrical burning smell in a certain area of my home, it was very inconvenient that he would not lift his mask to smell the smell, which was very faint when he was here. I respect the Covid masks and I even offered to put an N95 over my surgical mask. No luck, which I respect.

This second appointment should never have been set if their technician has to smell it in order to diagnose. I asked about checking outlets and the panel and what could be done to try and determine anything, but there was no attempt to diagnose further. I had specifically asked when setting the appointment if there was equipment to diagnose if certain outlets could be problematic, thermal image the panel, etc., and was told there was. In person, there was apparently nothing he could do.

I cannot recommend this company because they did not show the first time and the second appointment should never have never been set if they have to use their sense of smell for diagnosis which is going to be tough unless the smell is very strong. This whole mess has cost me two weeks and now I have to find another company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Surprised at the couple of bad reviews I've seen on here, because my experience was great!

They came out quickly and solved a difficult electrical issue for me without charging me an arm and leg to do so. Very impressed with Zubras. Showed up on time and even called back to confirm the issue was solved a couple days after doing the work.

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

Goodman ac was stopping and restarting continuesly.  Called Baker Brothers and they flushed out the condensation outlet where we have a device to shut down if clogged or draining slowly..  Next thing I know the technician is telling me the problem is really with my AC unit, showed me readings which were high to convince me a new unit was my only viable option.  When I told him I would need a second opinion he started telling me about the limited supply on parts and units right now, if I wait even an hour there might not be anything available..well you all know the high pressure techniques especially during Aug Texas 100 degree heat, I felt I had little options, I agreed to a new AC to be installed the next day.  Luckily my husband insisted on a second opinion.  Second opinion:.turned out there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my unit that a good cleaning didn't fix to bring down the pressure readings.  The second opinion was made after a thorough assessment,  rather than only a quick reading of some electronic device which Baker Brothers did.
Either the BB technician was inexperienced (claimed to have 12 years of experience), or he saw me as an easy target which is hurting me deeply because obviously I fell for it...and do feel like a sucker right now.
Stay clear.

I will be canceling the MAM plan I purchased just over a month ago. They say their plan includes 'an inspection' for HVAC, plumbing, electric. But these inspections are truly just a way for them to send a sales person to try and sell you a new HVAC, water heater, smoke detectors etc. They use dooms day sales tactics and their pricing is crazy expensive. I signed up two homes and tried working with them this last month on both and was not impressed at all. I did have a couple of plumbing issues and hired them for one job that I had to arm wrestle them to come back and complete after they overcharged to look at it for $500. Then had a circuit board go bad on the furnace, they quoted close to $1,000 to fix/replace it; I called around and found a Trane authorized company and the part was $325 (I had googled to find the  part-and cost) total install with different company was $450. They use fixed pricing, not hourly and they say their MAM plans include a discount but even after that it's still very expensive. Yes I know 5 year warranty, they have costs and over head but so does everyone else. They spend a lot of money on marketing which is why they push to sell new products with higher margins. I get it! Buyer beware. Also even the term MAM plan when you think about it makes my skin crawl, sorry guys they don't have a yes sir plan. I will say their phone service people are nice and their scheduling was on time so this gets a 2nd star.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. The technician was clueless of the manufacturer of my unit, he never took the cover to check or troubleshoot the diagnostics of the codes and proceeded to claim he could not make any repairs because he was unable to get his gauges on the valve stem. His conclusion was to replace the outside unit after speaking on his phone the whole time to his home office. After letting him know my unit was less than 3yrs old and under warranty he insisted that 10 lbs of freon and labor charges would still be applied. Out the door he went!!
Definitely NOT recommend!!

At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!  Just terrible.
