I needed some light commercial electrical work done (mostly luminaire and ballast replacements). James has been helpful and responsive with my questions regarding fixture options, Nathan has been flexible with our scheduling, billing, and invoicing, and the electricians such as Andy have been doing a great job.

Owner personally came to my house to look at an issue when his other staff was backed up and couldn't make it. After finding no issue, he advised me of warning signs to look for and did not charge me for the visit.

This will be the first place I call if I have an electrical problem in the future since they treated me so fairly. I'm hopeful in my expectation that the work will be high quality and I'll be taken care of as a customer.

I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

Class act! Just had my entire house remodeled and put back together. I needed under and above cabinet lighting. JSR was so quick in responding to my inquiry on Yelp and set up a time to come to my house within the week at a convenient time. Zachary came and wrote up the estimate and then did the work quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with at JSR was great. I'm going to call them for all of my electrical needs!

Edwin from EM Electrical Services was great! He went above and beyond to install/replace my 4 light fixtures and oven control board. Thorough yet quick and my fiancé said he was very polite. A must with the ladies :) worth a quote for sure, I was pleasantly surprised and will be referring out!

He was on time and worked fast to resolve our issues without charging us arm and leg!! Great experience!!

I had previously used Peerless for adding a new outlet and 20A circuit approximately 50 feet from the breaker box (routed through the attic and two walls) and called them for assistance adding a 50A outlet inches from the breaker box. Got an estimate of $200-250 on the phone when I called and they came out right away. When they arrived they said that estimate was incorrect and that it would actually cost over $500. I was very disappointed as the materials for this are under $100 leaving over $400 in labor to install the outlet adjacent to the breaker box.

I had used this company last year and was extremely happy with their response to the issue in my home. We recently bought a business  and needed the  electrical system to be updated before we could get a permit so I contacted  them. They did come and evaluate the space in a timely manner and stated they would get back to us regarding the quote And when they could start on the job. Not only did they never follow up, they never returned numerous calls over the next seven business days... I understand that some companies can't do electrical work on businesses as easily as homes etc, but I wish they had communicated that to us instead of using their secretary to take the messages but never calling back. We could've saved 7 to 10 days and gotten our  permit  much quicker had we used someone else...of note , we called someone else - he finished the job in one day and we got the permit the following day.

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

During the 2021 Texas Artic Freeze storms, when do many contractors are increasing thier fees or calling every call and Emergency call, Do It All Electric, came through and got my electrical back on at a fair price.  I highly recommend Do It all Electric and will be using them again after my flood plumbing repairs are completed

They were amazing, period. Easy to schedule, on time,  and great at communicating. We will be using them again in the future.

Set a time and spent quite a bit of time discussing the issue.  Never showed and stopped responding.  Wasted a lot of my time after giving him a chance.  Have a backup plan if dealing with this guy.

They added an additional outlet behind my mounted TV this week and did a wonderful job.  They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, were competitively priced and were quick and easy to schedule.  The technician that arrived called prior to coming, was incredibly polite and cleaned everything up once he was finished.  Team Enoch made it super easy and did a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend.

My sister in law call d this place after calling others. They knew exactly what she needed to bring her new water heater up to code. They were able to give her a quote over the phone. The guys Jeremy and Roy did the work and done within a half an hour. VERY respectful employees!

We were remodeling our home, and needed to update our electrical box, add some outlets, add a few outdoor lights and more. Joshua came out and gave us a quote, which was reasonable and we were happy to give Benchmark our business,. Joshua was thorough, neat, very kind, genuine, and a hard worker. Glenn came over for a while to help because it was such a lengthy to-do list, but they were able to get it all handled in one day. I really felt the quality of work was excellent and the prices were reasonable. They are my go-to electrical company from now on and I have already recommended them to my neighbors. The service tech, Gary was very professional and courteous.  He knows what he is doing, diagnosed the problem and took care of it. Because of him and his colleagues, we will continue to use Gd electric

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.
