Bought a new 75 TV today on a whim and were eager to get it mounted. Contacted multiple TV mounters in Dallas but Hang Pros was the only company that was willing to come out last minute on a Saturday night to squeeze us in. The representative that came out was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our TV looked perfect in relation to our room and our furniture. I contacted them Thursday afternoon, they immediately scheduled me for an inspection first thing Monday morning, and the tech who came out was able to quote me and do the install on the spot.

Absolutely amazing! I requested a quote through yelp and Natasha responded right away. Mark was my assigned electrician, he arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Their pricing is reasonable as well. I will be going back to them for sure and definitely recommend them!

I'll preface my two-star review by saying we did have some work done by JSR and were happy with the work and liked the electricians. That said, I wonder if we were charged fairly for the work we had done given the outrageous quote we were given to replace our electrical panel (which we didn't have JSR do).

From all the information we've gathered, replacing an electric panel should be around $3k total, for everything (permit, coordinating with the electric company, etc.) JSR wrote up a quote for $6,662 (we were given this estimate on 3/10/21 then again on 4/27/21). Our first quote for the panel (from an electrician our realtor recommended) was given on 1/7/21 and was for $3,300, inclusive of the panel and a few other smaller items. To be fair, copper prices have been on the rise, but that's still a huge difference.

JSR's quote included things that were made to appear as if they were part of the panel repair that weren't actually necessary, including whole house surge protection, which is always optional. We've asked electricians (who are not bidding on the project) about the quote, and everyone has said it is way too high.

Don't disregard the good reviews on here saying JSR did good work, as I have no reason to question their quality. I just wanted to provide information about their pricing that I wish I'd had from the get-go.

I contacted Edwin about drywall repair and soffit repair.  They did an incredible job on the drywall - matched the texture very well and everything.  The soffits look great too.  Prices were very reasonable.  Will use again.

I had ALLEN come out from this company. He was on time, professional, did a great job. I was impressed with his work and I felt that the pricing was reasonable.

Well... this is the 3rd time I've called them out to handle work. Unfortunately this time it became glaringly obvious that these guys are overpriced.

Long story short, I called them in to install a new small kitchen light (not a removal of another, just splicing wire and installing) and fix my dryer not drying. Turns out the dryer is a bigger electrical issue (assessed after about 5 mins and no further action taken) and it took them 3 hours (had I known it was going to take them that long and I'd be charged for it I would of certainly do the job myself) to hang a relatively straight forward light.

That should of been $150.00 job at worst! Not a $300.00 job.

We had a list of electrical problems around our house. I called on a Wednesday morning, left a message, and he returned my call Wednesday afternoon as promised. We set an appointment time about a week later, and Craig arrived in the stated window he said he would.

In the course of just under 2 hours, Craig resolved a dinking noise in our living room (cause by a thermal overload switch that had been disconnected but not removed) which required both patience and a trip to the attic, re-wired a ceiling fan that had a remote that stopped working and wired to wall switches, removed the very old timer for our front porch light and replaced with a simple on/off switch, and repaired a blinking light in our master bath (also caused by the thermal overload switch).

Craig is personable and helped talk us through a variety of solutions for future projects and provided quotes for that work. As a licensed professional myself, I did check that Craig is registered with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation and his Master Electrician license is valid and active.

We were very happy with the total price of $165 for this service- I'm thrilled to have things working more smoothly in our house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician's help!

Rico has been out to my home twice.  Absolutely great service!  I purchased an 11 yr old home that needs several updates.  In the future, Rico is the one i will call. For now, i'm enjoying my 5 beautiful chandeliers Rico installed!  :)

My sister in law call d this place after calling others. They knew exactly what she needed to bring her new water heater up to code. They were able to give her a quote over the phone. The guys Jeremy and Roy did the work and done within a half an hour. VERY respectful employees!

We were remodeling our home, and needed to update our electrical box, add some outlets, add a few outdoor lights and more. Joshua came out and gave us a quote, which was reasonable and we were happy to give Benchmark our business,. Joshua was thorough, neat, very kind, genuine, and a hard worker. Glenn came over for a while to help because it was such a lengthy to-do list, but they were able to get it all handled in one day. I really felt the quality of work was excellent and the prices were reasonable. They are my go-to electrical company from now on and I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Gary came out to fix some electrical problems after a lightning strike.  He was professional, knowledgeable and had everything back up and running in no time.

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.
