Fearghal is an excellent reliable electrician!    I have used him many times for my business and we are now using him for our dental office.   Not only he can do all the complicated electrical work he can also do low voltage data drops in offices.   He networked our entire dental office without any issues.    I love Eleney Electric!!   BTW Fearghal is also a super nice guy!

John got a tad cranky at one point -- he barked at me for mistakenly assuming that he hadn't fixed the light switch -- but I think it's just because he's a perfectionist. He came out for a simple check of a wet light socket but also installed a smoke detector and fixed a long-broken power outlet. Highly recommended.

We had a not so straight-forward light installation.  We initially hired a supposed highly-rated diamond certified company for the job.  The end result was appalling.  It didn't even begin to resemble what we asked for and what was agreed upon.  We were left with unsightly wiring and a light fixture dangling in an unstable fashion from the ceiling.  When we asked them to fix it and do what was agreed upon, we got these elaborate excuses for why it would be too difficult and cost prohibitive.  Needless to say, we felt totally scammed.  We couldn't leave the fixture in that state, so we carefully started looking again for an honest and competent electrician.

Enter Natalie and Valencia Electric.  What a breath of fresh air in a sea of predatory contractors!  Natalie came over to provide an estimate and described exactly how she would tackle the job.  Without telling her how we wanted the light and wiring to be installed, she suggested exactly what we had envisioned, and added some very creative and thoughtful improvements.  Her efforts were Herculean and the end result is beautiful!  I still smile every time I look at the fixture.  Natalie has renewed our faith in humanity (and contractors)!

Hard to ask for more out of a local business

Jaime and his staff were prompt in responding to our request for electrical box issues over the weekend, came out promptly to give a free estimate on the following Monday, diagnosed the problem quickly, and were able to replace our electrical box sub unit that was overheating and had become a fire hazard!  They were so great a communicating the problem, answering questions, and giving pricing explanations. I would not hesitate to hire them for my electrical needs in the future!

I called BV electrics saturday afternoon because my doorbell stopped working.  They were able to schedule an appoint Monday afternoon.  I asked if an early appointment became to please call.  45 min before my scheduled appoint Rigo called me and said he could come early and would be at my apartment in 20 min.  He was very friendly, fast and efficient and best of all I have a working doorbell now.

Kevin was extremely prompt in getting back to me and scheduled and completed the job in less than 24 hours.  This company will now be my go-to place for quality and efficient electrical work. Yoni did a great job!  Thank you.

RB Electric is a wonderful family electrical business - hire them!

My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we needed all new electrical. Our house is very old, from 1926 so it's cloth and tube.

We spoke with several companies and decided to go with RB Electic. The owner, Rigo, came out and walked us through what we needed. He is a pleasure to work with - clearly an expert at his craft and eager to provide a really good experience for us. We found his prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the work.

Rigo and his crew showed up on time and were ready to get started. Our job took an entire day and he had all of the materials (boxes, switches, etc) ready to go with him. They removed all of the old electrical and replaced it with new wiring and the correct boxes for the oven and fan hood. They worked very hard all day long and ask me a few questions along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. Rigo and his crew are by far the best electricians I've ever worked with and we'll be hiring them again in the future. I highly recommend getting a quote from RB Electric and considering them for your electrical needs.

Michael fixed a faulty outlet for me the same day I contacted him.  Recently a socket in my house sparked when I put a plug in it.  My regular maintenance person (Richard Peltzman of RMS Maintenance Services) who has helped me enormously over the years, recommended the electrician, Michael Fairholm, with whom he's had excellent experiences in the past.  Michael was easy to reach!!  He uses both phone and email and I sent him an email.  He responded promptly (within less than one hour of sending the email) and even took the time to tell me in a phone message that he'd responded by email.  As it turned out, his response had gone into my spam, so it was good that he let me know about his email.  He came by and fixed the outlet later that the same day, so I didn't have to worry about a faulty outlet in my home.  He explained everything as he was fixing it, and gave a very fair price for the work. He provided a clear estimate before doing the work, and emailed a receipt for the work before he left.  He was very efficient, knowledgeable and capable.  I would certainly hire him again for any electrical work and highly recommend him.

First of all I would like to thank Wes and Alina from Alley Electric for their prompt, honest and efficient response to my Family's electrical needs. I called Alina on Monday afternoon and informed her on the various electrical issues I had around the house. She informed me not to worry and that they could be there the next day trying to diagnose and even fix the problem even though they were on a very tight schedule. The next day, Alina and Wes came by and went right to work by diagnosing the issue and repairing it at a very reasonable rate! Alina even honored a coupon that really meant a lot because it showed that they put their clients need first.

Even though Alley's Electric can have a very tight schedule, their superior and meticulous work goes above and beyond professionalism. They are very diligent and attentive with the work that is completed and they are quite organized, clean, prompt and most of all respectful. I am quite disappointed and shocked that past clients have written some horrible reviews in regards to Alley's Electric. However, with them having almost 90 reviews, and with the majority being positive, I would extremely recommend them to you, and even to all my family and friends... Now I can proudly say that I have a true friend in the Electrician Business. Thank you again Alina and Wes for your time, patience, and expertise and will be contacting you soon to put in new fixtures in the newer edition of my home!! Please don't forget about me!!

I visited this fun little shop to look for Half Moon Bay Art Glass, as their website directed me here.  It's a fun quaint little shop but there wasn't as many glass pieces available as I thought there would be.  When I went they had pumpkins, necklaces, ornamental bugs, & decorative little swizzle sticks you would hang outside to blow in the breeze.  I did buy a cute decorative bird, but it was made in China...

Nice guys and very knowledgable. Our job ended up being more complicated than they expected because an old house always holds surprises. But they stuck with their estimate and we felt they gave us a great price for the project.

This company is amazing!! Matan came out and fixed the electrical issue in my condo the same day I called. They are professional, kind and extremely responsive. Don't waste time calling other companies.

A couple of years back, Mike did a number of tasks around the house (tamper proof outlet, light switch, fixture installs) and did them quickly and for a reasonable price.  Super reliable and helpful especially when you cannot do tasks around the house due to double fisting two kids!  Just hit him up again for additional tasks and he was super fast to respond!  Best handyman on yelp!

I found Art on this site for some electrical work in my house. He responded to my call in a few seconds, it was not an answering machine. We set up a convenient time to meet. Art arrived in time with no delays. After a short preliminary explanation of the problem, he immediately knew what to do. He worked very professionally, using all necessary tools. The issue was fixed and tested. I was impressed and very pleased with the quality of his work, with the way of communication and would definitely call him again if there will be a need in electrical work. I will highly recommend Art to my friends!

Just another review recommending this local electrician! He and his sons (i love that he's passing his trade onto his kids!) Came out on short notice and fixed an issue that was causing my furnace not to work. Emailed me an invoice before he even left my house. I'd highly recommend him.

Gavin was fantastic-- couldn't recommend him more. He helped us install new lighting, replace sconces, and re-wire old lights. He was precise, knowledgeable, and thorough. His many years of experience showed through his expertise and recommendations to us. His rate was also very reasonable. He is our new go-to electrician in SF, and we are recommending him to all of our friends as well!

Our main fuse was not functional and half of the house didn't have any power including our well. We didn't have power for well pump either. Alex came and diagnosed the problem. Since the panel was old, it wasn't easy to find the breaker. He found it in Modesto. Found someone local to pickup the part before the store closed. Drove from Los Gatos to Modesto to pickup the part. And drove back the same day to install the part very professionally. The process took more than 8 hrs and he had a very reasonable ask for compensation. I would hire him again.

We all know how difficult it is to find professional and honest electrician these days. We got lucky to find Nadya I hope I spell his name right.
He is very knowledgeable about his work and very honest too. He gave us few hints to how take care of minor things which can save us time and money. He came on time and finished and cleaned his working area nicely. We saved his number and looking forward seeing him if needed. Thx again.
