Kyle from Service Champions visited us yo a tune up of furnace. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and confident in his work. I would recommend him.

Responded to my request right away.  Explained to me price and services included in that price.  Happy with the service.

We had Service Champs out for our furnace maintenance appt. Jeff showed up at the beginning of the time slot and completely his work timely and answered all our questions.
He explained some potential future issues, but didn't push for any charges as our system is working well. Really couldn't have asked for anything more. Our experiences with Service Champions for HVAC & water heater have been excellent.

Incredible customer experience for our Tesla Wall Connector installation.  Jeremy came onsite to estimate and spent almost an hour looking everything over, and offering advice on everything from the design to the rebates I was eligible for.  Our installer Ray was professional, detail-oriented and thorough.  The office team was courteous and responsive.  Highly recommend them!

Gave me a ridiculous quote of $5k for water heater replacement. This seems awfully high for a newer home. Please don't bother if you have a nice exterior home. They will fleece you because of your zip code.

I gave it a two star because they could come out quickly for an estimate.

I really liked the fact that they sent me an email/text showing me who was going to show up at my place.  Richard Castenada was my electrician and he was super friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable as well.  

He identified and resolved the problem quickly and was top notch in every respect.  If you need an electrician, I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for Richard :)

UPDATE: Galaxy Heating and Air Conditioning has changed management and Eddie has moved mountains to make things right. They have new management and techs now. Unfortunately my washing machine is not worth repairing and I'll need to purchase a new one. Eddie assured me that ordering a used control panel on such an old machine was an expensive risk and although he was willing to search for the parts, I decided it was not worth it and will purchase new. Well, all was not lost. My husband let Eddie know that our ice machine was not working and he is fixing it for free (labor + parts). Honestly I was VERY hesitant to give this place another chance, but I'm so glad I did. I hope the new management succeeds this time around :)
