Best Electrical Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ

So incredibly grateful to Taren and the team at simple electric! My in-laws just moved to Phoenix. For 2 days solid their fire detector was beeping day and night. Their ceilings are 14-16 feet tall so there was no way they could fix the problem themselves. Most electricians wouldn't even call back. Enter simple electric to the rescue! They called back right away. Fit us into their busy schedule. Fixed everything perfectly
and knew all about the Lutron 4 system in the house. Were a  pleasure to deal with and then charged a reasonable price. Not only will my in-laws be using them in the future but we will too!  Thanks so much for your excellent works and you old-fashioned care about people.

Scott Gibson did a fantastic job completing multiple repairs and going the extra mile when it came to helping us close on a city inspection permit.  He drive out of his way after hours to accommodate the final touches on a letter for the inspector.  Office staff, as busy as they were,  always answered the phone (amazing!) and did their best to accommodate our own hectic schedule.  Thanks TIO!

I always say, Anyone can make mistakes. It's how they respond to their mistakes that makes difference.

To be fair, I am not saying Tab electric made a mistake first place.
It could very well be due to change in City regulation, etc.

Anyway, I got an EV charger installed by Tab.
They did a great job, and everything was working fine.
City inspector came by a year later for my solar roof. Stated I should've got permit for the charger.

I reached out to Tab, and they got back to me right away.

I can say with confidence, they put their customer first.
Not only take updated and resolved the issue right away, (which by the way, very well not needed at the first place)

They also took care of permit issue, since I was caught between. (once again, whether permit was needed is still in question, but they just went with City for my sake)

These are guys don't pinch pennies when it comes to their job.
It is hard to find a good like like Tab. Not only they did a great job, but they stood up behind their work.

I know I will be using them in the future for everything.

Just hired Wiring Pros for the first time, to do a wide array of work on home I ust purchased:  new lighting fixtures, rewiring, exterior floodlights, ceiling fan installs, etc. etc.  They did a great work, all professionally completed on time and without issues. They rescheduled quickly and easily when I had an issue getting my ceiling fans shipped, and made an extra visit to do the install.  Very pleased and will hire them again.

We can't say enough about Gabe! Our washing machine broke down with our clothes in it!! It was Sunday night at 7pm! We couldn't find anyone to come out!! We called numerous places to no avail. We came across One Shot and called. We had to leave a message but Gabe called us back within a few minutes! He was on his way home, most likely from a long day! He came right over and spent about an hour and had it up and running! Gabe was very professional, friendly, courteous, communicative and on time!! You just don't get that kind of customer service these days!! Gabe is our go-to guy in the future!!

Firefly was fast and responsive. Although he was not able to fix the problem, he was able to follow through with his promises.

Where to begin?  For those Yelpers who are of a Twitter (140 Character) mindset, the summary is: Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!!!!

Bolt Electric exceeded my expectations every step of the way.  I found Bolt on Angie's list, among other electricians.  Within five minutes of my submitting a request for a quote, Stephanie of Bolt Electric called and arranged for Sam, the electrician, to come out and identify and fix my issue.  The appoint occurred within three business days of my call.  If it had been an emergency issue, it's certain they would have scheduled an appointment even quicker.

Stephanie was outstanding.  Professional, friendly and very customer focused.

Sam had the problem fixed within five minutes. The issue involved landscape lighting in the front yard, a portion of which had stopped working.  The lighting wiring was underground and not immediately accessible. This could have been a difficult problem to diagnose and could have taken hours, but Sam's expertise as an electrician had the problem fixed quickly.  

From start to finish, the experience with Bolt Electric was in the top 1/10th of 1 percent of all customer service experiences I have had with any company.  

Their prices are reasonable and their team is outstanding!

Josh completed the update/installation of sockets (regular, GFCI, USB) and light switches at our property. He was quick and helped us get up to code as well. He even came back out to finish the GFCIs we needed to add on another day. His rate was the best and everything looked great. He was transparent and accommodating. Invoice and payment was a breeze as well. Highly recommend.

Well, I highly recommend Alex although he was in my house just 2 minutes. Here's why. My 10 year old waste disposer stopped  - dead- and I figured it was time to get a new one. I called a plumber (from Yelp) I had used before, and before he came, I tried to turn on my dishwasher, plugged into the same socket. Dead. I tried flipping the circuit breaker, still nothing. So I looked for electricians, many of whom wanted to come and diagnose the problem without giving an estimated cost. Alex quoted a very reasonable flat fee for replacing the outlet, and could come late the next day. He called before he came, and arrived on time. He tested the outlet, plugged in the plugs, and voila, both machines worked! (He said the plumber must have had a heavier than I did, flipping the circuit breaker switch.)

I wanted to pay him his fee, but he wouldn't take anything. An HONEST tradesman, what a pleasure. I would call him again in a minute if I ever need electrical work done. Thank you, Alex.

Our smoke detectors had been beeping for four days. Intermittently and SO ANNOYING. After about the 15th time of hearing that noise, I searched yelp. Alex contacted me almost immediately and even offered to come out right then. (It was 930 as night) we scheduled the appointment for the next morning. He showed up, on time and professional. He was so kind to my two kids....interacting and engaging while he was working. He fixed the issue...no problem! Would totally recommend Alex and will be using him for any future electrical issues!!!!

OMG! These 2 masked men were the good guys!!  Offered super customer service, extremely friendly and professional.  Would put them on speed dial as my new electrician go-to!!  I had a problem and they really made it disappear.  Scheduled a time for service and they had a cancellation and were able to meet my needs right away.  I am totally awed by their service and I was in the Customer Service business for over 30 years. Very pleased with their service and pricing. I called to get a quote and they were able to make it out in a day or two notice. The technician was very knowledgeable and their quote was much lower than another quote that I received.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.

A good friend of ours referred Alex to us when we were moving into our current home. We wanted to install recessed lights throughout our home, remove some old fixtures, install new switches, and also had to replace our old electrical panel.

Communication was 9/10. We kept in touch with Alex through text messages and phone calls, and he was really good about keeping us up to date on the progress of each project.

Cost was 9/10. We priced things around a bit at first, but Alex was always fair and competitive in pricing of parts and labor. Even when we found slightly cheaper prices elsewhere, we still chose to go with Alex because because of the professionalism, communication, and quality of work.

Quality of work was 10/10. After all the general contracting folks we worked with, it was so refreshing to have Alex on our electrical needs. Why? Because most folks just get the job done. Alex got it done and clearly has high standards too. You get the sense that he has high level of ownership where it feels like he's working on his own home with focus and precision. He was the only person we had coming in and out of the house that we didn't worry about it.

Overall... 5 stars easily. We would recommend Alex for electrical services including: installing recessed lighting, installing hanging light fixtures, changing light switches, installing outdoor electrical outlets, replacing electrical panel, and exceeding expectations.

I had a small project to have outlets installed in two spots in my house. One in the living room behind the tv and the other in a network closet upgrade.

Mr. Jorn (David) was the first to reply on Yelp, had clear and concise explanation of services, and we agreed on a service date (Saturday).
He arrived promptly, was very courteous, and efficiently knocked out the outlet projects in no time at all. He entertained my periodic questions about electricity and the project, and we had a good general chat while he worked.
Very pleased with results and will work with Mr. Jorn again in the future.
