Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Kurt responded quickly to my inquiry and has very reasonable prices! Originally, he wasn't able to squeeze me in last minute, but he promised to keep me posted in case his current jobs changed at all. Luckily for me, they did, so he was able to help me out the following week.  In just 6 hours Kurt: hung a decorative mirror, hung two pieces of artwork, trimmed 4 bar stools, hung a bathroom shelf, robe hook, toilet paper holder, a towel rack, a set of curtains in master, fixed my laundry room door, and replaced a light fixture in my master closet. After visiting 3 different hardware stores trying to find a special piece to a fluorescent light in the closet, he suggested replacing the whole fixture, as replacing it was $30 whereas the special piece was $50 online. When I asked him if he could install it that day or would have to come back, he replied, I can't leave you with a dark closet! He went back to the store one last time to purchase a new fixture and installed it within the hour! I can actually see now when I'm getting dressed!

It was so convenient to have someone with all the right tools who could make all the Home Depot runs to get what I needed. What would have taken me multiple weekends and several hours, took Kurt less than a full day. I will definitely be using him again. The price is worth well worth it!

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Needing a plumber is worse than having a root canal. What adds insult to injury is when the company you call provides bad customer service and makes it quite difficult to schedule an appointment. The SIX-hour window they provide is ridiculous and forced me to take time off work to be at home, since you just don't know when someone will show up. The window was between 12p-6p; at 3p I received a phone call that the plummer scheduled to come out needs to leave work early and I would have to reschedule. No thank you. Luckily, I was able to go a different route to get my plumbing repairs done.

Water leak in wall. Tucker brought a camera but not a FLIR or moisture meter. Recommend asking whoever comes out to find your leak has all three tools, Tucker would not have known where to look if not for a different restoration company coming out with more tools to find the source.

Tucker replaced a leaking exposed attic PEX-to-copper joint for $500, which ended up being close to 2 hours work.

They did not bring a ladder despite being told ahead of time the leak was in the attic. Luckily I had a ladder they could borrow.

They did quality work for a pretty standard task. Up to you to decide if $250 per man hour is a fair price for plumbing work.

They needed a fair amount of help with tools for an outfit charging bespoke prices.

Tech wanted to  charge exorbitant amount because no foreign parts sold. Captured by indoor security system. Will contest with credit card and will file lawsuit if warranted.
