Had a big problem when my pool sanitation system stopped working.  The breaker tripped and could not be reset.  Ryan identified this problem and another potential issue very quickly.  He had to make a special trip to an electrical supply house to get the correct parts (the pool builder used the wrong type of breakers) and got our system back up and running in less than an hour.  They showed up on time and worked fast.  Firefly is now my #1 choice when I need an electrician.

Asked for estimate Alex came by Saturday and said after he left he would have the estimate to
Me in 20 minutes . 2 days later no estimate and no response from Alex.

Alex is wonderful! Very straightforward, honest and always on time! He cleaned up after the himself and very professional! We had him move a outlet for our stove, he completed the job quickly and efficiently! We will be using him for other projects in our renovation!!!

I called Rio Electric to remove an old cooktop and install a new one after my new countertops were installed, knowing that I would need two appointments. Ryan was extremely helpful over the phone. Dan did a quick job of pulling out the old cooktop and answered all of my questions. I will have them return to install the new cooktop and am confident that it will be done correctly. I highly recommend Rio.

I reached out to Jeremy via Yelp looking for an electrician for a 50 amp conversion upgrade. He came out for an estimate the same day and the project was completed the next day. Steven & Cody arrived at the agreed upon time.   There were quick and did a great job.  The prices were reasonable for our requests.  They put up coach lights on our garage.   They also replaced our porch light and dining room lights.  At Steven's suggestion, we added a dimmer to the dining room light.  He had one on his truck and took care of that immediately.  I would definitely use Steven and Cody again for future electrical needs.

Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Was very happy with the service. I was actually trying to reach a previous electrician who had done work for us before. Upon submitting a request to him, I guess I also requested other quotes via Yelp. Max responded within minutes and was at my house later that day. Others tried to schedule a week out for an urgent problem!!! The problem was diagnosed quickly and approved and fixed in the same visit. Very happy and I will defiantly use again. Thx!

I requested to have 3 ceiling fans installed in my home. They arrived when promised and installed the fans in a timely  fashion. Although  one fan wobbled, when I called back, they were very apologetic and sent Ryan out to rectify the issue.  He wa very prompt and fixed the issue quickly.  I will definitely use Mauser Electric in the future and recommend them highly..definitely good people and value their customers!!
