Great communication from office and tech.  Picture of Jim was good to have.  He called to confirm appointment and arrived on time.  Jim explained costs and needed repairs.  Gave us options.   Great service for a reasonable price.  Will use again and recommend.

I needed some new recessed lights installed in a bonus room and bought all the supplies thinking I would do it myself. Ultimately, I decided to find an electrician and messaged several on Yelp. Firefly responded quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time, knew exactly what to do, and quoted a fair price for labor. 2 hours later they had finished the entire job and the lights looked great!

The only thing they could have done better is used a shop vac while cutting holes in the drywall to minimize dust. They did cover everything with plastic to protect furniture, rugs, etc., but drywall dust still gets everywhere and some cleanup was required. I would still recommend them and will use them again when I need electrical work done

Recently, I had two exterior electrical outlets go out. After tinkering around for a bit (no real electrical background here), I found Arc Electrical on yelp and google and liked that it was a local company, close to where I live, and had phenomenal reviews. I called them and the person I talked with (owner?) walked me through what he believed was going on and I was able to fix both outlets in literally 10 seconds. While the solution was an easy, quick fix, someone with not a lot of electrical knowledge like myself, wouldn't have known the problem or what to look for. He saved us time and money. There's a lot of integrity to I could tell this company and owner have just over a short one-minute phone call. I think a lot of places could've have easily just sent an electrician or tech out and charged you hundreds for the same fix. Not this guy, not this company. I will use Arc electrical for any and all future electrical needs and I'll certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Clarence does great work, very efficient, and is always on time.  Clarence cleans up after all his work and is very reasonable in the charges.  Highly recommend Clarence!

After initially contacting Ryan, he was able to fit me into his schedule right away.  Danny and Bill came out to install 4 pendant lights in my kitchen as well as a separate wall switch.  They were polite, knowledgeable, and asked for my input on placement, etc.  They cleaned up during and after the installation, which I appreciated. My husband and I were injured in an accident and were hospitalized for several days. When we returned home, we discovered that our water heater was not working. I called these guys for a fuse problem. They responded within 10 minutes and was at my house within the hour to look at the problem. It turns out it was a very quick and easy fix at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with the service. They were very friendly and professional.

I needed a new attic ventilation fan installed, and Kevin was extremely responsive when I called him. He came out the same day I called, got the fan installed, and was quick and professional about it. Kevin brings a good attitude with him. He was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. Troy was incredibly responsive and made it a priority to show up as soon as possible.  He was creative, proposing a solution that was lower cost than we initially forecast.  He even offered additional help after he had completed the initial requirement.  We would definitely hire Troy again.

Contacted Watt Masters via email to do some solar panel testing for a warranty claim.  I'd contacted probably 20 other electricians and couldn't find a single company that would do it so I was thrilled when Tom replied in the affirmative, and quoted me a price.
I've now emailed back three times in the span of a couple weeks and crickets.  So, look elsewhere - apparently Watt Masters is plenty busy and does not need any additional work....

Total flakes.  Emailed (not called) 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say they could not be there.  Rescheduled and then did not show/call or email.  AVOID.

Same experience as Mr. X.  Left a message two days ago and never received a return call.  No BS here.  Must not need the business.  I'm moving on to the next contractor.

I had a underground line chewed up by a stump grinder. It powered the pool pump and with the hot weekend i needed this done ASAP to avoid a green pool.

I found Johnson Power Solutions on Yelp. I used the Yelp feature where they send you project request out to 10 vendors.

Being 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, I wasn't sure how many vendors would get back to me. Kristin was the first to contact me. She was able to schedule me in Saturday afternoon. Perfect!

Next day, Jacob showed up on time. Went over the project, he gave me a very fair price and was able to fix it that afternoon.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service and the great job itself. Highly recommended

Del informed me of the time he would arrive.  Upon arrival Del was pleasant and welcoming to share his findings of the problem.  Took him 20 mins to identify the issue and resolved the power outlet issue.  It was a very good experience.  Thank you.

Ernesto J. replaced a hose bib for me.  He was extremely friendly, fast and professional.  The thumb turn fell off my deadbolt while was he was here and he even offered to reattach it for me before he left!  This is the second time I've used George Brazil and it won't be the last.
