Osiris Jones showed up on time and was very pleasant. He did not have access to the tall ladder during our original consultation, but offered to come back on Saturday to install all of our light fixtures. He was efficient, friendly and even took all of the light fixture boxes with him. Everything looks great!

Greg is wonderful!  So glad we found him after all these years living in Philadelphia.  We had a tricky situation - needed an outlet installed into a closet space with a washer/dryer already in place that could not be moved.  It was not an easy task!  Greg was able to accomplish this in no time without having to remove the washer/dryer, and the results are beautiful!  He was very easy to talk to, and was just a terrific guy all around.  Would recommend him 100%!

Have a property that needed the entire Electric panel replaced due to corrosion.
I was in need of prompt service, they were able to come out same day to diagnose my issue and performed the needed service the next day.

We have used Jim & Sons a few times now, particularly because they were always among the most responsive electricians. Nothing worse than never having your calls picked up or emails answered. They were also great in an emergency situation where we needed someone out basically next day, and they squeezed us in. Prices seemed fair in general. We will continue to use them and would recommend

Out of the blue we had some work that needed done on our home. We reached out to JDV and that same day, we had someone at our house to complete the work. Piro was extremely professional from the beginning, took  the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed done and WHY, all while completing the job in a quick manner. My wife and I both work from home and their was no disruption or distraction to our day while they were at our home.

Will for sure use JDV in the future and will recommend them out to family, friends, and clients of mine.

Tony and Edison were great to work with. The specifics (in no particular order)
- Their prices were more than fair
- On their walk through, they suggested ways for us to save money. They suggested we try out less recessed lights than we thought we needed because less would provide enough lighting.
- We bought a ceiling fan for sale and found that it was missing a remote and they just went out and bought us the remote!
- They were incredibly responsive. I mainly communicated with them via the Yelp messenger and they would always respond to me within minutes/seconds
- The quality of their work is flawless.

They installed 4 ceiling fans, 1 pendant light, 6 recessed lights, and replaced 4 lights for us. Everything was great and I highly recommend working with them. We definitely will when we finish our basement . Thank you guys!!

While I didn't hire them, I found them to be very thorough in the repair explanation, extremely responsive from the first call and the written estimate very thorough. I am postponing the repair.

I work as a Building Supervisor for a non-profit in Camden, so GE Eletrical's prices and rates are great Divija is professional, reliable, does great work,  and is great at communicating and being flexible. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for contract work.

I had surgery and bending is almost impossible. I needed to move 3 outlets to waist height to put them in reach. I  looked at several prices and Dunn Master was very fair. He is starting a new business, although he has lots of experience. He and his assistant were able to install 3 outlets immediately before the holidays. I thought one outlet was difficult to plug in, so I called them back, and they came the next day. There was no problem; I just was afraid to push.
They were not only  excellent electricians, they were very respectful. They showed me a license and insurance, wore covers on their shoes, and cleaned up plaster work, like they were never here. They fixed a stuck garbage disposal and put in a wedge to reposition my Ring doorbell; gratis. They gave me a three year warranty on the work.
I would hire them again in a minute.

PG came out to restore power to our doorbell. They replaced the transformer quickly and without issue. They were right on time, professional, and did good work at a good price. Also good communication

Very educational and responsive. However, we weren't able to move forward with hiring them (maybe in the future) to due the 95 dispatch fee. I still would recommend them given how professional and respectful they are.

Terrible terrible service. I waited 3 months for a quote. My project for totally derailed. I regret counting on Alex. Find a different electrician.  Can't get any worse.

Thomas Edison Electric came out on a Saturday and replaced two light switches in my house. The gentleman was right on time, very pleasant and professional.  These light switches are in my kitchen and very important.  I have nothing but good things to say.

Andi came out to install an outdoor light, and find the route of a problem with some old wiring. Both tasks completed successfully. He did a third while on location when asked. The company was very quick to respond to initial email and they set up a very quick appointment. Andi was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

We needed a few things done around our house - doorbell installation, breaker and electrical panel upgrades - when we came across Married 2 Electric. Their technicians are informative and efficient, providing reasonable quotes and quality service. We will definitely be requesting our technician - Scott - for future projects. 5/5 HIGHLY recommend.

This company does excellent work. They are reliable, have reasonable prices, and great to deal with. If you are looking for an electrician, this is the company to contact.

I called this company on a hot summer day when my tenant called me and told me her power went off.  I was running around town with my two kids, so in a hurry I decided to call the first company I saw on yelp. I really wish I had taken more time to look for a more reputable company.

First, be aware that this company has multiple listings for different locations all over the city. If you look at their other listings, you will see the many poor reviews that they have received.

I received multiple phone calls from different people after my initial service request. They repeatedly told me that there is a $165 charge for emergency dispatch, and that once they do an inspection, they will let me know what the cost of the actual work will be. When the technician got to the house, a guy named Steven Miller called me and said he wanted me to pay the dispatch fee upfront before anything is done.  He then sent me an email to get my written authorization to charge the credit card. All of this seemed a bit odd to me... the multiple phone calls, the written authorization, the fee up front... but I didn't think too much of it and just proceeded.

About 10 minutes after I paid for the dispatch fee, Steve calls me back with his technician on the phone to tell me that they have to charge me another fee for the diagnostic. I told them that my understanding was after spending $165 they would be able to tell me what's wrong and give me an estimate on the cost of the work. He then proceeded to repeat everything that he and another one of his employees had already told me over the phone multiple times. I told him that I did not feel comfortable proceeding forward and that I was going to call around to see if other companies have similar practices. He then had his other employee (a woman with a courteous voice) call me to try to reason with me. I told her again that I was going to call around and if this is common practice, then that's fine, but if not then I will be leaving a long review for them.

I got off the phone with the woman and called another local electrician. This man was honest, prompt and straightforward. He came out within half hour and fixed the problem for me under 10 minutes and charged me a third of what Thomas Edison had quoted me for simply coming out and finding out what the problem is (not including any work done).

Needless to say, I will be sticking with my honest electrician from now on. Steve did call me again to tell me that he would not charge me the $165 as a courtesy to make me happy. I thought for a second about not leaving a bad review, but I decided that I cannot let this company get away with unethical practice. This company needs to know that people are not stupid and this kind of bait and switch business practice will only backfire. Simple honesty, trustworthiness and respect for people is the way to go.
