Shazam!  OK, I just alienated 85% of the internet...  as far as I'm concerned Ken Marshall and his crew are electrical superheroes-- they treat all projects big and small with the same respect and dedication no matter if you have money to burn or are like, a regular person--  seriously you can tell they care about their work, they are very skilled and have tons of experience but they still listen to what you want to do and take the time to help you figure out the best way to do it without making you feel like your input isn't useful or relevant like many in the service industry who shall remain nameless...

I am an electrical contractor and Generac retailer with Safe Circuit Solutions, Ltd. I had a question about a business procedure and I looked for a larger company to reach out to to ask. The company I found was GenPro Power Systems. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained who I was, and what I was wondering, and even though they are also electrical contractors, she took the time to help me, even though she knew I was not calling as a client. That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. Made the mistake on not coming to Mobile Ninja first. So, I brought in my broken down iPhone 6 from another service telling me it was done for and Vu asking me some background info then proceeding to break down whats visually wrong with my phone and gave me suggestions on whether or not to go on with the procedures. Vu for sure knew what he was talking about and was friendly. He even recommended me another guy down at Pixel Electronic Repairs ( on the same building row ) to further help me out. I will definitely be coming here from now on for any electronic repairs.

Fast service at a good price. I thought I needed a sub panel installed. Frank was able to make changes in my main panel to allow a new appliance without adding the sub panel. Saved me a couple $100!

Had a simple fix for my outdoor A/C unit and called multiple companies that gave me sky high estimates. I called Daniels, explained the problem that needed to be fixed, and they gave me a reasonable estimate and were willing to come by within a few hours. Mr. Daniel even showed up early, and gave me a few lessons on understanding and maintaining my unit. He finished in 45 minutes and was friendly throughout the job. I highly recommend Daniels HVAC!

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

DON'T call Lowry Services - you can't afford it!

Recently had a circuit breaker blow. Lowry came out for $50 and quickly assessed there was a short somewhere.

$950 if I wanted them to find the short. That's right, $950.

2 hours later they found the short between 2 wired smoke alarms but to fix it, they needed to run a new line between the smoke alarms and that would be $1,500

I said no thank you, I'd use battery operated alarms instead.

They said no, I was legally obligated to fix it. That's right, legally I had to pay them an additional $1,500.

I feel like the Lowry Electric Mob just shook me down for $2,500.

Also, this is how they left my home. You know. $2500 doesn't include leaving your home the way they found it. See pics of walls and ceiling I now have to fix.

Ouch.
