I had Gen3 out to do routine maintenance on my HVAC system and they recommended follow up work. The tech said he would send a quote, but did not, and it took multiple phone calls to even get the quote. I finally scheduled the follow up, it was cancelled not once but twice (once less than 24 hours before, once about 30 minutes before the arrival window closed) and they refused to send a different tech out. I gave ample opportunity for them to address the issue, they could not be bothered to find a solution. Atrocious experience.

I called Greg to try to set up a service in my home.  It turns out he does not service my town.  I was about to hang up and he asked me what the problem was.  He then proceeded to walk me through a number of steps to try to get a better sense of what I needed so he could recommend someone and in the process we fixed the problem.  He then went on the educate me on the nature of the electrical issues (involving GFCI outlets) i was having so I would be better prepared if problems popped up again.  He was so generous with his time and knowledge.  If he does service your area I would strongly urge you to reach out to him to fix your electrical problems.

Larry and his sons are reliable and deliver what they promise. They show up on time on the appointment date and give a quote the same day. They quoted me $325 for 3 tasks that needed to be done. They showed up the following day and took 1.5 hours to finish. One task was to replace a ceiling fan. Apparently the old one did not have a box to secure to the ceiling so they installed it for free. They don't go outside the quoted amount. Also if you pay cash, they will give you a discount.

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Ron came out and did a great job explaining and fixing it. Reasonable pricing as well. Will use these guys again if I need anymore electrical work done

When the kitchen lights flickered on their own I knew it was either paranormal or an electrical problem.  Three electricians diagnosed moisture in the panel causing erosion and faults.   I knew I was in for a hefty contractor's bill but didn't realize how much of a problem this was or how much work they'd have to do.  

The recommendation was for a new panel as well as removing one of PECO's outside meters and putting the load onto the other.  

I chose JDV for a few reasons.  Their prices were a bit more reasonable on the panel and theirs included whole house surge protection system, and updated my main grounding system.  

In talking to Anthony, the sales person also the installer, I explained my frustration at frequent power outages. Anthony recommended an outlet at the side of the house so I could hook up a 30 amp generator directly to the panel box.  This was a recommendation no other company gave and because helped me with a problem I went with JDV.  

The team of three installed;
Premium 200 AMP Panel Package * Outside service cable & meter socket * 200 AMP Panel - full copper buss bar * Whole house surge protection system * Update main grounding system * Label all circuits, took the outside main PECO meter apart and replaced all the wires, cleaned it's corrosion, and put silicone all around the joints to prevent further moisture from getting into it and down into the house's panel.  

Now, the cost wasn't cheap.  And, bottom line, the work is clean and I found they worked well together as a team, very professional.

I reached out to iTech Electric to see if they could help fix some outlets at my apartment. They responded within 24 hours and set up to send someone over to take a look at right away. Once they came in and diagnosed, they gave me a quote, and was able to rectify the issue on hand - all in a matter of an hour. They were professional and quick. They were even able to send me the invoice and confirmation of payment through email. I'd highly recommend them for your electrical issues!

They grounded and updated the whole house in 2 days. Now we're safe thanks to FMJ. They are nice and reliable as well.

I can't say enough good things about Thomas Edison Electric. They are a very timely, professional and great company. I called later in the evening frantic when I found out that I would be responsible for having an electrical pole fixed on my dollar. Tom was very kind and understanding, he was upfront about the cost of an emergency call and coming out the next day, which isn't something you usually hear from companies when there's an emergency. The techs came out on time the next day while also calling in advance which was a nice courtesy. They performed the tasks necessary to fix the pole and also helped my father in law with the generator. My father in law spoke very highly of them and was so impressed by their honesty and commitment. It's rare to find quality companies that are professional like Edison.

Ron was the tech that came out. He arrived on time (a little early which was great), was very kind, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Great experience and his work was clean!

Rodney and Ramon did an EXCELLENT job! Had them instal 4 recessed lights, dimmer switch, regular switch, and wires ran for a ceiling fan, switch, and instal a box.
I don't know how he did it without treating out drywall to run the wires, but he did.
Him and Ramon were very thorough, and clean.
I'm a very very picky person, and they exceeded my expectations!

Joel and his team are highly knowledgeable, communicative, respectful, and price their work competitively. They even offered ways to reduce the cost of our job. We had them install a 240v outlet in the garage for an EV charger, a 240v forced air heater in the basement, along with a couple other smaller jobs. They identified and fixed an unrelated safety issue with our electrical panel while they were at it. Working with them has been one of the most pleasant contractor experiences in years. Love this company and the two staff electricians that were dispatched to my home. I was pretty nervous to contact an electrician from an online google search, but I was pleasantly surprised.
