I had an issue with a chandelier with a slightly unique design not operating properly. I found Titanium after reading their positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. They are extremely professional, courteous and responsive, all for good value. It took a few times but the issue was resolved, and Klod was very understanding and accommodative as we worked through the issue. He is very professional and runs a good operation.

I highly recommend anyone with an electrical issue to call them.

AMAZING JOB! - I had an apt booked for Friday (2 days from now)  to help with lighting and bulbs and transformers,  they called and said they had someone in the area who could come today - His name is Ralph and he ROCKS! - knew exactly what had to be done, gave great suggestions, and even went over and above to check circuit breakers as he noticed some burnt wires, turns out I need a bigger circuit box as mine is overloaded - I will be using New York City Electricians from now on.. My wife and I were having problems with a low-voltage track lighting system that was over twenty years old and no longer manufactured.  Avi was terrifically helpful in accommodating to our schedule and getting someone out to assess the issue as quickly as possible.  Gerry was on time, professional and extraordinarily helpful.  More specifically, he patiently diagnosed the problem and ingeniously found a way to rewire the failing track segment thereby bringing it back to life.  All the while, he was a gentle, easy presence in our apartment (and tolerated the occasional interference from our three cats with good humor).  Not if -- but when given its age -- our lighting fails again we will not hesitate to contact Electrific, just as we would for any other electrical problem we might encounter.  All of which is to say, we can't recommend them more highly.

Katie was responsive, professional, and, above all, extremely handy. I hired her to fix a plaster wall and reinstall shelves after the last guy I hired made an absolute mess of it. As soon as she assessed the damage and explained how she would go about fixing it, I knew I was in good hands. And sure enough, it looks like new again. So glad I found Katie! I would 100% hire her again and you should, too.

I had a simple (or so I thought) job to install a light fixture. I called several electricians who quoted me what seemed like exorbitant rates, but Rick came through with a very reasonable $60. As it turns out the job wasn't so simple - my light fixture was blown and I had to get it rewired. Rick was very patient, explained just what I needed to get done, and then came back and did the actual installation when the fixture was fixed for free. Really quality service and I'll be relying on the Eco Electrician for all my electrical needs going forward!

I asked for an estimate to install my ring doorbell and flood lights and was told it would be 1-2.5 hours max. I explained the house was old, did my research and got a WiFi range extender like suggested and used this company from a recommendation from the citizens of Bloomfield group. The installation was as estimated and the two electricians were knowledgeable but they couldn't get it to work consistently so they had to contact the help line and what followed was the electrician's saying it's not my work and ring was well it's not our product so it took another 2 or so hours to finally get it to work. And the bill for this was $400 more than the estimate. I wanted a professional to get this done the right way but I should not have to pay for you needing help from customer service. And the sad part is that it all came down to them flipping off the breaker for a full minute and switching it back on. My heart is sad right now.

We needed a bookcase assembled and two televisions mounted. Robert was communicative and did excellent work on our job. Definitely recommended.

The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working.
He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you.

All the outlets and switches in my apartment had to be replaced after a new paint job. I contacted Konstantinos and other electricians to help me get it done.  Konstantinos called me within an hour or so, which I liked, asking a few important details about what I needed, gave me a quote and we scheduled a day and time.
He was on time, was very professional,  reliable and very friendly. You don't realize how many outlets and switches an apartment has until you have to replace them. Konstantinos worked fast and very efficiently. Within 2 1/2 hours he was done, and all finally looked alright again.

Martin did a great job. A GFCI outlet change is normally a quick job, but the previous electrician had left the wiring and the boxes in such a place that it was difficult to work with and get to. Martin showed up with a great attitude and had some tricks up his sleeve that comes from experience and it sorted out what I could not.

Luis has done a great job for us on multiple occasions. He installed a three-way switch for our basement lights, re-wired all our outlets to ground them, installed the plugs for our washer and dryer, amongst other things and has done a great job each time. We've had his work checked for inspection and passed. He always sends itemized cost estimates for each job I've asked him to do and doesn't try to nickle and dime you. He is a very straightforward guy and working with him has been a very pleasant & stress-free experience. I highly recommend him!
