Tim was so wonderful! He took out our old dishwasher and reinstalled our new one. He was knowledgable, fast, and just a really nice person. Not reliable at all!
At 9am the Super banged on my door about a leak into the apartment below. Being a great tennant I immediately scheduled a service call, I set this up with Marcel Plumbing for 4PM, at 3PM they called and cancelled.

I had a active leak into the downstairs apartment and they said they could maybe show up by Sunday. Fortunately I was able to find a reliable plumber that I called at 3:15 and they were on the scene by 4PM.

Some plumbers are very reliable and some like Marcel are unreliable.

Another great visit from Kirill! He installed a new showerhead and a bidet attachment for my toilet and checked out another running toilet. And he helped me remove the plate over my ceiling fan too! Once again his rate was totally reasonable and he offered to come back anytime if I need anything adjusted. Kirill is a gem!

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of some plumbing or sewer issues and I k ow I'll give them a call for anything I need in the future.

Making some cosmetic changes to my guest bathroom and needed a handyman to install the light, mirror, shelving and new sink & tub fixtures. I emailed Robert through his website on a Wednesday afternoon and he arrived the very next day. Robert is professional and prompt. After his first visit, Robert helped me, via text, shop for correct fixtures (what I originally bought wouldn't work). Once the new fixtures arrived, Robert came back to do that part of the job. His help with the shopping was much appreciated, as I had no idea what I was looking at! Robert is efficient and polite. We still have a few more items on the punch list, so thankfully he'll be back again in a few days. I highly recommend him!

John was in excellent communication with me. Sent two of his workers Charlie and other guy I didn't get his name but they provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable on point with the job fast and efficient. Even came out during the pandemic covid19 to repair the valve on the radiator in the bathroom that was causing a leak on the floor through the ceiling below. Will definitely do business with again. I want to take the time to Thank you John P.  for your quick response on getting my boiler replaced. My boiler' life expectancy had come to end on very cold rainy Sunday.  I lost complete heating, frantically I had tried to reach out to multiple plumbers/companies and no one had time either to come right away or won't be available till the next evening or the week. Luckily, John called back and he tried to guide me to how to get the boiler starting again but I had very little knowledge on this. Fortunately, he gave me hope by saying he would come within an hour to check and see. Once he saw it he knew either I would continue to spend money on temporary fix instead of long term fix, he suggested replacing it entirely. Considering that the boiler was ~20 years of age. I decided I didn't want to always worry about this heating issue because past recent years I did have random issues here and there; so I might as well get brand new and have peace of mind for awhile. It was not cheap but it was definitely worth it. John and his team got to work right away the next morning and by late afternoon-my heat finally came on. And I could not be happier! My house was finally warm and cozy! Thank you again John and your team for excellent services. I definitely recommend this company for future businesses.

We needed a plumber to locate a leaking pipe in our dining room ceiling. Continental Plumbing responded professionally and was able to answer all of my questions regarding fees, covid safety gear and who would be ringing our doorbell. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, assessed the work that needed to be done and advised us of the problem. He gave us a reasonable price for the repair and once we agreed to the work, the plumber and his associate covered up our furniture and made the repairs. We were satisfied with the work and plan to make them our go to plumber.

Andy's Plumbing & Drain Services were incredible. They will be the only one I call for my plumbing needs in the future. WOW! I won't be able to say enough about Fabio. We have been without heat/hot water for 2days. After calling various companies (gas... electrician etc.) Fabio from infinite comfort arrived. Instead of telling us to call someone else, he partnered with maintenance from my Homeowners Association and got the job done!
He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.
Excellent Customer Service is few and far in between, but Fabio....exceeded my expectations!
