Mo, the owner, is an honest and fair guy. I like working with him. One thing I'd recommend is to make sure when you are scheduling your electrician to come over, you book Warren.

First guy came over, put a bunch of holes in my ceiling and he said the job couldn't be done. Warren came over, got the job done, and we are very pleased.

Warren is the legend behind it all. I'd use Electrician Techs again as long as he comes over :-)

I simply called to get a quote and have some questions answered and Mike was beyond helpful. He took the time to ask thorough questions about the problem and appliance and instead of sending someone out and charging me $250+ just for showing up, he was honest about not being able to do the work that was required and sent me over to a couple of others who could help me. I really appreciated his honesty.

Klod is AMAZING! Super responsive...our terrible building couldn't fix our lights. we had a floor lamp in the bathroom for months. We reached out to Titanium and 3 hours later... FIXED! Incredibly reasonably priced! $200 for fixing 2 light fixtures (we bought them from the local hardware store-he even waited for us to do this)... he even wrapped our light switches because they were unsafe.
FINALLY... an honest, efficient electrician!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY... did I mention.. H*I*G*H*L*Y Recommend!!!

Rich is as professional as they come, no extra fluff straight to the point, helpful with all requests. As a customer i am extremely satisfied with his service and recommend anyone to use Rich for all electrical matters.

Cannot recommend Michkael highly enough.  He came to fix a faulty light fixture and was efficient, prompt and professional with competitive rates.  If/when I change a couple of light fixtures in the future, I will not hesitate to call him.

I didn't know that it was possible to get such good service in Manhattan.  Ralph is truly the consummate professional.  He's reliable, courteous, friendly and most of all very conscientious about his work.  He went well above and beyond in completing the job I hired him for.  I will recommend Ralph to all of my friends without hesitation.

John is very professional and experienced.  I had a few lights that were not working and he was able to assess the problem which was an easy fix.  I inquired about fixing these lights with another company and they automatically told me that I would need to tear down my ceiling and have everything rewired (before they came to assess the problem in person).  John also installed my chandelier.  Great guy, he gets the job done!

Danny has stellar customer service and while he was unable to fix my issue due to his license being valid in NY and I live in NJ he was still willing to offer a long and very informative explanation on my issue. Not too many ppl are willing to help without any financial benefit.

I am certain that if Danny was licensed in my state that I would hire him in a heartbreak.

We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! CEL was a lifesaver.
We had 2 prior Electricians look/work on our home, and they left it worse for the wear. CEL was referred to us, and they came through spectacularly.
They replaced our panel ,added outlets and fixed our lights.
I will recommend  this company to anyone who needs Electrical help , when all others have failed

Took a bit of juggling to get scheduled but if anything their flexibility was great as they accommodated my schedule and came even on a Sunday. Pricing seems reasonable and they did a job that a prior electrician didn't want to do. Apparently my prior electrician thought the job was impossible but really he just didn't think too hard on how to problem solve to make it work (we were trying to install a bathroom fan and switch, which seemed simple enough). Anyways job complete, so far so good. Would consider for future work.

I had a ceiling fan and dimmer installed.  Michael was the electrician and he did an excellent job.  I also appreciated their flexible hours.  He came by on a Friday evening and did the install on a Saturday.

Don was accessible and provided a clear estimate. Under new local fire codes we had to install emergency lighting to the front of back hallways in our multifamily home. Don got the job completed quickly and pleased with the results.

I asked for a quote late one night and he was able to come the following afternoon to do the job.

The Electrific team was courteous, professional, and they got back to me when other electricians I contacted wouldn't return my calls! I used them to do electrical repairs and to install a new outlet behind my washer/dryer unit and they were fantastic. Would highly recommend them and I will be using their services again.

What wonderful things can't I say about Katie?! So prompt and efficient and got right down to business! We had a great chat with her while she took care of our very old and falling apart sofa. She gave us options as to what she could do to fix the problem, including any additional costs or time frame. She has a plethora of skills and I'm eager to utilize her skills again with other home repair projects. She is comfortable and friendly but wonderfully professional and quick too. Her skill set is very advanced and I trust her willingness and ability to attempt any repair, or give you her honest opinion as to what will/won't work. Gladiator Electric replaced our old recessed lights and ceiling lights. We contacted them and a few days later Mike came and gave us quote.
On the day of the work, they came and quickly replaced the lighting fixtures. Very quick work and we are happy with their work. Very professional. We highly recommend these guys.

Henry was very efficient and fixed what needed to be fixed without an upsell. We thought it was the breaker, but it was the outlet. Would use again.

Was a no show for our appointment - When calling to reschedule he claimed  he came to the address and left without calling but got defensive when I mentioned I having a smoke outside waiting for him. Then said he was too busy to do a job after all.
