Best Electrical Services in New York NY

We needed lamps removed from our walls. We contacted Electrician Techs Tuesday evening, and heard from them that night. We finalized the quote Wednesday and Friday morning our lamps were removed.

The ET technician was right on time, incredibly professional (wore a mask and shoe coverings the whole time) and did all the work efficiently. Everything looks great, and we are very satisfied!

I'll definitely be using ET again for upcoming projects.

I have used Mike Hitchingham a few times, most recently to come into our apartment while we were away for several weeks to replace some under-the-cabinet lighting fixtures.  We did all correspondence by email including selecting the new fixtures (with some solid advice from Mike), getting a quotation, providing a down payment (to purchase the fixtures), and arrange with the building doorman to let Mike it.  We returned from our summer holiday this week, and the new fixtures were perfect -- brighter and better than before.  My only disappointment was that I did not have him replace all the similar lighting in the kitchen.  Nothing was out of place, all old fixtures, new boxes, etc. were left behind (neatly) so that we could verify the work, and the final bill came out far less than the quote.  Mike is 100% reliable and trustworthy; I could not recommend his work more highly.

Klod and his colleague were thorough and communicative, and they also discovered and addressed a potentially dangerous electrical issue in our home. I would hire them again.

Richard and his team are great to work with! They always respond swiftly to our enquiries, and were able to sort out our issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Quick response time for a quote and he was available for an appointment the next day. Mickhael was knowledgeable and replaced four outlets and a ceiling light very quickly and neatly. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend if you are looking for an electrician. Extra plus for masking, social distancing, and taking shoes off.

Do not go with Nair.  I am surprised at the past positive reviews given my negative experience.  
I hired him to simply diagnose and fix a faulty breaker to an Ac unit. He charged me a surprisingly exorbitant fee - $250+tax for  less than 30 minutes - up from the usual $175/hr as apparently it was a problem of a 'commercial' nature.  (He separately offered to 'diagnose' my ac problems as well for a low price of $500, and I refused.)
Which I suppose I might have been ok with had the problem been fixed as he claimed.  Unfortunately it was not and the reset on the breaker worked only sporadically.  Not only did the experience cost me his fee but also fees for additional visits from hvac technicians, as they were unable to later properly diagnose problems with the ac unit when the breaker was not functioning well.
I called him again, but he refused to rectify the issue or stand behind his work.
So 1 star for a bad combination - aggressive on charging fees, but failing to stand behind his work.

John is very professional and experienced.  I had a few lights that were not working and he was able to assess the problem which was an easy fix.  I inquired about fixing these lights with another company and they automatically told me that I would need to tear down my ceiling and have everything rewired (before they came to assess the problem in person).  John also installed my chandelier.  Great guy, he gets the job done!

The best service I ever received was on time and very patient with answering all my questions. neat and organized and very reasonable as far as cost goes.  I would highly recommend Conroy Electric to anyone that needs an electrician

We bought a 2 family home in Brooklyn and Cel Electric installed new electrical service for the entire house. Very happy with the service.. will definitely recommend and use them for all my future needs. Will rate them 10 out of 10.

We had some fuse issues on a Sunday afternoon. I called Danik Electrical and Yoni answered, saying he'd be at our place in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later he arrived and fixed the problem. He was super friendly and professional and his rate was reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially if you're in a pinch like we were.

Ilya was great, installed a chandelier and two dimmer switches in our apartment. On time, meticulous, and fast!

Will definitely use him again, great work!

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

The Electrific team was courteous, professional, and they got back to me when other electricians I contacted wouldn't return my calls! I used them to do electrical repairs and to install a new outlet behind my washer/dryer unit and they were fantastic. Would highly recommend them and I will be using their services again.

I had an amazing experience hiring Handyma'am for a backyard beautification project in Brooklyn! Katie was professional, timely, an amazing communicator, and helped transform our outdoor space. We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! I called Cooper Electric to ask if they could replace a Chandelier and install two new dimmer switches. Roman came as soon as it was possible for him to come. He finished the job today. I cannot thank him enough for being so courteous, respectful and helpful!

He accommodated all my attention to detail with a smile! He did not rush through the job but instead worked calmly and made sure by the time he left he had a very happy customer!!

I am very happy to recommend this company to whoever needs an electrician whose charges are reasonable and work is excellent!

I made an appointment to correct an error I made. Mike was prompt and cleaned up the work area very well.  I will be using Mike and Gladiator Electric for future service.

I've used KB electrics services on several different occasions. Each time it was a very pleasant experience. It's hard to get a good electrician around where I'm at. They also have a great apprenticeship program which is big for me. The electrician assigned to my home was even teaching me stuff while he was training the apprentice! I will definitely be using these guys in the future. The issues they repaired in my home were non functioning outlets and light fixtures. I've never had to call twice for the same issue. Well worth the money.

Casey is the best. He and his team are professional, courteous, and reliable. They help fix a botched recessed lighting job in my house (don't ever install low voltage lighting if you can avoid it) and they installed some exterior lighting. They also added a new outlet. The pricing was fair and the work was done on time. I highly recommend hiring Casey!
