Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

Excellent company to work with! We worked with Edwin and Zach who walked us through a truly effortless process of solar installation. These two have been readily available for all questions. They took the time to explain pricing and logistics. The installation crew was equally amazing and efficient. James McCormick is an absolutely outstanding solar contractor. We got our solar from him in 2019 when he was with another company. He was super easy to work with and he did everything he could to get us the best deal on the panels that would work best for us and not just the most expensive to line his pockets. Even though he left the company for a more reputable solar company he still calls to check up on the panels and to make sure they're working as he promised. The last time he checked on us we told him that Solar Topps didn't hold up their promise to birdproof our solar if we started to have issues with Pigeons. When James found out about this he called the company to try and get that remedied and they wouldn't honor it for him either. He asked us how much we were getting charged and when it was getting done in passing when we talked next. I told him everyone was quoting us $1700-$1800 but that I had found a company here that is Veteran owned and he was doing it for $1300. I was happy with this outcome because saving $500 was huge to us at this time due to COVID.

James showed up at our house that day and gave us HALF of the money! This man no longer has to deal with us because our solar has been up for 9 months now AND he isn't even with that company anymore BUT he decides to show up and give us money. Talk about going above and beyond. If you are looking to get solar than I promise you this is the man you want helping you. I can't even explain how selfless that is and I can guarantee you finding someone like James is one in a million! Thank you so much James!!!!

I work with Adam and Kira on their solar procurement and design. They are fabulous people to work with! They offer the best deal I've seen, have a very transparent process by involving the homeowner in the procurement of the equipment, and always complete amazing work. Don Wade is excellent in his field.  He also is very reasonable in price.  It was a Godsend that I found him by surfing the internet seeking repair or replacement for my broken air conditioner after another AC company came out and failed to repair it.  Don greatly assisted me in getting all my money back from the AC company that incorrectly diagnosed the problem, overcharged me for parts I did not need and did not fix the problem!  Don accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair or replacement.  I chose replacement.  Don installed a brand new Lennox air conditioner for a great price and it is running great.  I am very grateful and very impressed.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

What a joke! The sales man didn't see our NO SOLICITING SIGN!!!!....He knocks on the door very hard and plays with the door handle. I called the police! Sure I didn't know who it was at the time, so I answer. The dude smells like rat piss, I almost threw up but he starts telling all about their company..blah blah blah..I read the company name off his sweaty shirt...I tell him several times I already know about this company, I met the lying owner. What's funny, he agreed. I said well get off my property, the police are on their way plus I don't need your outdated shit on my home. I also told him that the company is a scam and the sales people in the company videos are selling products to their own family members trying to trick people but you can tell..they all have the same big nose and foreheads. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Rude and unprofessional. I applied to this company through indeed because I'm relocating from out of state. After applying I read up on this company and found all the bad reviews which made me hesitant to go through with the interview. They had called me which I had missed so they left me a message with their company name, interview, address, etc. they left no name or details other than that so I assumed it was a phone interview. It is covid so most places are not doing in person interviews, they had not given me any names to ask for, and my resume said I'm from out of state making it impossible for me to do any in person interview. So naturally I didn't assume it was in person. It turned out to be in person which was my fault, I should have clarified the details. But they should have read my resume as well before. But their responses were very short and rude. I had contacted them after not receiving a call like I had expected to. Their only responses were "you didn't show up" "no it was in person" "we will not be moving forward with you" etc. All good I understand how this miscommunication was probably frustrating but these people need to reevaluate their temper, manners, and how they communicate with people.

Terrible quality assurance!  Had a rep, Rylan, come give me a quote and the visit was great, but the quality assurance call at the end was the worst!  The phone rep, Coby, told the rep at my house, over speaker phone, to "Get out of my house and told me not to waste their time anymore if I'm not really interested in getting solar panels".  Wow!  I was just wanting a quote to compare to others and see if it would save me money and their quote didn't even save me money.  So, why would I go with a company that doesn't save me money and has rude employees?  A nice thing to say at the end of a quality assurance call would be "Thank you for considering our company, mame.  Have a great day!"  Then I might call back after my husband and I have reviewed your quote.  Employees should be respectful if I buy their product or not.  You lost a customer you didn't even have.

Stay away from these people.  

My experience is nothing but bad, and that's an understatement.

It took many months to get my system installed and then turned on.
The side of my house has more boxes than an Amazon truck (slightly exagerated).
Production isn't enough to power my house for the year.  I'm writing checks to APS (my power company) from December until March with no solar check at the end of the year to offset those payments.

My salesman wrote down a guaranteed annual production number in front of me.  At no time do I remember that he told me the real number guaranteed was 85% of that number.  I mean what are these people doing.

I believe it's called bait and switch and if it's not illegal it should be.  It's underhanded and misleading.  To write down a number in front of the customer and then change it to 85% of that number in the fine print is just wrong.

I'm sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone.
