Byron Meth created a great plan for adding solar to my house in Sun Lakes. Their pricing is very competitive and Byron explained in detail the return on investment and savings I would receive in both tax deductions and reduced energy bills. Their software created a great image of my roof and where the panels would go. Great solar company to work with.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes. Elite did a fantastic job. They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done. I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.
Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

Just finished my solar install with Green Muscle. I worked with Jamell throughout the entire process and he was the best. Knowledgeable and professional, great deal.

It's been about 2 months now since the system was finally up and running to it's a bit early to tell if this investment will work out of not. Summer will be the true test.
The entire process took over 6 months to complete. Not all of the delays were created or caused by Sun Solar. You are dependent on the City of Peoria, the power company, and your HOA if required. It felt to me like there were some delays at the APS level but overall, the design and approval process was as explained.
My reason for a low rating really reflects my frustration levels with the customer advocacy and scheduling process. The person assigned to be my advocate did not have any insights or calendaring for scheduling visits to my house. I would get a call that said we are coming out on Thursday, with no time frame. If I said I could not be home that day, they could not give me another date, that process would require a follow up phone call. They wouldn't even ask when I was going to be home.
The original appointment was set for a Thursday/Friday. The day before I got a call saying they wanted to confirm my appointment for the following week. When I asked what happened to my appointment for tomorrow, the response was, "I have no idea".
This type of communication strategy continued until the end. I had a couple of conversations that I am not proud of but it was very frustrating to hear that my advocate has not insights into scheduling. I hope someone was able to get past my aggressive approach to find a way to improve in this area.
Here are some helpful tips you might consider.
1. Ask if they have ever installed solar on your model of home, have the look in the attic before signing any contract. The original design had to be changed due to the way the home was constructed.
2. Ask them to confirm all appointments in writing, either via email or text. This was not consistent.
3. Ask them if the installation crew can all an hour before planned arrival, I had spent several days at home all day to finally call after 3:30pm to find that no one was coming that day.
4. Ask about the process for covering payments if this is financed, if it takes more than a few months your Solar will not be working but you will be expected to pay the loan, Sun Solar will help you with that if it happens to you.

FOR Energy added insulation up to R 44 and duct sealed our home. We also had them install a solar hot water heater. We are very happy that the work was done quickly, and they were so wonderful about keeping our house clean. The employees were polite and respectful. We are looking forward to saving money!!!

Ipe a solar system that is not connected to the grid. All efforts to contact someone at the company gets me nowhere. I have only received excuses and no return callbacks or answers. I contacted the City of OKC and they advised that Avvio has an issue with their electrical permit. So I have been trying to contact Avvio to figure out how and when this will be corrected only voicemails and no reply to emails. Seems like attorneys and new media to get the word out that this company is not reputable is where we are headed" I am same issues she has and then some. We are supposed to have a generac generator installed. It's right in the contract. Now we are being told oh no you chose the buyback option where we give you a check for $8k and you go get the generator and have it installed yourself. Then I have the sales person text me to take done my review of her and her company. Our panels were installed in November. Only last week did they send an electrician to install a new breaker panel. Now we can't run the washing machine without it tripping the breaker. How this company is allowed to stay in business is beyond me. My word of warning, if Avvio comescking, slam the door in their face.

I would not recommend Sun Run; their after sales service is upsetting. My installed system has intermittently failed since Sept 2019. I have complained and asked for help numerous times only to be ignored. There regional service manager told me when the system completely fails for a week or two then give them a call. Part of their sales pitch for this long term agreement was that they would be responsible to maintain and service the equipment as necessary. Not so, my Inverter cuts in and out every day reducing production. The Inverter needs to be repaired or replaced however they have little no interest in meeting their service commitment.
