Firefly Electric did a EXCELLENT job of meeting our electrical needs! My husband began an electrical project that he could not finish. Ryan came out quick, assessed the situation and provided much appreciated feedback on what would be the best options for us. Ryan was friendly, professional and didn't try to upsell us. Rooftop Solar installed a solar system in February,2021 and did a great job.  They are a very responsive and customer-driven company.  During the sales process, their price was very competitive and I felt they were honest about the system and the process.  They quoted good equipment, and even ended up upgrading it some (at no extra charge)  to help me meet energy targets without upgrading my circuit breaker box.   We ran into a few gliches with my HOA and they were very supportive and responsive to my needs and the concerns of the HOA.  They really work hard to ensure that their customer is satisfied.  A few panels were not working initially and they followed up immediately with the equipment manufacturer to get it corrected.  They have also followed up with me at my 1 year anniversary to check in.  I highly recommend Rooftop Solar for your PV System.

Tommy is the man! I was having a tough time finding an electrician, but Tommy was quick to answer and said he could be over in 30 mins.  Wow! It was his day off too....that's what I call great service!
When he arrived he was kind, professional and worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the issue. Will use again and def recommend

I was connected with Dylan Electric and owner Adam as I was starting my Solar Panel project.  He was excellent.  Walked me through the process, was very hands on and always there to answer questions and let me know the options.  I went with Dylan Electric over the big guys like SUN RUN and SOLAR CITY and boy am I happy I did.  I saved a lot of money all in, and his work was amazing.  I had a little more work on my end dealing with APS and the city but so worth it for the thousands in savings over the quotes from the big solar companies.
Any time I'll need electric work in the future I know who I'll be calling.

Called for an appointment to get an estimate for Solar Installation.  Appointment was set for two weeks out.  Technician showed up on time for appointment.  Was provided specific information on our property, electric bill , etc. as requested.  We were promised an estimate within a few days.  No mention of any concern, etc.  Waited several days, no estimate or contact.  Called the office, they apologized for the person not getting back with estimate, said it would be in a day or two.  Still nothing received back. Called again and heard same apology.  Never received anything back.  Must be nice to be so busy you can treat potential customers from a referral so poorly.  

I would not recommend using Static Sun Electric & Solar.  Very poor follow-up and customer service.

Just received a call back from the owner of the company.  He apologized for the lack of communication and asked what he could do to make it right.  He wanted to ensure I knew that this is not how they conduct their business and this was an oversight based on specific reasons.  I greatly appreciate his follow-up to address the situation.  Hence I have changed my recommendation to properly reflect this at this time.

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I would highly record J Ryan!!

I was having trouble with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, really glad I eventually found this company. Tyler was very professional to deal with, carefully explained the different services he provided and their prices, and did excellent work getting rid of the birds, setting up barriers to prevent them from returning, and cleaning the panels. Would definitely recommend.

I've used Redline twice for my Business in the past 3 months.. Both times they came in and got the job done in a timely and professional manner... Others Ive tried and I get tired of waiting for a callback - not with Redline !!

Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Got it working.

DONT USE PURSOLAR.  I PAID THE OVER $30,000 when they said they were done. They weren't actually done and when the electric company came out to install the meters the electric company said the job wasn't done and left. That was 10 days after. PurSolar said they were done. Now I have to wait another two weeks for the electric company to come out. This has costed me a lot of extra money to wait for APS. If Pur solar did their job right the first time this wouldn't of happened. APS doesn't even care either!

Very poor customer service! Paid 30 k for a system and nobody showed us how to turn it on! Had to learn how off YouTube. Now 4 months down the road our system isn't meeting the company's " production guarantee " nobody will return our messages definitely use another company if you're considering solar!

Fox Valley Electric has great communication and great customer service. We use them often in the area all the time. The onsite customers are always pleased and say that the technicians are very friendly. They always respond fast and have great prices. I highly recommend them.

One Way installed a security system for our business. Everyone from the Sales team to the installers were great. Everyone was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire system. Would highly recommend them for your security needs.

The highlights of my experience with them are: 1. Deceptive sales practices, 2. Poor customer service, 3. Poor system engineering, and 4. Broken promises. I would recommend looking for solar services elsewhere.

The sales rep promised a $240 check for listening to the sales pitch. Instead, he rolled it into the financing as a credit, which is okay, though not what was promised.

Poor installation left holes in my exterior walls. After multiple callbacks and weeks of waiting, they finally patched the damage.

Further, the sales rep promised they would cover the costs of the financed system until such time as it was hooked to the grid and fully functional -- so that I wouldn't need to make 2 types of utility payments. I supplied them with a detailed cost breakdown of that interim period. 4 months later after many calls and emails, they have not reimbursed me anything.

Finally, the system was supposedly sized to completely replace my energy needs, but hasn't covered the full net amount of reasonable winter usage since the first partial month of service. The first month of summer usage left me with an $140+ payment to the local utility on top of their financing charges. The sales rep had promised that they would cover any overages, but I'm not holding my breath.

Workers came out to reinstall my solar panels. Got the job done but never cleaned panels off prior to reattaching.  Guess that was not in the contact!  It is a shame they did not go the extra step. "Not in their job description nor contract". I asked one worker to clean panels and they BLEW me off.  The workers never notified me job was done--they just left.  I had requested help in reading meter--that was not done. Guess that also was not listed in the contract to notify home owner when job is done.
