They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

WOW!.... What a GREAT Experience!  I was selling a home and had pressure from the potential buyer to identify the septic and assure proper working condition ASAP! ...  I first called a company in Goodyear and talked to their representative, Kailey.  She seemed very knowledgeable and I could tell that she knew what she was talking about!  The problem was, that her company could not do my inspection for 2 weeks, so unfortunately that would not work for me.  I then tried a highly rated (Yelp) company in Phoenix, but their representative did not seem educated in the process and I could tell that she was unsure of herself... I could not justify using them primarily based upon that 5 minute phone interview (too bad!)

THEN, I called A-American (found on Yelp) and got ahold of WALLY WITHAM!  He was TERRIFIC!...  VERY knowledgeable, VERY Professional, and Understood my sense of urgency... He agreed to do my inspection the SAME DAY!

I got my report the next morning and Wally even contacted my Realtor and I a few times for follow-up questions.  In this day and age of impersonal/Indifferent service, Wally shined and I can not say enough about his value to A-American!  A huge Thanks, to Wally!

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

I had a great experience with this company.  We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence.  The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about  1'6 deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete.  On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle.  Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work.  He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.

Love Bryan and his employees. He is an honest hardworking man as is his crew. All we need to do is call or message him and he gets right back to us. We will never use anyone else as long as we have Small Beginnings

They came out to pump the septic tank prior to a real estate transaction. They left a complete mess, had to come back to fix their mess. Now that it is spring, I've turned on my drips again to find that they broke my irrigation lines in several places while they excavated the septic tank. Pretty poor work, would not do business with them again.
